This location really needs maintenance attention. The deep tissue massage chairs are both broken, yet they’re still being offered for use. There’s no pressure for the lower body at all. I visit the Moreno Valley location as well, and their chairs work perfectly, so I know the difference. The hydro beds here also have an unpleasant odor, especially middle bed. The gym itself is small, often crowded, and only somewhat clean. Additionally, both StairMasters are in terrible condition — when you step on them, it feels like you could go through them. It’s something you can only understand if you try them yourself. Comparing it to the Moreno Valley location, the difference is huge.

Very clean. Nice people behind the counter. Just a great place for a good basic workout. Locker space on the workout floor is readily available, just remember to bring your own lock. The locker rooms are also clean and have larger lockers, restroom and showers. The 30 minute workout area is well thought out. There's also a stretching area and an area with cable machines and free weights.

They also take Silver Sneakers, for those of us enjoying our later years, making membership free.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Overall was OK..However, I had membership elsewhere previously..Their facility was bigger with more choices..As I was signing in on August 31st for routine workouts, I was being asked to take photo by the young girl at the counter..I didn't see anyone else's being asked doing similarly so did the previous Planet Fitness I was at had NEVER ASKED FOR SUCH THINGS..I think this SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED SINCE MEMBERSHIP WAS ALREADY FINALIZED ..I felt like I being discriminated..Secondly, I had NEVER BEING ASKED TO SIGN IN for having 10 minutes using massage recliner, and today I was asked to sign in for the 2nd round before I can access to the massage recliner..I wondered these requests were LEGITIMATE POLICY from Planet Fitness headquarters demanding all members or just to single out a few members for whatsoever reasons that were NOT CLEARLY EXPLAINED AT THE TIMES OF APPLYING MEMBERSHIPS...PERIOD..

Gets kinda full, especially in the summer when the teenagers are out of school. They sit around the machines talking or on their phones taking up equipment. Its been problems since day one with my account very annoying. It is what happens when you have kids running a business. Well I dud talk to the manager and he doesn't know why my I'm having problems with my checking in so get someone who can fix this issue since it appears I'm the only one having this issue. I love PF, been going for about almost a year I’d say, but no way we spending money on excessive cardio machines, we need MORE machines of strength 🏋, oh and the crowd meter?! A friend got there once, and not even a single person could fit 😭 No excuse to not fix that meter on the pf app, literally had a group sitting on a machine for half an hour, me just waiting 😑, We NEED to amplify the gym, more of EVERYTHING. Very limited space for a lot of people going. Good gym still 💪

Love this gym but wish sanitation was a bigger concern here. They have no paper towels in the bathroom, just air dryers which have been proven to spread bacteria and viruses. They also barely have any benches because they’ve wasted money on an entire row of ellipticals that nobody uses. Just wish management or whoever is in control , used their resources on equipment that people actually use and seriously, no paper towels in a bathroom is disgusting.

I upgraded my membership and have had nothing but trouble! I was locked out of my online bank account several times because they put the wrong account number into the system! I have spoken to the staff over and over again, but no help from them. I shouldn't have to pay a late fee for their mistake! Been with Planet Fitness Black Card Member since 2014. Not one late payment in 10 years. Due to a billing glitch my back up payment was on file and up to date. The payment wasn't processed. I was given a $10 late payment fee..Beaumont Planet fitness manager Julian wouldn't waive fee unless I added the bank routing number to my card on file. I'm stuck with the fee, but no way are they getting my routing number.

I usually visit this gym on some weekdays after my kids go to sleep, so most of the time I visit it's not too crowded (10PM-12AM). I'm also by no means a hardcore gym enthusiast - I'm just wanting to work out to try to lose a few pounds and stay healthy for my family.

That being said, this gym fits perfectly for me. As I said, usually it's not too crowded, though the free weights and the machines up by the mirror are always in use - I gave up on trying to work out with those. The 30 minute area works great and is almost always empty.

There's never a shortage of cardio machines and you have plenty of options to choose from. I've never had to wait for an open cardio machine.

Bathrooms are well maintained, at least in the men's room. (I used to go to the Riverside location by my work in the early AM and the bathroom/locker room was so disgusting I ended up switching up my routine to work out here instead.) Haven't had any issues with dirty/occupied showers and no issues with the locker room, other than the occasional person stashing their stuff in a locker without a lock on it.

Staff have also been great here! They're always pleasant and someone is always available to scan you in.

