I am never one to review anyone. I had joined FB a few years back on a trial. I hurt myself and never went back. Didn't rejoin etc. Very nice people, but wasn't for me. Noticed my card was randomly charged for $40.00. When I tried to call no answer. I disputed with my CC company and they falsified an invoice of me purchasing whey protein. TOTAL SCAM and unfair! I understand times are hard, but this is bad business.

I love coming here, the staff are friendly, make you feel like family. Workout routines are always different, if you need to modify you may, but you can also challenge yourself too and they will!!! By far my favorite place to go to get a good workout, sweat and see results. I recommend coming here.

I have been a member here since around 2016 and I could not be happier with the service, the management, and the results. The owners, Mandy and Franco, are terrific and welcoming, they and the other members truly feel like family.
The coaches are awesome, and always take the time to explain the workouts, and techniques, and take the extra time when necessary to make sure individual members are doing the workouts property, and safely. They also are great at modifying the workout for individual members when you might have an injury, sore back, etc..., while at the same time not letting that affect the workout for the rest of the class.
And lastly, I must say they have been incredible through this whole COVID situation!!! They modified everything and took the entire gym virtual, on Zoom, so that we could all continue our fitness journey. As they've been able to re-open, their attention to safety, and implementation of COVID protocols, rules and guidelines, has enabled them to be open, and for all of us to stay, and feel, safe and comfortable.
If you're looking for a great coach directed place to workout, I highly recommend this location.

i love this place! the staff is amazing they make you feel like family. this is the best way to step out of your comfort zone when you are ready and start focusing on your fitness, and health. i personally have never been a gym person, couldn’t stick to a routine, but now i actually enjoy waking up and sweating it out. i definitely recommend!

I joined this fitness group about a year ago and I am so glad I did. I have lost 20 lbs and feel stronger and healthier. I especially am learning how to change my diet and I am not alone in this. They have a motto "Family" and it really does feel like I am a part of a family that encourages one another in the journey to be healthy and Fit.

This gym is awesome! If you want to reach a goal for weight loss or decrease your body fat percentage they are your people! Mandy is with you every step of the way to get you to your goal. She gets you on a diet plan, helps you with planning meals and pushes you on your workouts. The trainers Andre and Diego are great. Their workouts are tough but effective. They will get you toned and help you burn that fat. I am so happy I joined this program for my new year goal. They helped me achieve my goal!

My husband found this boot camp and said let’s give it a try! Woooohoooo the first day I was like holy smokes!!!! It’s intense and fast...I was so sore the first week and then I started seeing changes in my body and I was ADDICTED! It’s 30 min classes, your in your out! Love that! I’ve now signed as a member and couldn’t be more happy! Iam down 23 lbs and feel better Than ever! I suggest anyone to try it, but be patient a couple weeks and you will love it! The staff is amazing and super friendly and there for you always!!! I’ve meet so many great friends too!
