I absolutely love Performance360. I’ve been coming here for strength and conditioning to support my marathon training, and the coaches are incredible. Cassie, Will and Alyissa always make sure my form is on point and push me to do my best.

The gym has a real sense of community everyone is cheering each other on and sharing high-fives. I’m usually not a group class person, but this environment gives me structure and keeps me from wandering around wondering what to do next.

HIGHLY recommend anyone come try it out. The workouts are never the same so it becomes unique and challenging and can be adjusted for anyone’s fitness level.

I’m seeing crazy improvements in my strength and conditioning that has ultimately improved my running immensely. But most importantly I feel good both physically and mentally.

I’m 3 weeks in to working out at P360. To be honest I was a bit intimidated to try this place at first because a lot of the people featured on their social media pages seemed super jacked and experienced and as someone who hasn’t worked out consistently in years and been dealing with ongoing health issues that impact my energy levels I was very nervous to step into P360, but wow I must say my experience here so far has honestly been incredible! The coaches are very supportive and offer modifications when needed. The members are also very welcoming and nice. You don’t have to be a super fit person to go here, they accept you where you’re at! Also shoutout to coach Nick who believes in me even on the days I don’t feel my best. He is the best hype man and explains things very thoroughly so you don’t get hurt! If you are nervous to try p360 just take that leap of faith, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve been here almost a month and am loving it! I’ve been wanting to get into weight training to help my martial arts and I felt a lot more secure knowing there was someone to watch my form and plan the circuits. The coaches are crazy helpful and the classes have such good energy (and playlists)!

Absolutely loving P360 so far! I've been going for almost 2 months and don't plan on leaving soon. I've tried F45 and BFT and I would say that P360 is the best workout and I like their equipment/space more than F45.
The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with form and make sure to challenge you but not judge/push if something is beyond your current abilities. They are always happy to provide modifications/alternative movements when needed. Alyissa, Cassie, Erin, Cedrik, and Nick are all incredible and I'm always excited to show up regardless of who is coaching!
The workout itself is always tough and I leave every class sweaty haha. It always starts with a main lift (deadlift, squat, bench, etc) with other exercises/accessory movements in between sets, and ends with some form of cardio circuit. What's nice is that while we share equipment, the workouts themselves are typically "on your own" in that you don't have to keep up with everyone else. For me that can be intimidating, so I like that this one lets you go at your own pace within the framework.
The price of their unlimited membership is pretty unbeatable and I love that their prices are posted on the website -- love love love that they don't hide it and force you to come in first. Transparency is important to me.
If you're looking to get better at lifting and want to have a consistently great workout, I hiiighly recommend P360!

I’ve been going to Performance 360 for a little over a month, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From day 1 Cassie and all the coaches have been incredible - not only in their teaching, but how they truly care about pushing you to your best ability. They know how to challenge you while keeping things positive, motiving and fun!

The gym is spotless, and the equipment is top-notch. The programming is fantastic - every class is something different but thoughtfully designed, not just for strength training, but for improving overall athletic ability.

Performance 360 is the perfect mix of expert coaching, smart programming, and an incredibly supportive community. I’ve been to a variety of gyms at this point, where I often run into the issue of plateauing. P360 switches it up with every workout so I don’t see that happening here!
Every workout is challenging but doable, and I’ve seen real results in strength, energy, and muscle tone in a matter of months! The workouts can be adjusted to fit your fitness level and anyone fits in here. The group setting keeps you motivated and supported along the way. P360 has easily become the highlight of my day!

Performance 360 is the perfect mix of strength and endurance training…it helps you build real skill while getting stronger every week. You learn the fundamentals of barbell and free weight lifts, but the best part is in the variety—on top of a variety of movements each day, every 5–6 weeks they bring in fresh movements/fundamentals and formats so you’re always challenged. I love being able to show up and not think…every workout and block is formatted perfectly to hit all areas! I’ve been here since day one, and I can honestly say I’ve never once been bored. The community is full of people who cheer you on, and the coaches are truly next level—they correct your form, push you past what you thought you could do, and celebrate every win with you. Performance 360 is where it is at! I was looking for a new gym and cannot say enough good things. The classes are challenging and different every day. The programming is fantastic too and the members are so welcoming! The owner Cassie is amazing and will make you feel so welcomed! The coaches are phenomenal too and so knowledgeable. They have a great attention to form and will always make sure you are performing the lift safely. I’ve already seen a huge improvement in my form from the coaches help. Before I joined, my idea of a workout was chasing my toddler while holding a lukewarm oat milk latte. Enter Alyssa, Cedric, and Cassie—the holy trinity of fitness, motivation, and gentle-but-firm humiliation.

Alyssa somehow manages to correct my form, count my reps, and compliment my socks all at the same time. She’s like a kind cyborg who’s programmed for gainz and encouragement.

Cedric? The man moves like a panther but teaches like Mr. Rogers. You’ll feel weirdly inspired and slightly afraid to disappoint him. He got me to squat more than my body weight—and I’m 90% dad energy and coffee.

And Cassie? Sweet, hilarious, and deceptively strong. One time I almost cried mid-circuit and she distracted me with a joke about protein shakes and dating apps. 10/10 would be emotionally supported again.

The workouts are fast-paced, fun, and just long enough that you question your life choices but not your membership. I’ve never felt more seen, more sore, or more confused about whether I’m sweating or crying. (Spoiler: it’s both.)

If you’re a regular person who wants to be less squishy and more awesome—with coaches who remember your name and don’t let you cheat—this is your place.

I started working out at Performance360 San Marcos at the end of February after having two kids and wanting to get back into a consistent fitness routine. It’s easily become my favorite place to work out... and honestly, the best one I’ve ever been to.

The vibe is unbeatable: every class is different, challenging, and fun, but still structured in a way that helps you steadily make progress and build strength. I’ve definitely noticed how much stronger I feel since joining. The coaches are all incredible: super knowledgeable, encouraging, and always attentive to proper technique so you can keep improving safely and confidently.

One of the things I love most is how welcoming and supportive the community is. Whether you're a total beginner or more advanced, you’ll never feel out of place. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Performance360 in San Marcos! This is my first time ever doing group strength training, and I was a bit intimidated at first. I’ve been more of a runner, but I wanted to incorporate strength training to complement my running and improve my overall fitness. After trying a few other gyms, I felt the right fit was Performance360.

The coaches have been supportive and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and comfortable despite being completely new to lifting. Every workout is well-structured, and I love the way they balance challenging you while also focusing on proper form.

The community here is amazing too—friendly, motivating, and genuinely fun to be around.

Excellent gym! Coach Erin and Alyssa are both top notch trainers who really know how to motivate us and also keep us save by teaching us proper biomechanics through a lift. The whole coaching staff keep us accountable and motivated at the same time. If you want a challenge and want to break out of the same lame cardio routine, I highly recommend trying out P360 in San Marcos.

I've only been here for a little over a month but I've enjoyed the classes. I've only attended Coach Michael and Alyssa's but they've shown me alternative workouts from the primary workouts in class to help strengthen weaker areas either due to injury, or just because I hadn't been involved in physical fitness for a while. Cassie is wonderful person and just like the coaches knows how to motivate people and help them stay focused.
