Just as other review says, the policy is super bad with this studio. Super unfriendly policy makes working people not easy. If you donโ€™t have to work and could come anytime and easily 15mins in advance, then ignore me. I wonโ€™t recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my drop in class while visiting the area. I was going to this studio for 3 years before I moved.
Nicole took care to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. She is an excellent teacher.

Pretty subpar instructors at this studio. I tried out their new client special and it was honestly a huge waste of money. It's hard to book any classes for the first couple weeks because the best instructors are all fully booked and you're limited to one class a day. So you waste about two weeks even though you're paying for a full month.

Also the instructors will take any chance to charge you a no-show fee of $25, even when you actually show up to the class! Way to show that you don't care to remember your students' names and faces. I had to show Pilates V a Google maps timeline screenshot to prove that I actually attended the class. Even then, they refused to refund my card for the mistaken charge. What a trash studio. Avoid at all costs.

They sold too many membership that apparently way over their class capacity. You need to book a class 2 weeks in advanced. On top of that, for most of the V2 and V3 classes, they were fully booked within 10 minutes when the registration opened. so if you buy a 1month pass, really only the last 2 weeks are useable.
Even that, you need to track the time frequently and book the spot as soon as the 2 weeks window open, which is mentally tiring for someone who wants to take pilates class for wellbeing.

I enjoyed my time with this studio but giving two stars hoping they fix this.

1) operator. My wife called to cancel her membership because she was pregnant and could no longer do pilates. The operator said she would take care of it but failed to do so. When we called back asking why we werenโ€™t refunded they were like oh you called to late and just took 1 month membership fee.

2) instructor quality varies. Iโ€™ve had two amazing instructors. I give them 5 stars. They are professional and caring and make sure you do things correctly. Then there are others who donโ€™t clearly explain the workouts and donโ€™t bother to fix you even if you do something wrong. I got shoulder and knee pain after attending classes from some of the instructors.

Great instructors and classes. However, since the beginning of 2023 classes are extremely full and get filled up the moment they open, 2 weeks in advance. That makes it challenging to take classes on a regular basis. That's really too bad, because the teachers are magnificent ๐Ÿ˜ž

I chose this pilates place bc it wasn't close to my house, but even though I canceled my membership completely at the end of a trial, they persistently bothered me by calling and texting me every day which I was keep telling them I am not thinking to get another membership. They are always running after you for money. I can really say that this studio was built on money. Although their prices are extremely expensive, they are constantly pushing you to buy more packages without discounting. If you come to the class even a minute late, they never let you in and not refund your class or money plus offend everyone in front of them. If you do not have special socks for pilates, they force you to buy socks from their studio, all their systems are based on money! I recommend you look other studio or do at home seriously! I canceled before the end of my trial month and I never think of back. and their instructors are really not responsable and not seem welcome. I was not satisfied at all, I am very sorry.

Highly recommend taking a class with Alexis at the Pilates V studio in Willow Glenn. After attending classes with a couple other instructors, Alexis is the first coach that I have felt a workout with pilates. She corrects as needed and pushes you to the best of your abilities. Not only is she an amazing coach she also makes you feel so welcome and is curious to get to know her students. I am willing to commute 40 minutes to take a class with Alexis! You should do it too!

If you are the new customer, please remember show up in the class on time. Otherwise, You will not be allowed to attend the class even 1 minute late, Pilate V should mention this part in the website, in the website, it only says that did not show up eariler.

Sorry it is my bad, in the several email they sent, it says that
Arriving late is highly disruptive and strongly discouraged. The first 5-10 minutes of class is necessary to prepare for the rest of it. If late you'll lose your place and cannot join the class (it's unsafe to add people to class this late and not permitted).

After years of doing boot camp type workouts and suffering from injuries, I've made a change to pilates in an effort to be kinder to my body. I really like the instructors and the variety of classes. I definitely feel stronger and more aligned. I'm hooked!

Great instructors, convenient online scheduling, it looks a bit sketchy from outside being in a strip mall but they managed to turn it into a great environment.

Though this review is primarily for the Sunnyvale location since it's the closest to me, it also pertains to other locations since their instructors have been cycling thru different locations. Really great instructors who know what they're about. Instructors try to teach safe and proper technique on the equipment. Place is small but clean and nice. there isn't any high pressure sales either which is refreshing. Communication via email has been prompt and courteous. Really enjoying this place.

Friends recommended Pilates V which offers group classes using reformers and props including hand weights, foam rollers, yoga mats. It is a well equipped, clean studio with qualified instructors (and plenty of parking). The 50 minute classes are a great workout and they have classes to suit all fitness levels.

I started with Pilates V about 3 months ago and have really enjoyed the classes. I find that the instructors are very good at working with everyone in the class and adjusting for skill level as well as physical limitations. I have lower back and knee issues and Pilates has been a great way for me to get in a good workout without stressing my joints. Every class is different and continues to challenge me. This is one exercise class I truly look forward to going to!

Pilates V offers great classes with caring instructors. I've taken 3 classes with different instructors and I've had positive experiences with all the classes and instructors.

At my first class, I was not sure what to expect, but the instructor explained each step and I felt comfortable during the workout.

It is amazing to be with Pilate V! I've taken 3 classes so far, and am really in love with it. For a 50 minutes session, you will be training your core by various approaches of utilizing the equipment. Time goes by so fast when you enjoy the class. Each instructor has some kind of different style, I recommend you try each one to decide which may be the best fit for you.

I've been practicing mat Pilates for years, and my current instructor Judy introduced me to Pilates V. I wasn't sure whether I would like Reformer, so I was glad to see the Groupon/new client deal - an affordable introduction at $39 for 6 classes. The package includes enough sessions to explore different instructors, intensity levels, and class types.

I've had the opportunity to take classes with Judy, Giselli, Camilla, Erika, and Lizeth. All of them are solid instructors, but they have varying styles, so I highly recommend mixing it up to see whose approach resonates with you best.

The studio is well-maintained, and the class size (12) seems just right - big enough to keep the prices affordable relative to other Reformer studios, small enough for personalized attention and correction when needed. I'm also a huge fan of the online system they use, which organizes class schedules, sign-ups, and payment options in a comprehensive and user-friendly platform.

Shout-out to Judy for introducing me to Pilates V and showing me that Reformer equipment isn't as intimidating as it looks. I signed up to attend classes beyond the intro deal and am excited to continue deepening my Pilates practice!

I'm not very fit and have knee problems. The beginner classes have really helped my knee by strengthening ALL the muscles in my legs to give my knees support. I've done reformer work before and the equipment is very high end.

I've been taking classes here for a couple of months & love it. Erica is a great teacher. The studio is clean and small enough to allow for individualized assistance when needed. There's also a good variety of different classes (love jumpboard!).

The instructors are nurturing and takes you through challenging exercises with the Reformer. It's a total body workout. It's a great addition to your fitness activity. It's a clean and tasteful studio with a max of 12 people, so it never feels crowded.

I will take again this week an then start two a week, I am addicted! Jenn was a great instructor as well, walked around and was attentive to all the people in her class.

Took my first class at Pilates V this week. It's a clean, inviting studio in a great location with easy parking. The instructor even efficiently tailored the workout to my prenatal needs without affecting the rest of the class. I'll definitely be back!
