Professionally licensed instruction, located in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains in Topanga Canyon, just 6 minutes from the beach.
Welcome to our beautiful Pilates studio, where you can practice Pilates surrounded by the beauty of nature.
The equipment I have is all professional quality from Balanced Body, including two reformers with a tower, Wunderchair Exo and all the Pilates props, catering for everyone including pre- and post- natal private classes, specializing in rehabilitation from injuries.
Private, semi private reformer, mat and virtual classes are available on a daily basis.

Love Michelle!! She was my savior when it came to my physical health. Michelle has changed my life. She has done wonders with my sciatica and I can’t thank her enough. I love her Pilates workout. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Michelle. In five months I went from always injuring myself and feeling very fragile to feeling extremely robust! The reformer work Michelle and I have done together is what I credit with helping me make the most progress. Michelle really listens to me when I come to her with all of my questions and changing physical needs. She expertly adapts my workouts and also challenges me the right amount so that I continue to gain strength and flexibility. One of the many things which sets Michelle apart from other Pilates teachers I have worked with is her background in physical therapy. Having someone with that kind of expertise is a game changer. I've been going to Michelle for over three years and can't recommend her enough! She takes the time to learn your body and create really effective workouts tailored to you. She has a gorgeous studio with lots of natural light, surrounded by beautiful trees and plants - makes it a nice break after being in the office all day. Michelle is the most amazing Pilates instructor that I have ever been to. She is extremely well trained and always seems to figure out what will help me. She is also very intuitive. I have been seeing her for two years and I’ve never been so strong and muscular (and I’m 80 years old). On top of that, she is really fun. She also explains why we are doing different exercises. Her new studio in Topanga is absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Michelle is INCREDIBLE! There aren’t enough to words to express how much I love working with her.
I found Michelle when I was looking for one on one while recovering from back injury and chronic illness with Lyme disease. Her deep knowledge of healing and with a physical therapy background supported my journey back to strength and getting my body back. Her pilates style is classical with a contemporary twist and never a dull moment. You can truly tell how much Michelle cares and loves her work, AND an added bonus is the most beautiful studio under the trees in the canyon.

Five Stars! I wish i could give Michelle and her Topanga Pilates studio TEN stars. At 63 and with plenty of ongoing health conditions including a huge weight gain, I was very concerned about trying to begin to learn a new style of exercise on a new apparatus and i was a total beginner. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks but the lovely and capable Michelle can and more! She’s amazing, she gets you on the reformer and you lose your fear and can relax gazing up through the windows under the vast canopies of ancient oaks. She’s so fun that the hour in her serene and beautiful studio flies by with peace and laughter and yet the next day I can feel muscles in all the right places! It’s giving me energy and strength to go back to hiking and I’m starting enjoy my body again! It is with all my heart that I recommend going to do Pilates with Michelle in her cozy and airy sanctuary, er… studio.

I adored my sessions with Michelle in her gorgeous little studio while I was in Topanga temporarily. I had only ever done group reformer classes before meeting Michelle and I have to say I love 1:1 so much more. It’s so nice having Michelle correct my technique and really notice how my body is moving. You don’t get that attention in a class.

I have a bad back and Michelle helped me to go slow and strong with my Pilates exercises. She is highly knowledgeable and thoughtful during the exercise. She's funny and delights in training with her. She has amazing studio in topenga and she provides private and online classes too. I am truly grateful to her. I would say one of the best Pilate teachers!

I came to Michelle starting about a year ago looking to solve my back pain (degenerative disc issue in my lower back) and improve my overall fitness. She’s helped me get from barely being able to stand for more than 30mins to going back to my usual activities and workouts. She’s kind, intelligent and truly just a great human that cares about you’re well-being first and foremost. She has a great setup at her home in Topanga that’s always kept clean and welcoming with the added bonus of being amidst the trees and beautiful landscaped garden that seems to get better and better each visit! As a male in his late-30s I doubted whether pilates would meet me fitness goals and solve my injuries but with Michelle’s help it’s done all that and more. Highly recommended!
