Pike Fitness is a fantastic fitness facility.
Very different from your standard gym as it allows you to work in a quieter space with attentive trainers. Perfect for those who don't prefer large, busy gyms with lots of people and noise. Family owned, clean, state of the art equipment, intimate but spacious with all the equipment you would need for a solo or small group session.

As a millennial office worker looking to improve my strength and overall functional movement , I booked three 1-1 coaching sessions with Jeff (60 min each) for a personal fitness assessment and to create a tailored workout plan that aligned with my personal fitness goals (i.e., improve tight hip flexors and shoulders from sitting all day, address weak knees from old snowboarding injury, easily lift and carry above 40# for extended time (aka little kiddos lol).

Through Jeff my trainer, I learned so much and feel well-equipped to take care of my body thru intentional workouts, solid knowledge about proper form, reps, and resistance training.

What sets Pike Fitness apart is their incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable ethos for helping others build and maintain strength at ALL life stages. So come as you are, Pike Fitness is a solid investment for your fitness journey, wherever you are.

I strongly recommend Pike’s Fitness! I have been going there for about 2 years. I started with the goal to train for walking the Camino. With Steve’s help, I accomplished the 30 day walk across Spain with minimal physical issues. It would not have been possible without his guidance and encouragement!

Don’t be intimidated about going to a gym. I started overweight and definitely out of shape. Somehow, Steve was able to boost my confidence and improve my physical strength. I am now in better shape than when I was in college.

I remember the hardest part was walking through the door the very first time to introduce myself. If you’re thinking about it, just try!

5 Stars - So glad I found this place!

I’d never worked with a personal trainer before coming to Pike Fitness, and honestly, I was nervous. But Steve and Destinee were so kind and patient with me. They helped me create a fitness and nutrition plan that actually feels doable, not overwhelming.

As a plus-size person, I really appreciated how comfortable and judgment-free the whole place feels. The energy is super welcoming, and their dog is the sweetest little bonus!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. I am excited to go to my training classes to continue to improve myself. Their neural massage therapist has help me work through injuries and helped stop tendons from popping in several joints in my body. A great gym with a great community.

Pike Fitness is how I think every gym/fitness center should be, this place is amazing. The owners are extremely smart, professional, polite, and kind people. Jeff and Steve are very well-educated in strength and conditioning and I've seen them train people of all ages and fitness levels. The facility and equipment are all well-kept and of great quality. There is a lot of space in the gym and with their reservation system you are always guaranteed access to pretty much any weight, machine, or space you want to use. I've been a member of many gyms through the years and this is my favorite one by far.

They also have a smartphone application through which they can create a customized workout plan for you. The app allows you to track your weight and reps for each exercise and has descriptive videos for how to do them. Having my workout already decided for each day makes going to the gym a lot more enjoyable and takes away the hassle of trying to come up with a workout plan of my own.

Membership fees are as good as it gets around here and especially when you consider customized access to their smartphone app I think Pike fitness cannot be beat. I highly recommend this gym!

My wife and I went to Pike Fitness to learn how to Squat, Dead Lift, Bench, in other words strength training.
We are members of another gym over in Benicia but that does not matter to Pike Fitness, they are only interested in helping us get a good work out. We purchased three one hour sessions with Steve, he listened to us patiently as we described what our goals were that we wanted to accomplish. He did not try and get us into anything that did not fit our goals, just listened made a few suggestion's and then he got to work, helping us understand the equipment and how all this lifting stuff works.
Steve has a grounded, calm and patient, yet encouraging energy, he is great to work with, giving us lots of instruction, pointers and encouragement along the way.
Pike Fitness is an awesome place, it too has good energy. If your at all wanting to improve your work outs, I would recommend you give them a call, I did and am am glad I did! I think you will be too.

Pike Fitness went above and beyond my expectations on multiple accounts. 1) The center is always very clean and organized. The weights, bars, cardio equipment, and other functional strength equipment is consistently wiped down and always placed in the proper place. No need to search for the right weights or worry about getting rust or other stains on your hands or clothes. This was the standard even before COVID-19. 2) It is well equipped. There’s no excuse for not getting a great workout in. Adjustable dumbbells, multiple squat/clean stations, cable crossover, cardio machines, kettle balls, TRX Bands, and training ropes. 3) The owners are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest people. They went out of their way to ensure my experience was always excellent. 4) Prices are fair and competitive.

If I hadn’t moved out of state for work, I’d still be a happy member. Thank you Pike Fitness!

Sometimes you meet extraordinary people in life who go the extra mile, not just in what they do, but who they are. The Burmann brothers are two such people. Their finesse and genuine love for helping people (of all shapes sizes and levels of fitness) become the healthiest and strongest they can be, is remarkable. They both come with a list of impressive credentials; and a passion for teaching. If you are lucky enough to either of them train you one-one-one, you will soon see that you are in the best hands, literally. Their style of instruction is clear, precise, and compassionate; they hold back nothing in terms of explaining the rationale and benefit behind every movement that they demonstrate. They inspire you to do your best, and will always challenge you to greater and more vibrant heights, in the safest way possible.

I have never in all my years wanted to go near a set up of exercise machines, or weights, or anything resembling what I perceived to be a "macho" world. Was I ever in for a surprise. Since beginning a regular routine at Pike Fitness, I am motivated to exercise every day because I feel energized and resilient. There is a part of me that has come back to life!

Prior to Pike Fitness, I was doing my own workout because I wanted to get stronger. The only problem I found with that, I had no motivation or the energy to do it. Joining Pike has given me the motivation I need. I've noticed an increase in flexibility and strength. I feel better and always looking forward to a workout at one of their classes. I've been a member for 6 months and I completely enjoy it.

Our fitness trainers, Jeff and Stephen (two brothers), are wonderful instructors. They know what they are doing, very knowledgeable about getting fit! They help us make sure we are doing our workouts correctly by checking for proper posture, form and proper stretching! They work with all people, all levels, and any age.

What’s also amazing about Pike, I’ve made so many friends. Any new member who joins, we welcome them into our circle. We workout together and we motivate each other to achieve our goals.

If you are looking to get fit, make gym friends or looking to reach your fitness goals, this is the place. You will not be disappointed!

Jeff has been my personal trainer for about a year now. When I first met Jeff, I was unsure whether I'd like resistance training, but after several sessions with Jeff, I began to understand how important it is and looked forward to my training.
