So far the best planet fitness location I've been to. Equipment is clean and tidy. The only couple complaints are that the music is a bit too loud, that I can still hear it through my noise cancelling earbuds, and a group of teenagers that frequent the location constantly grunting, yelling, dropping weights, even asking the staff to turn on the lunk alarm for them. I'm just here to workout in peace.

I visit this location several times in the past months… I was very pleased with cleanliness of the shower area along with the whole facility.

3rd day there and before I scan in I see my account is past due which is impossible. So I check and see they have a card that is years old. I paid with my new card the day I signed so this is their mistake. They refused to fix my 20 dollar late charge. That’s trash service. That aside I’m there after five and it’s never packed not even close but no dead lifting. Won’t be here too long.

Had a negative experience this morning with front desk guy..I asked to use message chair he told go to number 1 . I'm new to planet fitness so I seen only.a 9 and 10 . I asked him again what nber and if he could show me where he setting me up at. .. he refused to show me!!!!!!!!!!!! so u asked for the Manger. He literally threw the card with a Angered attitude .
I did remind him I'm a customer .
Should be helpful instead of combative
Considering asking for my money back and going else .

This is the second time my phone's tap to pay doesn't work, first time was at another PF gym. The terminal used to accept phone payments. Now it keeps saying wrong cvv. Phone's tap to pay works just fine everywhere else, gas station, restaurants, etc

Clean, kept up, well-lit, and friendly staff. My daughter and I go early in the morning, so we have never experienced any crowd issues, but the appear to have enough equipment. I would love to have it open a bit earlier on the weekdays and definitely earlier on the weekends. But I know this is a post-Covid world, and these expectations come from a bygone age.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience at the Diamond Bar Location of Planet Fitness . The staff here is simply exceptional—always friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making our gym visits enjoyable. Whether it's offering workout tips or just greeting us with a smile, their customer service is top-notch.

The facility itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. It's clear that cleanliness is a priority here, which enhances the overall experience and comfort level.

Despite driving across Orange County daily, we intentionally choose to bypass other gyms and stop at the Diamond Bar Location. The convenience and quality of service make it worth our while every time.

I really like this gym but I have one issue. I like to do the 30 minute circuit training and there are always people who aren’t circuit training coming in and using the equipment which results in having to wait for or skip over a machine. There are signs posted everywhere (even at the area entrance) that say the section is just for circuit but some folks don’t care. I’ve said something to the staff a few times but I always have the same issue no matter what time I go and no one really monitors the area. Tonight there were a couple of people in there taking selfies and just sitting on the equipment looking at their phones.

For those debating between Planet Fitness or Crunch down the street I HIGHLY recommend Planet Fitness. PF has newer eqpt. They keep it way cleaner. Staff is always friendly and professional. Plenty parking. List goes on. Contrast that with Crunch in DB whose eqpt is ancient with tons of out of order signs. The hydro massage rarely works and when it does work it smells like homeless people have been sleeping on it. Their manager David if you complain about the smell or broken eqpt is condescending and rude. The filter for the fountain hasn't been changed in over 2 years. And parking is awful. So yes 100 percent recommend Planet Fitness if you want a variety of equipment, a clean safe environment and friendly professional staff and managers. I think crunch thinks they are still the only gym in town!?

The cabinet lock was broken by a thief, my bag was stolen. Employees don't have access to the security camera, contacted the police, but still need to wait for the manager next week to view it. Feeling unsafe as my wallet and car keys were in the bag, and my car was also rummaged through. Replacing cards and driver's license will take a lot of time after an hour at the gym. Hope to focus on suspicious individuals; everyone, please be vigilant about property safety.

If I could give this gym negative stars I would! I don't even know where to even begin if with the rude manager Adam, or the members that act as if they were in elementary school or the high school kids that run around pushing each other, being loud, hogging the machines, the young male kids most don't shower and they show up stinky with jeans, Slip ons, crocs, back packs . They slam the machines this gym Is a joke never in my entire fitness life have I experienced such a clown gym. To top it off everyone there feels as if they were body builders or Rhonda or Arnold flexing after 3 reps or "showing off"
Never ever again will i ever step into a planet ! Bunch of cry babies that clearly live in a bubble and have never been to a real gym. I'm super disappointed no wonder every real gym like Golds and LA fitness to name a few talk about how horrible and toxic planet fitness gyms are. I'd much rather go back to my UFC than be dealing with a bunch of cry babies that complain about literally the dumbest thing and make a big scene about . And this isn't even half of the story my wife has seen way more but she's too merciful and keeps giving this playground chances. So do believe all those YouTube videos about planet fitness I thought they were dramatizing it for views but oh believe me guys they are real so if you are a real fitness person please don't waste your time you're better off playing with kids that are actually in elementary not adults thinking they're in elementary still. Kids have better common sense than these people.

Not sure why you'd provide me with the gyms number if Adam is the manager and as noted he's rude and to piggy back off others unfortunate experience with him, he's one sided and only cares about himself and what he thinks is right no matter if the victim is innocent.

This is the cleanest gym in the area. I also go to LA Fitness nearby and my goodness, there are sweat stains on the benches, towelettes for wiping equipment on the floor, and as for the towelettes, many are very dried out and useless, so one has to spend time yanking out lengthier piece. The Planet Fitness workers have a more practical solution: paper towells with anti-baterial sprays nearby. Great place.

I love this location because it is small and there are a few people in the gym. The squat/ bench press rack is always available which is a plus.

The great part of this gym is that sometimes when the sun comes up by the dumbbell area, you can catch me working out there because you get such great natural lighting which makes my shoulders look like mountains. Although I kinda wish this branch has down lighting like the one in Rowland Heights and Pomona..

Overall clean. I don't remember if they have a spa..but staff is chill. Someone helped me out with the double charged stuff but all good now. Thanks guys.

Great gym! Friendly and helpful staff! Some of the best equipment I've seen at a planet fitness. I've been a Black Card member for about 5 years and this is one of the best locations I've been to. Today I notice one of the equipment wasn't going to work right. I informed the staff member (Matthew) up front and he asked me where it was and he was there to take care of the situation right away. He was extremely thankful to me for pointing it out. That's some really great service.

Adam J., the General Manager is rude and dishonest. Check these statements and see if they make sense to you. In discussing the request about a refund for extra charges due the a software issues from Planet Fitness, he tried to tell my husband that the there isn't a Franchisee for this Franchise. He further stated that the Area Manager does not have a phone number. He finally found it on his phone, we've called twice, she doesn't return calls. He also stated that the Franchisee doesn't visit the store. So, the Franchisee doesn't even visit his own business? He also claimed the Planet Fitness doesn't issue refunds, even if the problem was their fault. He offered to just give a membership card instead and didn't follow through. His only goal, was to win the argument and protect his ego. He claims to know his job, greeting people, telling others good bye, giving directions to staff, but when it comes to a problem, he can't handle the truth. He doesn't know how to be upfront and honest. His best defense and strategy is to lie to you. What a tragedy.

The response from the Franchisee is further proof that we were lied to. The GM stated that the only one that can approve refunds is the Area Manager. The Franchisee states that the GM is the one that handles refunds. Who's teIling the truth? Anyone?
