The BEST investment iv ever made!! AMAZING experience!! Zeke is so knowledgeable at what he does, Iv not only regained confidence in the gym, but also learned so much about my body and the exercises we do. Zeke has been an incredible trainer for my wife. He’s not only helped her build strength and improve her posture, but he’s also made a real difference in her confidence and overall happiness. Zeke has been my personal trainer for 4 1/2 years. I came to him at my highest weight, and it has been a struggle, but I have lost a little over 100 pounds. It hasn’t been quick, but he has been with me the whole time. He’s so encouraging, motivating, supportive, knowledgeable, and FUN! Yes, working out three times per week has become fun after 59 years of not being able to stick to an exercise program of any kind. I still have a way to go, but as long as I’m in San Diego, I will be with Zeke Casas at a PHYZEKE FITNESS.

I've been seeing Zeke for several months now. I started off being incredibly intimidated by the gym and I wasn't happy with my physical or mental state. Fast forward to now, I have seen a huge improvement not only physically but mentally. My favorite days of the week are when I train with zeke! Zeke is awesome! He makes working out fun and unique. He knows how to push his clients to succeed in ways they didn’t know possible. When I first started going I was recovering from a surgery. He surprised me by taking his own time to look up how to best workout during my recovery for my specific surgery. Plus I’ve had a several people tell me my butt looks bigger and lifted🤩

Zeke is an amazing personal trainer and absolutely worth every penny. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but it was evident from our initial interactions just how much he cares about helping his clients to achieve their goals. As someone who has suffered an injury in the gym in the past, Zeke ensured that I always felt safe during our sessions while still providing me with exercises that were challenging and effective. He also addressed nutrition and recovery which are essential to creating a well rounded fitness plan. To top it all off- Zeke is a ball of positive energy, which is a blessing during early morning sessions when you need some extra motivation! I have had a few trainers over the years. Bootcamp style group trainers, gym trainers, individual trainers and I always left feeling defeated, upset and like all they wanted was money. Then I met Zeke (who was training a friend of mine) and EVERYTHING changed!!! I have never met a trainer that genuinely cares about his clients. Most of us consider him a friend! Now I look forward to training and I never thought I would say those words! His energy is contagious and he produces results! The gym we train in is modern, clean and only for trainers & their individual clients. Most days there are only 2-6 people in the gym at a time. Zeke keeps the workouts new and exciting! We never do the same routine twice! He is changing my life and I am so grateful to have found him!!!!
