I have been going to Pilates Sante for a little while now. Everyone there is so kind and professional. My private sessions with Carla and Gabby are fantastic. I’’ve been going to Ariel’s PT sessions and rehab classes for 2 months now. And for the first time in my long PT, pilates, and other bodywork experience I’m leaving the sessions and even the classes pain-free!! AND I’m pain-free the next day and the day after!!
The workout is challenging, but Ariel is extremely attentive to everyone’s form and gives very specific and unique queues. For me this is possibly as close to a miracle as it gets.

I am a 40 year old male with a lower back problem (bulging disc). I stumbled upon this place and they have been so helpful and supportive in the focus of strengthening of my back. They provide a comfortable environment and a feeling of welcome. I have worked with multiple instructors and find them all to be kind, supportive and willing to listen to me. They focus on getting you stronger where you need to be. I have been taking classes for 9 months now and the improvement shows.

I started Pilates Sante a couple months ago to help recover post partum and address severe hip and back pain. I've been so stagnant and in pain since having my baby and the team at Pilates Sante has really helped me regain my feel of capability and strength and craft doable homework I can do at home to maintain my progress even with a full time job and several small kids at home. Pilates Santé is definitely the place I recommend for Pilates and Physical Therapy! They have helped me with shoulder and back issues substantially and my balance and muscle strength has improved by far. I really love Pilates Sante! I started here as a physical therapy client for low back pain years ago and now I attend a weekly group class. I always get a safe and effective workout from the group classes and feel the benefits not only in my body but my mind as well. The instructors are always creative and thoughtful with their instruction and know how to safely modify Pilates for injuries or weakness in the body. I highly recommend this studio for physical therapy and weekly Pilates classes!!!

I came to Pilates Sante over 2 months ago hoping to find a way to get my core strong and hopefully relieve the debilitating pain I was in from compressed disks causing nerve pain. I was feeling apprehensive as I had never done pilates before and didn't know much about it. I had my first visit with the owner Ariel, MSPT. I felt heard and safe and left feeling like this was the place I could do the hard work to make my body stronger. Ariel put a program in place for me that felt like a good starting point.
I've continued to work with Amity an awesome and patient apprentice who continues to challenge me with compassion and understanding mixed with a bit of humor.
My experience at Pilates Sante has been great. It's warm and welcoming with a very good vibe.

The experience at Pilates Sante has been wonderful! Every staff member is so kind and friendly. I knew very little about Pilates and the staff has been very patient as they explain all of the mechanics and teach me the correct form for each of the movements. In a short amount of it time, I seen a difference in my physique, especially my core. I came for support with pain in my SI joint and, since attending, the pain has been non-existent. I absolutely love Pilates Sante and highly recommend it!

Pilates Sante has been life changing. I went from not being able to stand for more than 20-30 minutes to walking across London with energy to spare. I’m never consistent with anything but I rarely miss my twice weekly pilates sessions with Cristina. Everyone at the studio is kind and supportive. Run-don’t walk-to Pilates Sante.

Pilates Sante is wonderful. I’m hyper mobile and prone to injury. I’ve been doing going to both PT and Pilates and have been impressed with both. I’d never done Pilates and generally don’t like lifting. Pilates here has been wonderful for strength training in a fun, super personalized way that ensures I don’t get hurt. PT is also great and I’m seeing great progress thus far. In general I’m getting stronger and am much more aware of my body. Highly recommend!

Pilates Sante is amazing. I just finished a cycle of physical therapy with Ariel and her team at Pilates Sante for my shoulder and I feel so much better. Everyone of the trainers or therapists knew about my case and suggested or oversaw appropriate movements. Not only did they think about exercises, they suggested life style and sleeping changes which made a huge difference. I highly recommend Pilates Sante for physical therapy or pilates classes. I cannot recommend Ariel and the whole staff at Pilates Sante enough!
The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about your progress. I had tried a few different physical therapy places before and I never stuck with them because they did not seem to provide thorough, individualized care. Ariel took the time to understand my needs, helping to relieve my chronic back pain and regaining strength after an injury and surgery. The tailored exercises using Pilates equipment were both challenging and enjoyable, leaving me feeling stronger and more aligned after every session. I was provided very clear directions for an at-home program to continue my progress.
What truly sets this practice apart is their holistic approach and genuine care for their patients. The whole staff is wonderful and inviting and I actually look forward to my sessions. I’ve noticed significant improvements not only in my pain levels but also in my overall flexibility, core strength, and confidence in movement.

I have been doing Pilates here for year and half, 3-4 times a week. It’s really helped resolve my hip and foot issues and also made me aware of how to move and connect correctly to be pain free. I am so much stronger and feel great after my workouts here. I have worked with so many instructors - my regular guides Christina, Fernanda and Christine are all amazing. I love Pilates Sante for my physical therapy. Each practitioner has given me unique support to help in my healing. Therese is so detailed and specific that we find exercises that target exactly my issue. Christine is so fun and helps work me in all the activities I've learned from the PTs. Therese, Ariel and the rest of the Pilates Santé staff are dedicated and caring professionals. I came here with chronic hip issues (so bad I quit my job to concentrate on rehabilitation) and found them after seeing a half dozen physical therapists beforehand. Therese, Ariel and others were able to diagnose and treat my issues and train me to think differently about body movement and kinesiology. The experience was life changing and the healing went much further and was more holistic than anything I’ve seen before.

