Jen is talented, kind, wise, compassionate and AWESOME. Her private studio is so tranquil and she has a wide range of equipment including a Cadillac reformer which not a lot of places do. Jen helped me through a very difficult injury and got me back to full health. She helped me feel more confident in my body again. I’ll be forever grateful. Thank you Jen!

I found Jen last year when I was a few months pregnant with my second daughter. She helped me feel confident, energized and motivated throughout my pregnancy, especially at the very end! I credit her for my quick delivery and recovery. I am now training with Jen postpartum and she is awesome in pacing and reintroducing movements as to prevent injury. She is nurturing, funny, and a ray of sunshine. Her new space is fantastic — a true gem!

Truly a disappointing experience. Jen was disengaged and very uninterested in teaching me. I just felt like she couldn't wait to be somewhere else. The studio was loud and not relaxing as she shares the space with other instructors. I messaged her about my frustrations with our private session and she never responded. Avoid Pilates with Jen, she's not committed to this business or the satisfaction of her customers, seems like maybe a hobby for a bored housewife.

When I found Jen, I was dealing with a debilitating back injury and had zero pilates experience. Now, I'm totally pain free and have gained invaluable physical awareness, flexibility, and strength. Jen is patient, thoughtful, and PRESENT. She's always paying attention to the details and tailoring her workouts to exactly what you need. While so many fitness instructors can be impatient or rude, Jen is incredibly kind and gentle while still providing a challenging workout. If you're scared of pilates or intimidated by the gym overall, she is the perfect instructor for you. I could not recommend her more highly -- other instructors pale in comparison!

If you are on the fence about starting (or re-starting as I did) working with an instructor, you have to try Jen. She works with your goals and abilities. Jen has the right balance of making sure you are working hard while being mindful of any challenges you may have. I have seen a big difference in my confidence and stamina. Vibe - Pilates in LA can be such a scene. Jen is kind and relatable and the studio is small and friendly.

Jen will change your body. Her workouts have improved my posture, form, flexibility and strength (especially in those tiny muscles that weight lifting alone doesn't always reach). I would highly recommend working with her if you are any kind of performer. The sessions go by fast and seem gentle but they are quite effective and you will feel the burn!

Jen has been my Pilates instructor for two years, and she knows her Pilates. She is a calm and confident instructor, and I’ve seen amazing improvement in my muscle tone, posture and abs, as a result. I’m moving across country, and will miss Jen very much...and so will my body!

I have been attending Jen's Pilates sessions consistently for at least half a year now and I absolutely love it. I was new to the reformer, but Jen is easy to follow, kind, and encouraging. I feel reinvigorated after my Piles sessions with Jen. My boyfriend tells me that I always have smile on my face when I get home after the Pilates with Jen. I feel her exercises work all muscles in my body, arms, legs, and abdomen. Working out at the gym can sometimes be boring, but the exercises in Pilates sessions with Jen are fun and interesting. I highly recommend Jen as your Pilates instructor! Other Bonuses: Every Sunday there is a farmer’s market down the street from her studio.

The vibe is hipster; food is delicious. My grilled veggie sandwich was superb. Dressing for my complimentary salad (comes with the sandwich), was amazing. Restrooms are nearby and has parking at the back of this beautiful place. You can enjoy your meal indoors or outdoors and they close at 9 p.m. Scones are to die for!!

Having suffered from fibromyalgia for years, Pilates is the only "friendly" type of formal gym exercise my older body tolerates. Jen is the ultimate in instructors. She focuses on areas of weakness and assists her clients in a calm, but encouraging manner to overcome the obstacles the body faces (never the same at any given session). Jen is amazing; extremely knowledgeable in her Art.
