Donald Rock is an excellent trainer. He is very soft-spoken, extremely polite and very encouraging. I've gone to many gyms and I have not found someone as dedicated as Donald. I believe lot of customers come here because of him.

Any other gym would be better than this place. Very unhappy with their services. They will pull you in telling you it will only be $10 a month. They know very well how to ripe people off. Charging your checking out first and then your debit card with a late fee charge. I would not recommend this place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 was told by another source that the manger would be able to reimburse $40 they took out in less than a week. Only to call the gym spoke to the manager Bryant/Brian he didn’t know I know he had access to return my money. But he was rude and didn’t even bother. The first months were ok but they have tricks up there sleeves. Very unhappy customer.

Out of the many Planet Fitnesses I have been to in Orange County, I like the lay out of this one the best. The way the machines are situated feels more private than others and less in the way of everything, maybe because the space itself is larger than most.

The staff is always super friendly. I see other reviews saying the opposite and all I can say is, share a smile get a smile :)

I like using the red light machine and have not experienced a bulb being out which is a huge plus for me.

I also appreciate there being enough room to stretch in a couple different areas.

Thank you for being open 24/7 too!!! I love knowing I can go whenever I can. Oh, and being next door to Grocery Outlet comes in handy.

So when you join, make sure that when you they tell you to sign up on your computer. That when you put your account number in, that it shows the right numbers back. My 1st month billing and they charged me a $15 late fee. So the management Brian said he couldn't help me get back the 15 dollars. There is no forgiveness if the computer put in the wrong number. My 1st month and it's starting out bad.

It's a good place to start economical price. I got the black card which has more access to hydromassage, classes, brinf a guest and personal trainer. Like many gyms I dislike creepers. I always attend with husband or brother bec. They make it uncomfortable, I try to ignore it and. Continue with my work out. Additionally to the location moved be expected to be charged for a membership you cancelled bec. Apparently it had to be done a week before. When you are sign up they tell u anytime no problem. Wow.

For reference and verification, I am a 26 year old college student who plays hockey and is in great shape looking to tone and further develop my body for the upcoming CSUF hockey season.

This gym is awesome and is brand new. Best of all, it is now open 24/7! The gym opened just a week ago. Not sure what all the people who wrote bad reviews expect but maybe you should leave the Planet Fitness community if this gym isn’t good enough for you. This is a corporate structured price and gym so you probably should go somewhere else with your negative vibes. The reason for negativity of this specific location applies to any Planet Fitness, because most of the PF gyms are similar in structure.

The main differences with this PF than others is this location has new equipment and actually offers more varied equipment than the other local locations. I am not comparing this gym to other gyms because that would be comparing apples to oranges. PF is its own type of gym, either accept that or go elsewhere. Everything in this gym is brand new. It even had styrofoam dust on the equipment from literally just unwrapping it a week ago. Everything from the Black Card Spa is brand new and is of highest quality when comparing to other Planet Fitness locations. They even have tanning booths that have Bluetooth capability and the massage chairs are upgraded from other PF locations around it. The treadmills are also upgraded and they offer a CrossFit-like area for that type of workout training.

For the value, Planet Fitness is definitely worth the price. Anyone who does not agree should just go to another gym.

This is an amazing gym that I would highly recommend to other people.

With all respect, I don’t recommend this gym location. There are no mats available, no stair masters, some machines are unstable and make ugly sounds, and no long mirrors in restrooms. The thing that got me the most is how dull the staff were because they did not even say greet visitors or even say “have a good day” They just ignored, had their own conversations and did their own thing. If you want to go to planet fitness I don’t recommend going to this location.

that gym is in horrible shape i am a black card holder and that gym has machines falling apart all the treadmill are old i tried to take a shower one morning at 500am but there was a homeless person that had turned on all the hot water in the shower s and was trying to turn the showers into a makeshift steam room all of the water was cold when i tried to shower, that homeless is in there with a radio and none of the staff does anything to correct this when i called to complain they gave me the run around I’m glad they are closing this location

Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I probably would. This is the worst Planet Fitness I've ever been to (been to about 6 or 7 different ones, in and outta state). The worst gym I've ever been to for that matter. First off it's hot in here, it feels like the damn heater is on, the equipment is all worn out and old. It seems like nothing really gets cleaned here (other planet fitness places the employees are cleaning the place constantly). I've been here before (visit here time from time) and it seems like it's gotten worst over time, last time I was here I didn't feel like a review was that necessary but I know the place has money to try to get newer equipment because it's always packed here every time I come by.

The bathrooms are pretty dirty, all the trash cans need to be emptied. The equipment squeaks because of it not being maintenanced. The cleaning solution that is provided almost looks like water because it's been watered down so much. There are empty energy drink cans lying around. Half the dumbells aren't racked...I'm not sure if this is because they are missing or lying around the gym but they aren't in the place they are supposed to be. The lighting in here feels really dim as well...some bulbs need be replaced. The bathrooms need to be cleaned... And there's graffiti in the restrooms. Overall the place can use MAJOR improvements. The treadmills felt like the belt was gonna come loose when I was running, the rubber on the dumbells are ripped. Overall I had a really bad experience, I usually have high expectations for planet fitness because I know how clean they can be and because they usually have good equipment but this was just sad.

I felt like I was gonna catch a staff infection while working out here because of how unclean it was. I will not be going back to this planet fitness again. I will also make sure that my planet fitness membership is continuing through a different location. I'm very disappointed.

