I literally been needing helping from staff for awhile just to have my account transferred over to my hometown due to me moving from Bakersfield out of all the workers who picked up the phone Issac was the only one who actually solved my issue instead of telling me he will help me and nothing gets resolved he helped me out in less than thirty minutes I am very disappointed in little information I was given in my situation from other staff that works here he deserves a pay raise and overall recognition please give him one !!!! thank you so much Issac your the best planet fitness worker ever I truly appreciate you so much you really went above and beyond for me today you don’t go unnoticed

It’s rare for me to make a review but this Planet Fitness deserves all the positive reviews.
First off, the staff here is the best staff I’ve encountered in all the Planet Fitness. Isaac, Kat, Karen, David and Jasmine have great customer service etiquette , they are hardworking, kind, smart and dedicated. I’ve observed how they interacted with everyone, even with rude people who tries to get in without permission or membership. They handled them very respectfully to let them know why and they gently turn them away (it’s amazing how many there are who tries to sneak in, and if they ever have any negative reviews here, it’s probably those who got turn away respectfully).
Now for the gym itself. This gym has more equipment than any Planet Fitness I’ve been in (the equipment are spaced out properly too) I travel the county 8 months out of a year and this is one of the cleanest one I’ve seen (Along with SLO (CA), Ventura (CA)and Lakeview (Chicago) location) . The very best gym in all of Bakersfield and probably whole country in my opinion! The best of the best of all staff, and their hard work reflects on this gym, making it the best Planet Fitness!

The best and the most economical gym in the town. They have all the new equipment. The gym is spacious and has multiple cardio equipment, you NEVER have to wait for your turn on any of the equipment. Plus, the staff is very nice and friendly. I am amazed that this place is not overloaded with gymgoers lol. I love going to this gym! ❤️

I'll give u guys 5 star when u guys put Jacobs Ladder in the gym. At least put one or two Jacobs Ladder instead of filling the whole gym with bunch of StairMasters. 🤷

I recently joined Planet Fitness and had such a great first experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, and I want to give a special shoutout to Sara She gave me a full tour of the facility, and she was absolutely amazing!

Sara was professional, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained all the equipment clearly, showed me the different areas of the gym, and even gave me tips on how to get the most out of my workouts. Her positive energy made me feel really comfortable and excited about starting my fitness journey here.

The gym itself is spotless, well-organized, and has everything you could ask for—from cardio and strength machines to stretching areas and the HydroMassage chairs. It’s the perfect environment for beginners and experienced gym-goers alike.

Thanks to Sara and the Planet Fitness team, I feel motivated and confident about coming back. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a supportive and clean gym with staff who truly care!

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to say that I called Planet Fitness to ask some questions just now and Kat did an excellent job answering all my questions and taking care of all the needs I had on my recent phone call.
I always check the costumer Service before I become a member of any business and she was very polite and let me know all the details I needed to become a member sometime this week im going for my day pass visit and if all goes well I will most definitely sign-up.

Took way too long for this location to open! Finally went and tried it as soon as I saw it was open, this facility seems smaller than other locations around but overall the lay out is nice and has all the equipment and amenities needed.
