Aly is the best! My body has totally changed after regular weekly workouts with her. She applies her dancer's precision and creativity to her sequences, and every muscle in my body gets a workout. It's never boring or repetitive. She has created a little neighborhood sanctuary with the best community vibes, it's more than just pilates!

Aly has been a saving grace for me this year. Recovering from a hip injury meant my usual intense workouts were over, but I found more than enough challenge with Aly. Her movements are so personalized and functional, and I feel very safe and in control on the reformer. It has been an incredible place to rehab and I intend to continue as I watch my body get stronger and more toned. She has progressed my workouts as I've grown and I always leave feeling good in my body and empowered in movement.
Personally she has incredible vibes - so warm and personable but still focused on getting you a great workout. She is fun to talk to and a quick laugh. Working out with her flies by and feels fun, and she incentivizes you to bring a friend to up the magic. Highly recommend.

Aly is a master at motivating her students to use their strength to their advantage! I always leave her session feeling accomplished and stronger, whether the session was more active, centering, or connection building. What I love most about her approach is that its practical and focused on making you move in a more functional way and you feel the benefits of that in real time for days after. The studio itself is a nice intimate refuge from the hustle and bustle of LA life!

Aly is fantastic; as a male athlete unsure if Pilates was ‘for me’, Aly put me through a workout that was both subtle and powerful, and left me feeling like Pilates might be a missing piece in my exercise regimen. With her background as a professional ballet dancer, her familiarity with the body and how it works is top-notch and very impressive. Besides that, she’s about the sweetest and most authentic person I’ve been around in a long time:) I can’t recommend Aly highly enough—I’ve already referred her to a number of my friends and fellow runners.
