Was visiting Laguna staying at the hotel next door and dropped in for a class. Kristie is such a great instructor and was so encouraging! Class was the best kind of difficult! The studio is nice and clean and classes are small so it’s like getting individual attention for the price of a group class. Whether you’re a local or a visitor this is a great Pilates spot!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from being in the fitness industry, it’s that beauty is common, but people with contagious energy, inimitable talent, and a wonderful outlook on life are rare and truly worth spending time around. Thank you so much for the exhilarating classes; they were worth the trip to California in and of themselves. Kristie’s ambient studio is small, with just three participants, so you really get a 'Masterclass’ from a true outlier. I’ve taken Pilates classes from some of the best instructors in the industry, but Kristie’s level of excellence would leave even Joseph Pilates mystified and struggling to keep up with this insatiable blonde Supernova. While they say that “abs are made in the kitchen,” they get scorched at Pilates Body Laguna. Partaking in Kristie’s exclusive classes in this tranquil beachside community is nothing short of living a dream. Best of all, it’s Kristie’s energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to her students that is most inspiring. It’s as if you can feel the pulse of her heart through the reformer as the springs expand with newfound possibility.
