Jenise is one of the best Pilates teachers in Bay Area! Taken her classes at her studio space at Synergy, small group classes & also at Bay Club near Embarcadero which was a large class, either style has been a great take away! Also, whether I’m taking a morning class or class after a long work day, her classes, motivational spirit have brought me so much joy and inspiration to challenge myself on mat or reformer. I always feel better, stronger & inspired after a good Pilates session with Jenise! Thank you Jenise for making a positive impact on my health & wellness journey!

Best Pilates studio bar none. The instructor Jenise is an absolute dynamo. Full of energy and enthusiasm. Incredible knowledge of Pilates and how it can help your daily life be pain free. Prior to attending her studio classes, I was always tight and stiff but since joining her class, I'm more energetic and have started riding a bicycle again. I'm 59 but feel like a much younger and more flexible man! Pilates was created by a man and more men should find out about the benefits of Pilates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jenise creates such an inviting and energizing atmosphere every time. The workouts are the perfect mix of challenging and fun, always boosted by great playlists and Jenise’s incredible energy and personality. She’s highly knowledgeable and tailors each session to my needs, so I leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and motivated. I love Jenise! I think she’s changed my life, I’m stronger both mentally and physically after 9 months working with her. She’s a positive force and the ultimate hype woman. Her studio is a welcoming space for whatever I have going on, whether my kids tag along, my pup or my sleep deprived cranky energy is with following me around. I leave class lighter, straighter and filled with more self love. And results!!! Always fun with your husband, your colleagues and your mom start noticing your posture and/or your new booty! Jenise has been instructing me since July 2023. I see and feel the changes in my body. I lost 5 pounds and kept it off. I now have a slimmer waist and tighter body overall. "Put your massage money into Pilates!" I've done over 30 pilates sessions with Jenise so far, and no joke, it's such a life-changing! Before pilates, I used to suffer from constant pain in my shoulders and wrists. I had tried several other things to minimize the pain, but none seemed to work. But, after starting pilates, I noticed a significant difference. I feel more energetic, stronger, and happier. Jenise is an amazing instructor who really knows how to help her students achieve their goals. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and effective workout.

I feel blessed and fortunate to have started my pilates journey with Jenise. I am not sure that I would have grown a love for it if not for her guidance and enthusiasm. It’s a tough work out but I’ve never felt better. I’m a beginner (very very new to Pilates) and Jenise is great about explaining, correcting, positioning, demonstrating, and providing positive feedback. Even though I am burning and sweating, I never feel overwhelmed or stressed out like I have at CrossFit or orange theory. If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates and want an amazing intro to all things pilates, health and positive vibes with an energetic and supportive coach please do yourself a huge favor and see Jenise! I already feel a huge difference in my body and am more conscious of every part that is used during each session. I’ll also add that I am plus size and was nervous about being able to keep up, but I am so relieved that Jenise modifies things for me and encourages me to do only what I feel comfortable enough doing. I truly feel that Jenise has changed my perspective on investing in myself.

I did 30 sessions with Jenise and over the course of our time together she completely changed the shape of my body. Jenise is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and is a joy to be around. Jenise and I go way back when I first started pilates when I was pregnant with my first child 10 years ago. I recently got back into pilates and I reached out to Jenise for private sessions. I absolutely love seeing her; every time she greets me with a big hug and smile and we go to work :) Every session, I feel more lengthened, toned and stronger. Jenise is the Pilates older sister you need in your life! I came in not knowing any fundamentals about Pilates and wanted to work on connecting with my body and improving overall posture more (eg. desk job, rounded shoulders, lack of core strength). Not only is she meticulous about form throughout the class, her ques have helped me bring Pilates into my day to day life as well. Wow!! This past Sunday was my first Pilates experience, and I can tell that it will be transformational for my overall health, wellbeing, and fitness goals. While I am overall very active between weight training and various cardio activities, there are a number of areas in my fitness routine that requires significant focus.

Jenise was extremely kind and provided a level of patience and a significant level of teaching/showing the "why" behind certain movements and the overall impact of the movement on the body from an alignment, form and strengthening standpoint.
