Coach Randall is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had and that saying a lot because I’ve been an athlete for half of my life. It wasn’t until our paths crossed that I began to believe that I could be an athlete again. Coach Randall is encouraging. He’s positive, he’s realistic, practical, and he’s gentle in his approach to TEACH you, but will push you beyond your limiting beliefs when he sees that you can go further so you can learn to trust yourself and your body once again! Coach Randall is knowledgeable- he does his own research of other professional researchers’ work, he’s empowering and overall just an amazing person to work with. I have never been more motivated to work with a coach this much! I feel so supported both in the gym, in an home gym, and even in nutrition and mental health. Coach Randall keeps it real and he tells you to listen to your own body. He provides suggestions and feedback and is always willing to collaboratively work on the goals. you set out when you meet him. I am both meeting and exceeding my fitness goals and I want to continue to work with him because together I know that I can attain the body, the mindset and the love for myself that I’ve sought after for so long and Coach Randall helps me to remember that my goals are realistic and attainable. I’ve been training with Randall since January, and honestly it’s been a total game changer! He knows his stuff and really cares about helping you reach your goals. He works with your needs, makes you feel like you matter, and always pushes you in the best way. The workouts are tough but fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated. I’ve done group workouts, a summer challenge, and strongman classes, and I’ve enjoyed every single one. I’ve been going with Coach Randall for about year. When I first started, I had a lot of back and knee pain. Over the course of my training, I have gained strength and my aches and pain have gone away. I was able to carry my 7 year old daughter during our Disney trip, which was something I couldn’t do before. I highly recommend taking his classes. He makes the clases fun and entertaining.

Randall is a trainer who listens with intention. He's a great hype man, teacher, cheerleader whilst being a considerate and motivational trainer. I've said in the beginning that he needs to prevent me from doing dumb things, and after 4 months, he is still attentive to this detail. Impactful.

Coach Randall is the kind of guy that impacts your life and those around him. Randall’s teaching background allow him to see what you are truly capable of and help you realize your potential.

His coaching confined to just the walls of a gym but it’s life coaching that helps you with other areas in your life.

He is a man of community and knows how to keep things fun.

He knows how to be there and hold you to a standard of working hard and getting results but also having ridiculous grace in knowing that we are all humans that go through storms.

I can not recommend Randall enough to anyone who is looking to get fitter, get stronger, and looking to join a community of like minded people.

I have enjoyed my time training with Randall. He is someone who is encouraging, positive, and really knows how to connect with his customers. Prior to finding Randall, I visited many personal trainers in my area, and he is truly one-of-a-kind. He listens to what it is that I want and the goals that I want to achieve. He makes an effort to make exercise fun and less daunting for me, which makes me feel so much more encouraged to come in and work out. Exercise used to feel like a chore, but now it is exciting and I look forward to our weekly sessions. Randall is also very accommodating. He listens to my concerns and works with my capabilities. I have a finger that I cannot move and he always finds a way to make it possible for me to do exercises I didn't think I would be able to and never pushes me to do things I feel uncomfortbale doing. I have never met anyone more dedicated to their role as a fitness trainer. Beyond his job title, he has a genuine care for people and it is clear that he wants everyone to feel good about themselves and their health. I would recommend him to anyone I know and feel good knowing I only have positive things to say about my experience with him.

Coach Randall is one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever have. He is very committed and knowledgeable, he makes workout seems easy and very enjoyable. Randall is by far the best Personal trainer I have worked with. I had torn my meniscus and after surgery I tried two different physical therapist and after working with each for months I could not feel my knee progressing.
I talked to Randall about my struggles and he came up with a workout specifically catered to strengthening my knee while putting me through a great exercise session . I enjoy working with Randall his energy and enthusiasm really gets me motivated to keep pushing and he is constantly monitoring my knee making sure I’m not pushing to hard to fast preventing injury. I recommend Randall for anyone looking to start getting in shape or someone looking to challenge themselves during workouts he is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to getting the best results for his clients.

Mr. B is an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable and caring. He has taken in consideration my fitness goals and has being working with me to help me achieve those goals. He is very flexible, creative, and modified my workouts when I experienced flare ups from old injuries. Mr. B has researched ways for me to keep moving with out aggravating my symptoms. Once my symptoms improved, he continued working with me to return to regular workouts, always keeping in mind my limitations. He keeps track of my progress and checks with me frequently. Mr. B is fun, polite and very respectful. I highly recommend Mr. B to anyone who is looking for a very knowledgeable and caring trainer, he won’t disappoint you.

As someone who used to workout at F45 and other instructor led gyms, I’ve experienced my share of personal trainers and having a great trainer makes all the difference in the world. A great trainer listens. A great trainer is knowledgeable. A great trainer is skilled. A great trainer is non-judgmental. A great trainer helps to motivate and encourages you to want to do more for yourself. What makes a great trainer even better? When that trainer has a sense of humor and makes it FUN to work out. Now, I question the music sometimes on Stronkday Saturdays (a play on Strongman, like a boot camp) but since he takes requests I blame the other clients… hahaha.

Coach Bustamante’s workouts are always new and exciting every week, you know you’re going to have a fun & hard workout with Randall. Bustie is very enthusiastic and makes sure that the workouts accommodate your needs, to go heavier or lighter. Saturdays are always better with Strongman workouts in the morning, always leaving satisfied putting in that hard work.
