We are a fitness studio that offers personal training and small group classes. Our style is based around functional fitness, making you stronger and fitter for your every day activities. Our goal is to help people of all ages move better and more often. Our clients love the sense of community we offer, and the personalized focus we give. Rich is great. I've been coming to him for about 3 months to focus on strength training and mobility. His breadth of exercises always keeps me engaged and I leave each session feeling more mobile, stronger, and less injury prone. Highly recommended!

I'm coming up on 3 years and still love it here. Rich and Elyse are amazing!! PMPT is nothing like your typical gym. Its motivating and fun. There is something new and challenging everyday to workout your entire body. We do HIT classes, strength, foundation training and stairs all around the bay... indoors and outdoors!! Classes are small, filled with good peeps and we have the cutest gym dog, Frank.
I have learned so much and feel better in my 40's than I ever have!

It's a complete and total work out no matter what shape you are in. Great classes, amazing instructors and some of the best people you will ever meet. Rich Edgren and Elyse Petterson have created a gym where your work outs are actually FUN!!!
