Madison is my favorite instructor! Tough, attentive with a great playlist, I get my butt kicked while having a full body workout. Parking can be tricky but you can definitely find spots. Being able to hydrate with Flow Water is a nice perk.

This place used to be good until Summer 2024. Everything went downhill after that. The studio has really bad AC and ventilation system. If the weather is 85+ avoid it all costs. This studio also used to be a place where instructors were a lot of fun, engaging, and motivating. The studio has an instructor retention issue. Very few good ones are left.

One good thing is though I found the customer service to be very responsive.

Tried to book a first time class and was waitlisted, yet charged $20 for the class. I called, text, and emailed the business multiple times without response over several days. No answer at the building at all. When I finally did get a response via email, the communication was unprofessional and curt, lacking any sort of resemblance of customer service. I am still pending a refund for the class that I was not even able to get into. Leaving 2 stars based on lack of professionalism and zero customer service.
