Kelly Fifield is a Stott trained Pilates instructor experienced in working with athletes, rehab, and postpartum clients. She offers highly individualized sessions to meet each clients' needs and goals. She pays special attention to improving posture through exercise, and will assess the entire kinetic chain in one-on-one sessions.
Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower & chair offers endless exercise programming and versatility. Build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility with the professional guidance of a Pilates trainer.

Kelly is wonderful. So knowledgeable and able to assess my needs as an older client ( though I don’t think of myself usually as older!) My posture and strength have greatly improved since I have been going to her. Definitely a five star teacher!

Kelly is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable both about body movement and also physiology. At the beginning of each class Kelly checks in to ask how our bodies are feeling and if there are specific areas of need she needs to address. I have chronic back issues and her classes have helped strengthen my body in ways that have eased my pain. I highly recommend Kelly.

I feel so lucky to have found Kelly as a Pilates instructor. After taking classes and private lessons with her for a year, I have seen multiple positive changes in my body. Kelly is upbeat and encouraging with just the right level of enthusiasm. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and alignment (I am still surprised by how often her instructions and adjustments echo the advice I receive from a chiropractor or other body expert) and is able to personalize each student's work, no matter the class size. Kelly truly knows the body and can help you create any type of workout you may need to meet your goals (strength, pain management, etc). I had a lot of pain after my two pregnancies, and Kelly somehow managed to pinpoint the problem area and helped me strengthen the muscles around the area. My almost/constant pain stopped after a few months! I couldn’t believe it. I felt stronger, and I truly felt like she met me where I was physically. Kelly is the best!
