If you’re looking for a challenging and fun community-based workout look no further!

PPWB has a great variety of workouts to match to your personal needs. The Pilates classes are wonderful, they have traditional stretchy Classic classes and their namesake Pro classes that have a more aerobic approach. There is also a suite of other classes available – Barre, MatBox (boxing), TRX, Bootcamp Pro (strength training) and traditional Bootcamp. Throughout the year that I have been a member they have added new classes – some have stuck and become very popular (Bootcamp Pro) and others didn’t resonate as well with members. I love that they are willing to branch out and offer new options for members. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are excellent at providing accommodations for individuals at all levels.

Check out the new member options before you commit – I did a month-long trial, but they also have a one-day trial too if you just want to dip your feet in. I appreciate that the front desk staff members are all so cheerful and bright - sometimes just getting to the studio is tough but as soon as you walk in the door their warm welcome sets the tone for a great workout. Give them a call... your body will thank you!

I've been working out @ PPW for just over 1year, I started there as a complement to my Physical Therapy for my repaired Achilles. My 1st month membership was a gift from my wife, who'd have known it would be the gift that keeps giving?!! (although she's very good at gifting, so not too surprising, really). Anyway - LOVE it there, it is now a (healthy) habit for me, I typically go 6 days/week. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and inspirational. There are a variety of classes, new equipment, varied schedules, and nice/friendly people that make it really fun. See you there!
