Hil loved Kailey's energy esp on a Sunday morning. I was tempted to not come in feeling tired when I woke up but after taking her class I feel a lot more energized and strong. Definitely glad I came in. This was my first time taking her class and loved her positive motivational energy that got me through the poses. There was a first timer taking her class and I noticed she was attentive in helping her while keeping the rest of the class on point. I appreciated her setting up the poses and demonstrating ahead of time to ease the transition points. I hope Kailey teaches more classes at the Laguna location as she said she normally teaches at the other location.

Wow, everything about the studio should be. First of all, if you have not tried this method, it is awesome, but it’s truly for the physically fit. And that’s what I love about this place. Everyone that goes to class is in great shape and, this method works. Even better, I love that you can actually get into classes. I’ve tried a different Pilates studio nearby and I can never get into any classes and it’s truly just too easy and too basic. Cannot recommend this place enough. The instructors are awesome, love class availability, love the exercise.

I came 4 times with my friends. We had different instructors each time. The instructors that stand out are Jen and Sarah because they took the time to make corrections whenever I wasn’t doing the exercise right.
My friends concur. It’s not helpful when the only feedback is, “you are strong and you are doing amazing”

I love this place! I've been going for over 3 weeks now and the workouts are amazing. I leave with all muscle groups exhausted and shaking and can feel the results for the rest of the day. This is such a great core workout and my body thanks me. I have been active all of my life, from doing triathalons to SUP, yoga, weights, cross fit, body pump and these workout are much kinder on my body than other weight bearing exercises. Because everything is done slowly, you have to focus on the muscle groups intended to work, instead of using momentum to get the job done. I highly recommend Pilates Plus! I can't wait for summer to show off my improved body!
