I highly recommend this pilates studio! The small group sessions make a big difference – the instructors actually notice what you're doing and give helpful feedback. The space is very clean and cute, and has everything you need. It's a great place to build strength, and improve posture. It's really saving my back and neck!! Thank you!! The classes are easy to book and you will get a great workout!

Lisa truly stands out as one of the best Pilate trainers you can find. I’ve been practicing pilate for a while in London and in the Bay Area, and I’ve taken group classes and been with personal trainers so I understand the importance of a good instructor. Lisa is passionate, professional and knowledgeable. During her sessions time flies by because it’s fun, yet It’s hard. My muscles are fired up and sometimes shake from challenging poses. I always feel I gained more strength and mobility at the end of each session. I’d recommend Lisa to anyone without hesitation. She worths the splurge (and I seriously think the price is very reasonable.

Lisa is such an amazing instructor! Whether you’re a beginner (like me) or experienced, she knows exactly how to push you to do your best. The studio is so clean and sanitary. I started pilates with Lisa last month and she knows her stuff! She mixes variety of workouts to make sure you have fun but she also makes sure you get your full workout experience. I took one class and at the end of my session I signed up for 20 sessions. Highly recommend!

For anyone who is interested in learning more about Pilates or looking to maintain a healthier lifestyle, I would absolutely recommend taking Lisa's classes and sessions. I personally was never into fitness and was always on various diets that never worked for my body. Lisa is the best instructor that I've had to date. She listens to all of your concerns, works towards helping you reach all of your goals, and constantly encourages and pushes you. When I first started training with Lisa, some of the few things I wanted to work on were posture, stamina, and flexibility. I've already seen so much improvement and an increase in strength.

I have been taking classes with my mom for over 2 weeks and I enjoy it so much! I’m not the type of person who usually works out or enjoy working out but she makes it fun. I usually am not excited to go to the gym but doing Pilates is actually enjoyable! Time goes by fast and it’s a total body workout! If you are looking for a Pilates instructor I highly recommend coming here.

I've been telling the world I wanted to start pilates, so I was pretty thrilled when my friend invited me to a class with her. After the first class, I immediately booked several classes because I really needed to level up my health + strength.

I've been to about 12 or so sessions and I absolutely LOVE IT! It's light cardio mixed with weight + core training with a splash of yoga and Lisa trains/guides you so well :)

Lisa is really attentive and encouraging throughout the workouts and my body definitely feels stronger and toned up now. She is definitely interested on what your workout goals are and is awesome at providing a movement that really pushes and strengthens specific areas. I seem try a new method of working out my core, arms, and legs each time I go, it's quite amazing what you can do on the reformer! I started off really basic but I'm building up the balance and weights so it's amazing!

This pilates studio is a hidden gem in Koreatown. Lisa is an amazing instructor and I love how attentive she is with each move making sure you get the most effective workout. She gives you the right amount of push you need to work every muscle in your body. I genuinely feel so much stronger after every session. I love how clean the studio and it's filled with every equipment needed and there's always parking available in the lot which is a huge plus in LA.

I highly recommend Lisa because not only is she very knowledgeable and professional in what she does but she's also so sweet and kind!
