Pilates Room will steal your money. Their system is very confusing.. not user friendly. There is no number to call if you have a question. You send an email and hope someone gets back to you. And usually the person who gets back to you is not helpful.

Pilates Room owe us $800 and refuses to give us our money back. Don't join this club. Don't believe me, read the other reviews.

3 of us took one class while visiting Carlsbad. One class was supposed to be for free. Gave my credit card and was charged the 3 classes never given the one for free and then charged my card multiple times for a total of 144.65 for no apparent reason. I wasn’t even in the state when I was charged. After multiple attempts to get a refund I have been ignored and don’t even get a response. Unethical company. Avoid them

Extremely unhappy with the experience and should’ve said that long time ago. I purchased an 8 class package and understandably they closed the studio due to COVID but the kicker is they promised me I could use the classes upon reopening and I have that in writing from them. They totally denied that until I forwarded that email to them and then shoved me in 30min intro classes with an instructor who gave me the treatment you’d give a “ freeloader “ not giving me any substitutions or any attention during class. Now I have to sit through 30 minutes of intro each session where she gets to know new people and then does intermediate level pilates. I’d have liked to experience all the classes offered by the studio which is what I was promised but the people here are so fake including the instructor Katia. If you are out of shape and not a professional already and do not have a lawyer to get you out of sold packages this place isn’t for you

Continues to charge monthly, increasing prices, and no help from management. Terrible business practice. No one answers the phone. There is a reason the Better Business Bureau give them an “F” rating. Avoid at all costs.

I decided to try Pilates for the first time, and Pilates Room - Carlsbad has been great! I am really enjoying the classes here. They have different types of classes and for different skill levels. The instructors are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this studio!

I love Pilates Room! There are multiple locations which make it super convenient, but I primarily visit the Carlsbad studio. They have a great selection of class times, the booking system is extremely user friendly, and most importantly all of their instructors are very helpful. It is a great full body workout!

This location is the first studio I attended since it being the first time to try Pilates. The instructor was patient and assisted me on executing the exercises.I highly recommend Pilates Room Studio

I got a new student special for $15 and received 8 classes to be used in a month. I'm pretty new to Pilates only having taken a Lagree class once. I wanted to try traditional pilates on the classic reformer.

I consider myself to be quite fit since I lift weights 5 days a week and go to yoga once or twice a week but I tried a few beginner classes since I don't know much about Pilates. Even if I notified the teacher that I was new I didn't find them to be all that informative for someone who has zero oilates experience.

I would probably have done better doing an individual class to learn terminology and form. There was not any hands on adjustments to correct form which I always hope for to avoid injury and learn proper technique. I tried out almost all the instructors and I definitely suggest doing so as everyone has different styles and methods to teaching.

My first pilates experience. Love it. Very attentive instructors, nice atmosphere, clean and simple. Reformers are new and well taken care of. Would recommend trying out some classes if you want to refrain from normal gym workouts.

The worse!!! I have been dealing with their mistakes for months. Charging you for classes when you have credits. Unanswered emails, and instructors are left to deal with angry customers. They have the nerve to ask if you want to cancel when they haven't delivered their end of the deal (pretty basic, classes & credits). This place is a fraud. I have spent (to this point) maybe hundred of hours trying to rectify mistakes via email, most of unanswered for weeks. JUST AVOID THEM
