I’ve been training with Pam for about nine months, and she’s truly the real deal. I came in with a bad knee, a frozen shoulder, and weak abs that caused constant lower back pain. My knee is now fully healed, my abs are stronger, and my back pain has decreased dramatically during our workouts — and my shoulder continues to improve under her careful guidance. Pam is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, caring, attentive, and safety-focused. She always changes up workouts, adding stretching between sets, and keeping things fun. Her gym is beautiful, clean, and inviting — and beyond being an amazing trainer, I’m grateful to now call her a friend.

Pam has been a true blessing for our Mom. When she first started working with her, Mom had little to no muscle strength and struggled to walk without falling - something that happened often. Pam carefully structured hour-long strength training and stretching sessions twice a week, ensuring Mom’s safety throughout. Her positivity and expertise are truly remarkable. My husband and I train with Pam separately. We are seniors and have very different needs; she plans our workouts accordingly. I have vertigo, balance issues, and weak shoulders. I've known Pamela for nearly 7 years and she's been a blessing to me each of those years. My husband and I have known Pam Karamad for close to ten years now and have had her as both a physical fitness group trainer and now as our personal trainer at home twice a week. She has all the credentials and years of expertise working with older clients like us. She gives a great workout but never goes beyond your capabilities. My husband has mobility issues and I have joint issues so our workouts vary. She is always on time, adheres to a strict schedule, changes up your routine to help move you forward gradually building back body strength and mobility. Pam responded to my inquiry to work with my senior friend almost immediately. She was very reassuring about her experience and methods for improving sedentary seniors mobility and balance. She was able to tailor her schedule to meet my friend’s needs and began a 3 day a week regimen within days. Despite my friend’s initial reluctance, Pam’s enthusiasm won her over and after a month or so, she is greatly improved and seems to look forward to her sessions. Pam started working with my fiancé about nine years ago.
He absolutely loves the fact that she’s so knowledgeable, kind and thorough.
He’s becoming stronger, loves stretches that she gives him at the end of the work out.

He says he has never felt this good. At 88 years old he’s still active and healthy.

My wife has been going to Pam for over a year and a half now.
She has lost over 30 pounds.
We just went on a trip to Africa ,she would’ve never been able to make it had she not been taking the yoga classes.
They had horrible rains and the rocky roads were terrible and her back which was injured would’ve been in major trouble.

Because difficult stuff happens in life, and having someone as dedicated, caring and experienced as Pam makes overcoming that stuff easier. Found Pam through an advertisement and tried out a couple sessions with her and I am so happy that I did! She has been so helpful throughout all of our workouts and has taught me lots of different things that I now incorporate on a daily basis.
