I went in today around 4:30 pm to give planet F another try. Lady on the phone was very sweet and informative. I drove there and The big girl in the front was RUDE (no judgement) but she greeted me asking me “ Ya need anything or? And then i said yes i came to sign up. And she gave me a blank stare instead of asking what she could help me with. Then the other big dude came along and he was no help either he acted like i owed him money i immediately said nvm. I left and Got another yearly membership at Crunch fitness. They treated me like cistoners should be treated. And i regret trying ton leave them….Planet fitness needs better customer service eww

This used to be a great place to work out. The previous manager was very friendly, but the new one is kind of jerk. The staff, who are the same people, often talk among themselves being dumb and obnoxious. Many of the machines are "temporarily unavailable," and it can take one to two months for repairs to be completed. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, and during my last visit, there was no toilet paper available.

This is the hometown gym for me. I travel extensively and utilize PFs blackcard perks around the country. This location is very large and provides plenty of safe parking. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. PF employees are constantly mopping/vacuuming various areas inside and all sanitary stations are fully stocked. Perk area is always clean and operational and the gym floor is very large offering all the equipment necessary to meet ones fitness goals. I enjoy this location and will continue to praise it and the staff operating it.

I have been going to this location for about 3 months now and it has been amazing so far.

I personally have a black card since I am constantly travelling so I need to have access to multiple different locations. This also is really nice because the black card allows for a guest, so me and my boyfriend both use the same subscription and don't have to pay $25 each to be able to use the gym. The basic subscription is $10. I am a beginner, he is more on the higher end of the strength scale, however we both are able to use the free weights and not max out on any machines just yet. Along with free weights and machines there are doubles of every free weight, four squat racks, and two of almost every machine. They also have an area near the entrance behind a wall that is completely flat, with barres and free yoga mats to do yoga, pilates, or ab exercises on the floor.

There are also a ton of cardio machines, around 30 treadmills, 4 stairmasters, bicycles, elypticals, and a few more.

The restrooms at this location are always clean except for water on the floor from the shower, but that's understandable as people are always taking showers. I have never had anything stolen from my lockers and have left them unlocked a few times too. The showers are always clean, but still make sure to use shower shoes cause you never know what's there.

I like this gym but its employees like Crystal P. They make it hard for small successful business to enjoy their workout and refer friends. Every time I walk in and she's on the clock she always gives me dirty looks like if she has a hidden agenda makes me feel very uncomfortable most of the time. Best gym in area by far. They don't have the biggest selection with free weights(it is a Planet Fitness), but they make up for it elsewhere. Pretty big sized gym with tons of cardio and strength machines. It is always really clean, and the staff make sure I feel welcomed every time. I like this gym. Except for summers when they allow kids in for free. These teens don’t know how to behave. They are loud and obnoxious. They stand around In a groups and act like idiots. I would cancel except it’s the perfect location for me. Hoping they will stop allowing teens in for free. about 2/3 to 3/4 of the floor space is dedicated to treadmills. being both trans and homeless i was treated with suspicion and hostility, but this area itself is very conservative to begin with. that one of the more recent comments describes a gym without enough weights as "for beginners and women" exemplifies this perfectly. i had two separate locks chopped off of my locker in as many months, and more than once has my stuff obviously been gone through afterwards. the staff is ostensibly nice and the facility is clean. but if you intend to lift weights, use the showers, or do anything other than run on a treadmill, i recommend looking at other planet fitness locations.

This is a beginners gym and not a luxury gym by any means. My biggest beef with Planet fitness anywhere is no sauna and no steam room. That being said this location is so convenient for me that I’d have to drive way out of my way to go anywhere else. The black card spa is nice but I don’t think it’s worth the extra money, especially when the time limits on the massage chairs or total body are so short.

The equipment is maintained well. There are people who hog equipment, but that’s just natural gym behavior for some. It’s never too crowded to grab a cardio machine and get the blood pumping.

The men’s locker room is not well maintained. The showers are rather disgusting. For months this summer the curtains were covered in mildew/mold and there would be trash in the showers and changing stalls for days on end that was not cleaned up or removed.

General manager is awesome!!! He actually recognizes hard work and determination which encouragous u to come back. Gym is exceptionally clean and u get the job done!!! The workers are extremely knowledgeable in regards to the equipment and working out. The one and only draw back and it is the same at ALL gyms are people who tag two machines at once switching off there sets and not allowing other's who just go in do there set and be done.
