PJ specializes in integrating corrective exercise into personal training programs to help clients elevate pain and regain freedom of movement. His training programs prevent short term injuries from becoming chronic conditions.

I’ve been training with PJ for 5 months now, and the results have been amazing. When I started, my main goals were to build size and strength in my legs, improve my endurance, and develop a stronger overall core- PJ has helped me achieve all of that and more. His knowledge, energy, and attention to proper form have pushed me past limits I didn’t think I could reach. I feel stronger, more confident, and balanced than before. If you’re serious about elevating your fitness and seeing real & lasting results, I’d recommend PJ hands down.

I’ve been working out with PJ over the last couple of months! His approach to training and coaching is unmatched he’s motivating, knowledgeable, and always tailors each workout to fit my goals and abilities. I’ve already noticed huge improvements in my strength and confidence thanks to his guidance.

I have been training with PJ for about 6 months so far and I could not be happier with the results. PJ has helped me overcome some chronic injuries that had been holding me back from pushing myself at the gym for years and it is so satisfying to feel strong again! My biceps (something I always struggled with) have never been bigger and I move completely differently than I did 6 months ago. PJ has a remarkable wealth of knowledge that far exceeds that of any other trainer I have worked with--if I describe an issue anywhere in my body, he will instantly know the random muscle or tendon causing it as well as how to fix it. Highly recommended as the trainer to improve your life!

I first came to PJ over 3 years ago for corrective action due to back pain. After consultation and making a training plan we worked to target my core and stabilize my back.
After my back pain improved I continued working with PJ on my general fitness goals. Between strength training and nutritional coaching, I’ve lost 30 pounds and gained a ton of muscle definition.
The gym is a great place to workout and has a good vibe too.

Working with PJ has been a fantastic experience! From our very first conversation, the emphasis was always to identify my personal goals, and PJ designed specific and personalized workouts for me, taking into consideration a former injury. pre-covid, my girlfriend and I prepaid for ~$400 worth of classes. Once quarantine hit PJ’s place shut down and he transferred our credits to another gym for a package worth significantly less, and to a place we couldn’t reasonably travel to.
when we tried to reach out to him, he did not respond to our requests for a transfer or refund but instead blocked my girlfriend and I on instagram when we tried to reach out. We all had hardships during that time but PJ’s true colors really showed - he stole money from customers during a trying time. I’d recommend finding someone else.
re: his reply: the fact that you have to make excuses and explain yourself says it all. who has $400 and who received nothing? you were the owner, you shut us out because we wouldn’t accept something we didn’t want (or was even of equal value, lol), and now you’re playing woe is me. We moved during covid and were over an hour away, which we explained to you (and then you blocked us). There’s a right and wrong thing to do in a situation like that, which did you pick? It should be hurtful but it’s definitely not false.

I started working with PJ in November 2021 to increase my strength and mobility. I was particularly focused on strengthening my legs following a sports injury to my knee. Before our first session PJ reached out to better understand my goals and any limitations. Over the past 8 months we’ve worked together consistently, not only on my legs but on strength generally, as well as cardio. The results, both in my appearance and performance, are noticeable. PJ is a great coach and even better person, and I look forward to our continued work together.

After 4+ years of a shoulder / upper back pain that no doctor, physical therapist, nor trainer was able to define, I was referred to PJ by a good friend. After ONE visit with PJ he not only correctly diagnosed what was going on but after only about 8 months of working with PJ, it was completely healed! I hadn't felt a "normal" push up in so long, I almost cried (OK, I may have actually cried). Based on his expertise, coaching style, and the results he helped me attain, it was a no-brainer to keep training with PJ in the years following. I highly recommend PJ to anyone who has specific health goals and values a trainer who is not about gimmicks but about results and tailoring to their clients' needs - not only general health & fitness needs but also any issues not fully addressed by physical therapy.

I originally came to PJ to get my motivation and confidence back in the gym. I have always been somewhat fit and motivated to exercise but felt like I was reaching a plateau with my fitness goals and was honestly starting to get burnt out from working out, eating well and not seeing results. PJ was really great about listening to my fitness goals and tailoring a plan for me that I felt was really individual. He has me doing workouts i'd NEVER do on my own and they are always a really good mix of strength training and endurance work. Since working with PJ i'm down in body fat, feel stronger/leaner and feel way more motivated which is literally exactly what I was looking for. :) PJ is also from Michigan which is a huge bonus (haha) - Michiganders are IMO the bestttt! - I would 10 out of 10 reccomend PJ - especially if you're feeling a bit lost in your fitness goals like I was.

After years of chronic spine problems and after graduating from physical therapy, I began training with PJ four years ago. PJs program for me included elements of physical therapy, strength training, bodybuilding and gymnastics. It’s a combination I could not find anywhere else. He has transformed my body. I’m pain-free, stronger and look years younger than when I started. He has a cute dog at the gym too. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Came to PJ on recommendation of a friend for chronic lower back pain. Pain was debilitating and would come on every other month and keep me from working out or doing anything active. As a super active person this made life incredibly frustrating. After a couple of sessions with PJ I already noticed a huge difference! He was able to pinpoint tightness in my legs and imbalances in my movements. He created a personalized mobility and workout program for me to follow and I have not had any pain since! PJ is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with, 5/5 recommend to anyone dealing with similar issues. Thank you PJ!!!!