Needs major updating. Lacks a serious amount equipment. Basically if any reasonably priced gym opened up on this side of Anaheim in the near vicinity, it would go out of business because everyone would leave. This is a convenience gym.

To top it is off, the owners do NOT update anything. Notice that they just leave responses on the comments, but never do a damn thing about it. Needs some serious updates and better gym equipment. If there were any gym that was closer I would go to that one instead. 100% Owners of this establishment do NOT care.

At least half of the upright bikes have needed to be repaired for over 3 month. A number of the machines need major repair or replaced. Today when I sat down on one of the machines the seat collapsed. Myself and many more members have complained and nothing is ever fixed. Runs out paper towels every couple of weeks. The front staff would rather play on their phone than work. I usually go in 6:30 am. There are a number of homeless people come in to shower and staff just lets them walk right in.

The equipment is alright. The lady who cleans there does a good job. What i dont like is that they dont turn their fans full power. They are being cheap. I dont know if they are trying to save energy or idk. I dont see their logic keeping fans at very very low level its still a waste of energy. Been coming to this gym for years snd have seen it deteriorate more and more every year. Its clear that franchise owners could careless about maintaining their gym equipment to their minimal standards. I recall when all pull bars had handles, and not missing any safety parts. The only curl bar is completly worn out snd and squeaks due its bearing missing for years. Most if not all treadmills skip, and shake so much as you jog on them that they make a loud falling apart sound. Free weights dumbells are falling apart and rubber missing on them. And many machines you cant even read the weight settings on them. Owners are clearly penny pinchers. I will putting up a video up on Youtube since i cant do it here. Their typical response is ""If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to the management team. They'll appreciate having the chance to chat with you and address your concerns accordingly.""! I like many have Been there done that. Owners should try bringing up a concern up themselves so they can see first hand before responding with the same lame go to hell boilerplate response.

Staffs know nothing how their system work. I accidentally sign up at the wrong location, so I called them and hope to transfer to the right location that I want. Not only they weren’t able to do in over the phone, they told me to go to the location that I want to go and do the transfer there. I got to the location near my house and guess what?! I can’t do it there because I have to be with the initial home gym for 3 months to be able to make a transfer. Long story short, the girl should have told me that I have to come in to the store that I signed up with to canceled, but she was too ignorant about how her policy work. Waste of my gas and time. I'll get straight to the point: the available showers do not have individual drains, but rather there is a gap under each dividing wall which lets the water flow from ALL THE SHOWERS INTO THE LAST ONE. I could not believe it when dirty water started coming into my shower stall from the next one as that guy was washing. Thank god I was wearing flip flops. This is wrong on so many levels! Totally unacceptable. I could design this better! just have a channel in the middle which runs from all the showers, but make it a few inches deep and cover it with a grate, that way water will fall in and people would not have to step in the dirty water!! I can't believe this retarded system was allowed to be built. The ancient Romans and Greeks most likely had a better system.

I never go to this location. It's in a sketchy parking lot full of tweakers, is small, the machines are old, and they're lacking in variety. I went a couple of days ago because I was staying in a hotel nearby and the master lock on my locker was clipped and I was robbed. Goodbye ID, cards and clothes. I will never set foot in this trash heap again. The people who work there are nice, but the place is awful.

Membership price is great. This location has a nice studio room with mirrors, great for dancing, yoga, aerobics, etc. Facilities are kept in good condition, though I haven't tried the showers. Decent amount of weight equipment but not enough free weights (only has dumbbells, and they're missing a set of 30s). Some locations also have barbells, additional rack of lower weight dumbbells in smaller increments, kettlebells, and even medicine balls. If it's even remotely busy, it's hard to get the dumbbells you want here.

PF is a great value, but there are crickets... In general they get you in the door with a false low monthly price. False because both memberships add on an annual fee equal to about 4$ a month. Every location has a different upfront rate for the starter membership. But I wouldnt waste my time with that. 18/mo for a boat load of restrictions or 24/mo for tons of perks. Perks like hydro massage, and unlimited free guest access!

This location is clean, the staff is friendly enough and the members are average people--No lunks lol. One star loss due to the cricket problem. I'm not a fan of bugs. It's not exactly crawling with them but in one visit I see about 3 or 4 as I move around the Gym.

The theme of my review is, "A few bad apples spoil the bunch."

This goes for employees, equipment, and other members.

Most of the people that work the desk are pleasant and professional, but there's one guy in hipster glasses that is rude/unprofessional every time I (or my friends) interact with him.

Most of the equipment works fine, but it's incredibly annoying to have to switch cardio machines 3 minutes in because you machine is making an embarrassingly loud noise. This kinda thing happens regularly here.

Most of the other members are fine/considerate, but sometimes you come in, and there's some dude that has grabbed 8 sets of dumbells (I'm not exaggerating), and says he's using them all.

I go here because it's so close, but this place sometimes makes me miserable. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

Horrible establishment. The staff is very helpful professional and kind, but the company it's self really sucks. They had faulty plumbing, broken machines, and when I tried to cancel my membership due to a ruptured disk they gave me hell. I was on ordered bed rest and could not leave my house, and they told me I could not cancel over the phone. Then when I managed to painfully get there they told me I had some sort of balance and couldn't cancel with out paying. So reluctantly I opted to pay just to get out of there, and then was told I could not pay the balance with out the manager who was gone for a week.
