I absolutely love EMS workouts. I started seeing Jane after I had my 2nd baby and she really looked after my safety and made sure everything was comfortable as I eased into working out. Every year I do a big hiking trip with my family and going into the trip after working out with Jane my endurance was up and I felt stronger than ever.

PhysiCal Ems training is amazing! I highly recommend it! I don't have much time (a kid and a career) and 30min twice a week is a game changer in my life. I feel toned and stronger. I'm slowly getting back my six pack and a great butt. I overall feel slimmer and fit. Jenya is amazing and she's the personal trainer. I love her and I love the studio. It's clean, safe , parking downstairs and has a great vibe all around. Thank you Physical I will never stop!

I loveeeee PhyiCal! My trainer, Jenya is incredible. I used to love going to Pilates & PlateFit but I would somehow always injure my lower back. Jenya worked with me to adjust the intensity of our work out to helped heal my injury and get me back in shape.