My chiropractor referred me Pilates Sante for help with issues in my SI joint/low back and hip pain. I started with a few physical therapy sessions with Ariel and other therapists (all of whom were excellent). I have suffered with low to mid grade back pain for more years than I can count. After a few sessions of physical therapy I was literally pain free. It seems to simple and too good to be true, but it is true and pilates has literally changed my life. The therapists are so kind and knowledgeable about body mechanics and proper movement. They are also skilled at quickly getting to know individual people and bodies and what they need to thrive. I am truly grateful to these skilled clinicians and the new lease on health they have given me. I continue with weekly quad classes with Gabby and 1:1 sessions with Maia which keep me challenged and continuing to improve my strength and body awareness. Best of all, I continue (after just 4 months) to be free of low back issues. Thank you, Pilates Sante!

Pilates Sante provides both PT and Pilates services. My experiences have been principally with their PTs. I have found the PTs among the best I've experienced over many decades. Attention to detail biomechanics, with a focus on correcting dysfunctional function (having the body do what it's supposed to do vs what it's learned to do, often incorrectly). Therese particularly helps you re-learn how various parts of the body are supposed to work optimally and at a pace that ensures the body is ready for the next level of advancement.

I honestly don’t know how to properly convey how blessed I am to have found Pilates Sante. Working with Ariel has been life changing. Literally. I had been to many different PTs and therapies over the years and it is INSANE how much progress I have made in such a short time. Ariel is so well versed in the body and is so thorough in her assessments and during our sessions. Not only am I healing and getting stronger and more stabilized, but I have developed a better mind/body connection, better posture, better form, and a better understanding of how my body should be working to prevent another injury.
Outside of all this expertise that she and her PT have (all of these ladies are super smart and amazing), her office staff and instructors have blown my mind. They are kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, watchful (they pay close attention during sessions and adjust your form as needed), just seriously a wonderful group. Love this place. I came in very broken 2 years ago. I have had chronic pain for about 8 years now and have struggled to get stronger. I am also ligament lax which makes things even more challenging. Pilates Sante and Therese tailored my workouts and they have allowed me to build up my strength over time. I needed a gentle approach and I needed people who really understood how to deal with cases like mine. Therese is absolutely amazing and would recommend her to anyone. Pilates Sante is a warm and inviting place full of very friendly and highly knowledgable staff. I started with PT for a back injury and found that building strength and learning new ways to move also helped dramatically with the chronic pain and weakness I experience due to lupus. As I grow stronger my instructor Renata challenges me with all kinds of new exercises and ways to use the equipment. I learn something new every week! The studio is not crowded when I'm there and the instructors are all highly trained and professional. Overall, I've grown in strength and I can do activities comfortably now that I couldn't do before.

I love Pilates Sante! I have been going there since 2019 and they have been there to help me get stronger and recover from back injuries, hip injuries and shoulder injuries. All along the way they have provided support and encouragement in a safe, clean and professional environment. I am able to go from PT services to Pilates instructors and alternate between the two. They share notes and always make sure I am working safely and within the constraints of my physical limitations. All of the instructors are amazing and I am confident that whoever I will see will take good care of me.

I've been a regular client at Pilates Santé for at least four years. My chiropractor recommended Ariel because of low-grade chronic pain due to a back injury. After her evaluation, I started rehabilitative pilates with instructors and I almost experience pain. My core is so much stronger than it's ever been - I even learned to surf a few months ago. We work on balance, strength, mobility, and more. I had an ankle injury two years ago and we not only rehabbed it, but we modified my pilates routine to be sure I didn't lose strength and mobility. I've seen most of the instructors there and done online courses and would highly recommend Ariel and the team. In addition to their professional skill, they're also nice and fun people!

After seeing a PT for almost a year, my back pain and numbness in my right leg (from ballroom dance injury) was still persistent. Within a month, Ariel and her team was able to help improve my symptoms. I have a lot less pain, more mobility, and I was able to compete in dance floor last week for the first time without any discomfort. Ariel's insight into human body is amazing. She also has a keen eye from former dancer's perspective. Traci's trio reformer class is a huge bonus. I have been taking her class twice a week and I am feeling stronger each day. The core work is a must to improve spine health. I am so glad that I went back to this studio. Highly recommend her team!

Pilates Santé is an incredible resource! I tweaked my back at the beginning of Covid, and one of the doctors I saw recommended that I come to Pilates Santé for Physical Therapy. I saw mostly Ariel at the beginning, but there are other extremely qualified (as I later found out) physical therapists, as well, at this wonderful studio. I have worked with a variety of people in the last year here, some therapists, some PTAs/instructors, ALL amazing! After several physical therapy sessions, I "graduated" to private Pilates classes, which I love! I am one of those people who needs someone standing over me to make sure I am doing an exercise correctly. 6 months into my recovery, however, I re-tweaked my back at home, sending me to the ER via ambulance. Ariel almost literally held my hand through the entire ordeal. She was amazing! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, patient, and very understanding. Once my back healed enough, I popped back onto the "physical therapy" schedule where I worked closely with Therese, also outstanding! The most wonderful thing about working with a variety of people and personalities is that I have walked away learning something new and useful from EACH of them. (As with anything, each person has a different instruction style.) I am now almost back to my old self, doing private Pilates with Leah, and on occasion, Gabby... both incredible! My strength has improved, and I have most of my mobility back. I truly look forward to coming in every week!

I just love this place! Ariel is both Pilates certified as well as a physical therapist and the combination of both makes her and her staff the perfect place to rehab an injury, or treat post surgical patients. They are also excellent in putting together a fitness plan for beginners and well as experts in Pilates. I have been there myself for my knee and I refer many of my patients there as a physician. I am always assured my patients will get the appropriate care and rehab protocol they need and my patients walk away always loving their sessions.
