Anchored Performance is a private gym offering appointment only training sessions to help beginners learn the foundations of weightlifting so that they become confident in the weight room. AP's two coaches Jenna and Colton both have an extensive background in weight training as well as a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology which allows them to identify what you need in order to reach your fitness goals.

Jenna is amazing! She is knowledgeable, attentive, intuitive and profesional. My daughter did a trial weight training session with her a few months ago and has really enjoyed every session since.

Anchored Performance is a sweet private gym experience with highly qualified, capable trainers. The gym is clean and private! No more than 2 clients and 2 trainers at a time. Every piece of equipment is cleaned between clients. The equipment is simple, but has everything you need for personalized training sessions. Whether focused on mobility, cardio, strength, weight loss - Jenna and Colton customize your training plan to motivate you, and keep you progressing past plateaus! I have been training with Jenna for over two years and have grown stronger, more confident, more capable. Anchored Performance is a game-changer!

Love this place so much! Colton trained a group of my friends and we had the most amazing experience. Gym is clean and private and even lets us play our own music while he sets up an awesome workout for us! I’m new to weight lifting and a custom workout for me and my friends was exactly what this gym did for us. Very happy with the outcome of this experience and highly recommend!

I met with Jenna to initially sign up for two months. Learn to use equipment and what exercises that I can use on my own. Two months in I already started to see results. Not just physically but also became more comfortable doing circuits and using equipment I would have never touched on my own. I came in wanting to loose weight fast and slim down. Lifting weights with Jenna quickly changed my mind. Being strong and healthy became the priority. As my second month came to an end I quickly decided I wasn’t ready to stop. There was still more to learn. I ended up adding an additional month. I can truly say that this experience has changed my life. My health and MY MUSCLES are more important to me now more than ever. I have the skills I need to continue this fitness journey on my own but now I also have someone I can go to when I need help. Although my training sessions have concluded, I am not done with this gym. If you are nervous about beginning a fitness journey or just need that extra kick in the butt by someone, I cannot recommend Jenna enough.

I recently started to train with Jenna. She’s amazing! I would recommend her to anyone. Already, I feel I’ve learned so much and look forward to every session, whether it be a group setting or one on one. Jenna really knows what she’s talking about and is very attentive and consistent with her clients. I trust her with my goals and am very happy at her sweet new gym!
It’s always clean, she plays good music and you get to watch the sunset every evening if you’re lucky!
Jenna’s an all around great coach and person to be around. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been working with Jenna for a little over a month, but I’ve known this sweet girl just about my entire life. Jenna knows my strengths and abilities. She pushes me when I need it and lays off when she can tell I can’t take it. Jenna’s kind heart and hard work ethic push me to be better. I’m so happy that I started training with her. Anyone looking to get in shape and learn how to do things the right way ( posture / form ) this is the place to be!

I've been training with Jenna for just over 2 years. She excels at determining your own limitations and working around then while at the same time pushing them forward.
Her bright and chipper attitude can overcome any motivational issues you may have, and help you stick with a plan to reach your fitness goals.
After training with Jenna, both friends and family have noticed and commented that I'm looking "healthy", "fit", and even "tall" after we addressed my back and shoulder issues -compliments I'd never received before. I've been going to Jenna for 2 years now, and I wouldn't go with anyone else. She isn't your normal trainer, making you run around and not really caring if you do it correctly. She pays close attention to your progress, taking you to the next level of your workout. I feel so much more confident with her guidance. I highly recommend her!
