Physical Culture is the best place to go if you want to get strong long term. The group setting was super helpful for me because not only was everyone very welcoming and non judgmental, they also check in on each other and help with the accountability aspect of the gym. Jeremy is really good at connecting people.

Jeremy is super knowledgeable and hard working. He is experienced and always has modifications if you need to modify for any reason. His programming is methodical and if you show up, you will get stronger. Tell him your goals, and he will help you get there. He cares about the people that come in and he wants you to be successful.

This gym is hands-down the best if you're serious about building strength, improving technique, and growing your overall fitness. Jeremy is a fantastic trainer who prioritizes proper form and movement while expanding your lifting knowledge in all areas. Working with Jeremy at Physical Culture has opened my eyes to the possibility that I (might) like exercise. Like most people, the gym was very intimidating - I had no idea what I was doing. Jeremy really knows anatomy & physiology and takes the time to teach you how to lift weights and stretch properly. I've had personal trainers in the past, but Jeremy is, by far, the best. Jeremy is the absolute best at what he does. Not only does he provide great programming, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with injury rehab and recovery. I hurt my shoulder 2 years ago to the point where benching or lifting anything overhead felt impossible. Jeremy worked with me thru that injury and now I can do both of those exercises and can do them pain free.

Jeremy's Physical Culture is the most unique gym I've ever experienced. If you love clean equipment, wide open space to exercise, an upbeat vibe, and you want to work in the hands of a true expert who has a Master’s degree in kinesiology, you have to come in.

As a member of LA fitness for over a decade I watched personal trainers come and go, and most of them had no “real” education at all. Working with someone who knows the body, the muscles and who can offer the inspiration and instruction on the level of a physical therapist is unheard of. Most of all, it’s fun. Everyone knows if it isn’t fun, you won’t continue working out.

Another thing that makes a huge difference at Physical Culture, is the people who attend. Everyone is genuinely kind and like a family. I’m not really sure how to describe this. At times there are high school kids, seniors, nurses, dancers and business executives all mixed into a group that becomes a family. How many years have I gone to the gym and smiled at people, and they smiled at me, but hardly ever is there a connection. This gym deserved 5-stars.

I have been a member of numerous gyms here in the North County, and Physical Culture has by far been the best experience of the group. Jeremy has the experience and knowledge to help the most seasoned of athletes, to the most novice. He actually pays attention (which many trainers do not) and helps you make the adjustments necessary for your success. The programming is solid! I attend the 5AM group, and it is by far the best part of my day.

I only wish that I could have had the knowledge from Jeremy when I started my strength and conditioning as a young kid. He has helped me identify weakness and work out with a purpose.