Overall I'm extremely happy with this gym and look forward to being a member for many years to come!

Joe would not let me in because I was wearing socks with sandals. I cannot wear closed toed shoes while I work out because they are too constraining and cause severe pain, and don't allow me to truly practice my form. It shouldn't matter as long as you are wearing socks.

Awful. Dirty facilities. mediocre equipment. Poor layout. Very limited free weights. The “Lunk Alarm” blasting directly above my head while I was mid squat lifting 270lbs caused me to strain my neck. Not a gym for serious athletes. Not a safe or clean gym. Mediocre customer service at best with an attitude of we follow policies with disregard for safety and with poor judgement. I highly recommend LA Fitness in Redlands or any other gym over this mediocre and poorly run establishment. 1 star is 1 too many.

I love the vibe of this PF location. It is always clean, too. There are QR codes on the equipment you can scan to see a demonstration of the exercise.The app is a huge help because there are videos you can watch that explain all the sections of the gym. They recently upgraded their paper towel and disinfectant stations. Black Card spa check is in effect so no one can sneak in there. One of the busier PFs so be patient with others.

This gym is ran by the same manager as the one in Moreno valley for three months the gym has charged me after cancelling my membership here I spoke to the manager on his personal phone which I will post. Do not get a membership here. It is better to pay more somewhere else. Summers are teens workout free and we already have a hard time getting a machine now. I've tried early, early morning, afternoon, and evening and it's packed. I was told that after 10p is empty. That is way too late to work out when you have an 8am to 4p job. The staff is very friendly though it just isn't the greatest situation to compete for equipment all day long. Wish we had another gym in Beaumont.

Manager Stafani is discriminative based on accent. I had a black card certificate with a promo code for 1 year membership. My internet connection was not perfect and when trying to register online I had some technical difficulties. I called the gym to ask if they can help and explained the situation. Manager Stefani said she never heard of any gift certificates or promo codes, questioned where and how I got the certificate, and then the manager Stefani told me that she cannot understand me because I speak muffled. She had me repeat myself multiple times and then again stated she cannot understand me and questioned the mere existence of my certificate once more. At this point I assumed this is because of my accent and asked if she if discriminating agains me and refusing me membership? She got super mad at my question and hang up 🫡 I feel very violated as I did absolutely nothing wrong, this is unacceptable behavior. Bad business practice - also there is NO corporate number to contact with questions whatsoever. Unprofessional, rude, discriminative. Will never do business with platen fitness only because of the employees, shame on you, Stefani.

You guys are great but I have only a single issue after my mom and I finished our workout my mom went to go and get a shower, mind you she's up in her 50s and particularly old fashioned, so she went in and was in the shower and some random woman decided to open the curtain on her, my mom was startled and it still bothers her to this day, granted this was well into last year but it still bothers me that things like this are a possibility, If anything changes could and should be made for privacy.

Finally got my husband to join and work out with me. What I don't like is going into the 30 minute rotation work out area and have people camped out on those machines... I've been in there many many times and during my work out they're camped on the 1 machine the whole time and were there already when we got there... Or there are 3 buddies together and they're all taking turns on the same machine over and over or 3 different ones and they just rotate between themselves. It's to be 1 set move to the next machine . I've told the management several times. And yes, as those who go there know the directions are posted, but just like most of society today, they don't care. There are the same machines out on the main floor...I just want to get thru my 30 minutes.

I've been to a lot of different planet fitness from the inland empire to San Diego and I will say the size of this facility is large but they filled it with mostly cardio machines. They don't have a lot of stretching equipment such as balls or foam rollers but they do have mats in the 'abs' room. The space is limited to stretch as well. I would suggest going early in the morning or late evenings to get good use of the weights and machines. The facility is 24hrs which is great. They have showers, changing rooms, water refill station and tanning, massage chairs for the black card owners. The price is worth it for the black card if you travel a lot and want to enjoy the extra amenities.

It is pretty clean. It is very busy now in the evenings. Maybe because summer is around the corner but it's best to go in the morning or early afternoon. It's alright.. water filter is old. No indication on when it requires changing. Different environment yet overall a good gym. If you have been to an LA fitness then it's a significant difference i.e. equipment.. No barbells for deadlifts.. Cable machines are minimal. If you have been to Fitness 19 it's similar in that it's less intimidating .

