I purchased the membership because it is the only one close to my place that is open 24 hours a day. I normally work out after 10:30 p.m. as I am a professor with long teaching hours, and the LA Fitness in PV closes at 11 or 8 p.m. on the weekend. So far, I like it. I've been using it for about two weeks. It seems that the machines are in working condition. I don't seem to see more than one "out of order." While I see cleaners, the job is not quite done. They vacuum, but I don't see it really vacuumed. Also, the women's restroom has a weird smell, although the restrooms are in decent shape. On a side note, there are no sanitizing wipes. By the garbage bin, there is a large paper towel roll with some spray (God knows what's in it) that we all have to touch and share to go and wipe the machines. I did not see any of the maintenance people wiping off sweat on any of the machines. It is inconvenient, so I carry my Ziploc bag with Clorox to clean the machines. It would be nice if the management came up with a solution for this issue.

Horrible experience been trying to cancel for over a month. Every time I come in management has not been available when I finally catch her now I have to pay another bill because you can never get a hold of their manager because of their policy of cancellation is very frustrating. Had one bathroom stall that was horrible. Apparently no one wanted to clean a toilet that a guest left extremely dirty.

While I sympathize, this created a hostile experience as people argued over the use of the only clean stall and the amount of time each individual was using it. This should never have happened and could have been avoided by simply having it cleaned immediately.

I visited at 3:00 a.m. which means there was plenty of time to take care of this issue (which they were very much aware of due to a caution sign placed outside of the stall). Were they out of cleaning material? Possibly, but I highly doubt it and would assume it was due to the young employees who refused to take responsibility and clean it up.

The gym setup is pretty straightforward — there’s a busy time and a slower time. With a Black membership, the extra amenities are usually available and not too crowded. There are plenty of treadmills, even during peak hours, but the free weights area could use a few more benches and racks to better handle the rush. The staff is cordial and helpful, always around if you need anything or have a question.

I really enjoy the convenience of my local Planet Fitness, and all of the services that are provided. The staff does a great job keeping everything clean and in operation.

Since I am a black card member and have been to multiple planet fitness locations across the U.S., my only feedback would be to update some of the machines and move around the space for an updated and clean feel. There are some nearby locations that have updated bench press machines, free squat racks, etc. that I would love to see my nearby Planet Fitness be able to implement.

I used to love this club and I have given it 5 stars in the past. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the club has diminished dramatically in the last several months. There are many machines that have been broken for several weeks and even months. All the staff does is place yellow tape around them and they never get fixed. Working out your legs is nearly impossible during peak hours as most machines are broken and have been that way for a while now. I wish this club could go back to its former glory when everything worked well.

I'll start with the employees seemed nice and welcoming. However, just about 1 out of every 2 machines are broken. There's multiple buckets on the gym floor to catch drippings from the pipes or ceiling (not sure I didn't want to even look). Most of the sanitized station had no paper towels. Now for the bathrooms. The showers are a joke. Can't figure out how to get water warmer than freezing. The knobs turn all the way both ways. The smell of urine is strong, too, throughout the bathroom.This was my first and last time at this location!

Assistant Manager with red hair watch out with her she tries to act all hard. Your obviously going to see alot of different people so your obviously not going to know them even if your new, don't know who made you the Assistant Manager but the guy with long braided hair should be the Assistant Manager he's more friendly compare to you. This Planet Fitness is a decent location: It has tons of Cardio equipment. I wish it had 4 Smith machine racks instead of 3. The Men's locker room is alright, could be better maintained.

This particular location is nearly unusable from June 1-August 31, which is when PF allows young folks ages 14-19 to use a facility for free. That's a great initiative, the problem is that there's no support for these young folks. I go into the gym for a particular routine, while a lot of these young folks are simply horsing around, 5 people to a machine. Not only that, I've seen multiple young couples focused on public displays of affection: kissing and touching each other rather than working out. The staff at this location seem young as well, so no one walks around to enforce a level of decorum here. I've been to other Planet Fitness locations that tell folks they're taking too much time to do something or tell folks not to be so loud otherwise they'll be removed from the location. This location does not do that at all in my experience. This PF is not far from Banning High School, so beware during the summer as anytime after 3pm will be awful. I highly recommend going to a different location if you have a Black Card, and if you can only do the standard membership, good luck.

It is 9:13 am Thursday July,18 2024 the worker I spoke with refused to cancel my membership over the phone even though I moved out of state …. because she says I have a balance and they will continue charging me . She also refuses to remove my card information from my ex boyfriend’s account even though my debit card is in my name . Don’t waste your time coming to this location during the summertime they let the kids come in for FREE and the place is jammed packed with all of these middle school and high school kids just standing around talking laughing playing around on the machines.You can’t work out anywhere in this place every single area in this gym is filled with kids. You can’t get a free weight to try and workout in a corner all the cable machines are taken because it’s five kids in a group working out together so you gotta wait for five people to finish on one machine before you can use it this is ridiculous and I’m canceling less headache at La fitness. 24 or La fitness would never allow a flood of kids to take over a gym knowing their regular customers that they have are there all year long can’t even work out just don’t seem ethical. This place has become a homeless encampment.There’s several cars that take an entire row up where the members are supposed to park.They have dog feces on the ground that members have to walk through or around to go inside the gym there’s trash, metal poles ,chairs, all kinds of unsanitary items in the parking lot that members have to walk through or pass to go into the gym. It’s not fair nor is it safe. I have to circle the parking lot about 10 times and still have to wait.40 minutes for a park because the homeless encampment has taken up an entire section.I don’t want to park anywhere near them. Members shouldn’t have to deal with unsanitary conditions. A gym parking lot is not a spot for a Homeless encampment whether they have a membership there or not. The fact that the homeless people try to make the gym employees feel bad. is sickening. They know right from wrong and they know they cannot walk those big old bags full of trash. You pulled from the trash into a facility is all kinds of germs and diseases on them items.A lot of homeless people have mental health issues, and if they ever attack any gym member, planet fitness will be held liable because they are doing nothing about this serious problem.
