Likely permanently closed. The fire made the majority of the building collapse. PF has disconnected the phone number. It will take a long time for the shopping center to be rebuilt. If and when the center is rebuilt, it will be a completely brand-new building and club, just in the same area.

So I just went to planet fitness at 4am and I am a black card member. I was trying to use the massage machines and I was told my guest couldn’t, because they were not a black card member. I don’t think that’s right. If you are a black card member and want to bring a guest. It just wouldn’t be right using the massage machines while they just watch me. As of today I plan on not coming back to planet fitness. That is just not right. I thought my guest would be a black member as a guest since I have the black card membership. If planet fitness ever decides to change that I will plan on coming back and I do speak for everyone that has went through this.

great place to work out, even greater staff. Wish people would wipe their machines when done with it, and also stop taking the whole spray bottle with them like really its not necessary. Also kinda sucks in summer cuz they have that kids come in free for summer and it sucks when you cant use a machine cuz a group of em think its more important to stay on their phones and chat then workout and share the machine, its annoying. its even more annoying when they slam the weights or mess up the machines ya it sucks but overall great place to work out.

The location is clean, a bit congested and definitely over regulated. Ive paid for regular and now am a black card member. I went black only because I like to workout with my wife and sometimes a child of mine. I went with my wife and her back hurt so I suggested her to use the jet bed. I was told that my guest couldn’t use the jet bed. This over zealous super worker made me not what to be a PF card holder. I’m still wondering if I should cancel my subscription and go somewhere better. If corporate is watching, heres a little business advice; your customers are always right and avoid stupid rules. I’d give you zero stars, but Google won’t let me. Cheers

Nice place, to stay healthy and in shape, for now, is my favorite place to get my work out.

Now is been a while I have taken stars of a review. I still like the gym in white ln is near me very convenient for me to have it there. Now I have been observing the place more then ever, inside looks amazing like always, now if we go outside the the parking erea that's a whole different story. I see broken glass, now that glass I see on the ground those are car windows glass, so now I am starting to get concerned if I should go there anymore because I don't know if my car will be the next, I've heard that even employees car have been broken in to now to me that's more concerning I think this is something management can look at. Cameras won't stop thieves.

I go to this gym regularly because it’s closest to me. I like the price of PF more than other gyms for sure. The amenities like the massage chairs and hydro massage are great. This location specifically isn’t great though. It’s definitely sketchy and there seems to be a lot of cars broken into by the amount of shattered glass in the parking. The equipment in the gym is pretty old also and half the time machines seem to always be out of order. I’m only staying so I can get my workout and leave. I’d definitely recommend the newest location they opened over this one considering how run down this one is. But as long as I put in work it’s all I really care about.

Depends on which one you go to. I've only been to 2 been a member like 3 months now. Black card. The one on white lane not 4 me. Every other TV was on the same channel and I just didn't like the set up it felt like some machines were missing or maybe I'm just used to the one on airport drive.

First of all they don’t have a visitor pass or guest pass to try the Gym before you decide to be a member you have to have a friend with black membership to take you as their guest if you don’t have a friend then have your ID ready and you bank account info like your routing number and account number and your bank card with you be ready to take a pic too lol

Some people don't clean the machines after they workout, so I always clean whatever I use 1st, and after, as well.

I have been going to planet fitness for 2 years, on white lane, Christie and staff Are very professional always smiling when you come in, and always saying have a great day when you leave, This year doing the pandemic they have always made sure you had on your mask and they check your temperature before they let you into the facility, I went to your new facility on Ashes and Panama, on Saturday December 19, 2020, and was surprised when I enter the facility, You're front desk guy really never looked at me did not make sure that I had on a mask and he did not take my temperature, I will not go back there again, I will stay at the white lane facility
