Before Larry, I spent my time at the gym wandering around, doing the wrong exercises with the wrong weight and repetitions. I had the pleasure of working with Larry to develop a comprehensive routine for my hour in the gym, that was both approachable, challenging and something I could replicate on my own. When the pandemic hit, Larry pivoted to moving our sessions to a park by my house, which was wonderful. I canβt recommend Larry enough for any and all of your health and fitness goals!
