I booked an appointment through classpass where it says 'you should use grip socks'. At the moment, i didnt have grip socks because i thought this is a 'recommendation' not a 'requirement'. The lady looked at me and started looking and checking my socks and said you are not allowed to enter. I told her it doesnt say its 'required' on the site and she insisted that i must have them. She told me i can either go home or buy their socks for $20, which of course i dont want to buy as i clearly read the description before going there. I asked if i can be barefoot because in other pilates places they are ok with you being barefoot, there is plenty of grip that way, but again she denied. Another annoying part is that the area is super sketchy, no clear signs where to turn or enter the building it took me 10 minutes to find the place so that i be denied at the end. Very bad experience and rude staff overall