People sit on machines for 10-15 minutes very often playing on their phone, then only do one set and go, and they see you waiting on them, but their text messages are more important. People are rude. Lots of people go in groups, too, especially at night after 5 pm. One night, around 10 pm, I was there, and 10 people men & women walked in and fought with each other for 10+ minutes, punching and throwing each other and then left. Cops came, but they had already left by the time they showed up. Machines are constantly broken because people don't know how to use them and planet fitness you can't give gidence and the staff doesn't tell people they are not doing workouts correctly.

I've been going to this Planet Fitness since it first opened. I have seen multiple employees working. I wanted to give kudos to an employee at this location. His name is Jonathan. I have seen him during his cleanings in the early morning almost every day I have gone. He has kept the Men's locker room extremely clean! I was in the US Navy for 12 years, so I have cleaned some restrooms over the years, and I know how dirty those locker rooms can get! I have watched Jonathan scrubbing down the areas thoroughly enough to give some military members some competition!

He sido clienta de este gym desde q lo abrieron pero voy a ser sincera cada vez más esta peor de sucio.. hoy fui y no había papel en ningún bańo, donde quiera hay mucho polvo incluyendo el escritorio casi siempre hay 3 personas siempre solo charlando mientras todo esta arqueroso, la semana pasada había agua tirada en la entrada y solo pusieron el anuncio de mojado pero de 3 personas q estaban ahí nadie seco el piso.. hoy tome una foto del lavamanos se veía blanco de lo sucio.. no entiendo para q cobran los 49 dls anuales si nadie está haciendo su trabajo.. todo está sucio 🤷🏽‍♀️

I use to go to la fitness but because of covid I canceled my membership and it was too expensive I was paying a mth. Great gym love it. So now that everything getting back to normal I wanted to go back and not pay too much and somewhere close by so I started going to planet fitness. The only thing I do like about this gym is its open 24hrs. I went different hours of the day to try it out. So ive been going really early. During the day I noticed people putting there bags or water bottles on the machines while there at another machines hogging the machines. People go and feels there not working out just talking to there friends. And this place is dirty needs to be cleaner. I go in the morning and the young workers are on the counter tops on there phones. They should be walking around cleaning the machines or restocking paper towels thats one thing about la fitness its smelled clean someone was always cleaning. U see paper on the floors empty water bottles just dirty. I go early cause there's alittle people going I get the machines. Wish they had more working out machines less cardio machines. But for $10 u pay what you get and close to my house so I have to deal with it.

Let me start by saying I am not a gym person, I always feel so inadequate. However that is not the case with Planet Fitness Beaumont/ Banning! They make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a valued customer! I actually love going for the massage chairs 💺 and the aquatic massage 🛌 beds! They are amazing, especially after falling and fracturing my back! Again I highly recommend Planet Fitness to everyone!

Place is clean but this place focuses on cardio. More than half the area are ellipticals and treadmills. Bar bells and strength training only covers maybe 20x20 in total. Only one cable crossover machine and one rear deltoid machine. Misuse of space, basically dead space. If you like cardio, come here, but you might as well run or walk outside in 2500ft elevation.

Well this is the gym I go to. Last few weeks I have notice lots of homeless individuals in the bathroom attempting to go to sleep in the changing room. Located in the bathroom. Please have this problem fixed ASAP. (Beaumont Location.

Dirty filthy under all equipment is dirty ! A male worker went into the womens locker room with 3 of us ladies in there & he was fixing a toilet with a female worker ! But he did not announce he was coming in he just came in & it was very uncomfortable for all of us! We’re thinking about going to Yucaipa again & canceling this membership! We also seen a customer a few days ago he had huge open sores all over his arms face neck! They looked like monkey pox or chicken pox! Very disappointed in this gym that we waited so long to be built! Bad management bad staff ! Would not recommend at all!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I cancelled back in February and have been continuously been getting charged every month, as well as a 39.99 fee on top of it. I have called almost every month and have been told time after time that it will be refunded. I still haven’t received a penny back from planet fitness. The manger and district manager are both aware but have yet to fix it. Don’t sign up here.

Had to make my way a little farther as my home PF was closed.. (shocking right?!) But back to the gym cleanest gym I've ever been too! Was able to spend a few hours hitting the machines in a nice little circuit! All in all Thank you PF Beaumont for saving my workout, any longer and the pre would have made my head explode!

Who vaccuums? The floor is disgusting. Nothing but dusty bunnies and clumps of hair everywhere. Overall the gym is good but you definetly know vaccuuming doesnt happen here.
