I took Pilates elsewhere and the sessions I had were not remotely close to the Fletcher techniques that Kerri Campbell has used to aid me with neck and back pain that has plagued me for some time. I am increasing my strength at the same time. I am grateful I found their great studio I could not recommend them more highly.
It’s 2023 and I’m still a huge fan. Kerri and crew are amazing

Love the Pilates Bodyshop!!! I've been going here for over 3 years. They have so many good teachers here, Lauren and Kerry especially! They are masters of Fletcher Pilates and Lupa's Yamuna classes are life changing. When i first came here I suffered chronic pain from a variety of injuries and a cycle of re-injury that felt endless. Today I have no chronic pain. I'm strong, healthy and in control of maintaining that great feeling. Thank you, Pilates Bodyshop!!

I LOVE PILATES BODY SHOP AND MY INSTRUCTORS KERRI AND JUSTIN! I RECENTLY HAD A BABY AND THEY HAVE HELPED ME REGAIN STRENGTH AND CONFIDENCE IN MY BODY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. EVERYONE IS SUPER COOL, IT IS VERY CLEAN AND THEY HAVE ALL VERY EXPERIENCED TEACHERS. THUMBS UP!
