Place is messy , restrooms look dirty, staff is very rude and doesn't acknowledge members when coming in. Also when trying to speak to management they always seem to be in a "meeting" but it seems like their meetings are daily and all day.Been trying to transfer to a different city but they can't seem to help me and they don't answer the phone. Either they don't know how to do their job or don't like helping members. Establishment could be improved if workers actually worked. :)

With the new hours, my wife and I been going to the gym more than the old hours. The staff is nice and friendly and they keep the gym clean. No waiting on the machine we want to use. With our busy schedule it nice to have the new hours please keep the new hours!!!!

Can't get a good routine in between 5-7 pm and I leave town for work at 0530 so am workouts aren't feasible for their hours.

Too many people with cell phones doing a set and then sitting on the machine texting/gaming for extended periods between sets. No gym etiquette for rotating with people waiting...

Serious about some sort of training program? I'd recommend any one of the other gyms that start with the number four.

Temporary trial hours going to 24 hours half of the week. Could help on crowding and I'll try some later times.

Gym is still filled with kids and equipment hogs. I asked a lady if she was done as she was just sitting on a chest press watching "Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume II" and texting and she said no; the other machine had a group of three teens rotating so I sat and waited on the little wall next to the machine until I gave up and left.

Friendly staff one of the only things good about this place. Be careful if you sign up with anything except a bank account because then they charge you a late fee and say it's your fault even though they charge you later. In order to cancel you have to go in person it can't be done online or over the phone. If you cancel after a certain date they still charge you 2 months after your cancellation. Still willing to give them two stars at least for their professional and friendly staff.

I have been to a lot of Planet fitnesses all over the country and I can say without a doubt this is the one that has the oldest equipment I have ever seen. Also do not like that when you are an out of town member that they make you physically sign in on a sheet of paper waving them of all liability and leave it out on the counter so everyone can see your private information. This is definitely a privacy violation. Also there is no need for it because under your contract, every time you scan in, you wave the gym of all liability purposes. I pay more money for the black card for the spa. And you would think because members pay more money for the spa It would be in perfect working conditions but nope. The total body enhancement machine has numerous bulbs that are blown out, one of the massage chairs seems to always be down and one of the massage lounge chairs seems to have days when its not working either. I love Planet fitness and it has most of the things there for me to get things done while I'm out of town but the owner definitely needs to be talked to by corporate for this poor representation of a gym in its name.

I like this gym it has a lot of positivity and great vibes all members are so polite and respectful for each other going into this gym is a great feeling I recommend this gym to anyone that wants to sign up or start a gym. I just moved to the area less than a year ago, and this location has been on point every time I’ve gone. The location is clean, the employees are always helpful, kind and respectful. Jasmine always looks happy to be there and more than happy to help with any questions you have. Now let’s talk equipment, they just got 3 new pieces of equipment, the gym has plenty of machines. El sanitario para discapacitados tiene 2 meses sucio de la parte de arriba de la taza, la limpieza está deficiente, yo ya me infecté, es necesario que observen bien cuando limpien, en el de El Centro CA, además es necesario que Planet Fitnnes agregue toallitas de protección para sentarse con seguridad en la taza ya que habemos personas discapacitadas, no sé si está reglamentado por el Gobierno de California pero en todos los establecimientos donde hay baño tienen estas toallitas de protección. Espero que mejoren para evitar enfermedades, y mantengan limpio los baños. Tengo algunas fotos pero no sé subirlas.

They have seriously stepped their game up. The cleaning is on point. This is in my opinion one of the best planets in my area! The showers are huge and the lockers are vented. This is #1 in my book for the area. There is one in Palm Desert that takes the cake, but this one is the best around the imperial/ Coachella valley.

The men’s locker room has been unusable all week. It is now closed for two days. It was raining AC evaporation and now has buckled floor tile and caused mold damage because it was not repaired in a timely manner.

I talked to workers they blame corporate. I called corporate and they blame local manager. I asked worker if manager knows and they say she is waiting for corporate.

This is not first time maintenance has been neglected.

Expect a response from manager about this stating we need to talk to her directly. Unfortunately she is only there 2 hours a day.

With issues like this she should be there 24 hours until taken care of

Today I checked in and noticed that the men's bathrooms were completely closed, so I asked the team if I could use one of their free rooms just to change and wear my sports clothes so I could train today, since I'm coming home from work and I'm wearing my uniform. The young man who helped me said yes, there weren't any, but one of the girls who was there said no. And they didn't let me change, I live in another city so it's not easy for me to go home, change and come back to train because of the distance. I find it ridiculous that they didn't let me change, the day before they had allowed me to and it only took me about 3 minutes to change. Today I had to leave very upset and I didn't train, I just wasted my time. It didn't affect them at all to let me change like the other day. And if the bathrooms or other services aren't going to work, they should let us know through our apps and not make us have a bad time and waste our time.

I love the staff, they are very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I wish that the bathroom would have toilet sit covers, as a lot of members just place toilet paper which falls to the floor as they get up and stays there.

There are a couple of machines that only has one and not multiples so people are waiting for it. For instance, the torso rotator, the calf extension, and a couple more which I don't remember the names. Why have so many ellipticals, treadmills, step trainer, etc., get rid of some of them and add more of the ones that it only has one.

I like the fact that most of the members clean their equipment after use. There is still room for improvement. I think that there should be big teleprompter type signs in bright colors that reminds the members to clean afterwards throughout the gym. I have seen members that go in one machine, then the next one, and the next one and so on, without cleaning any of them, then starts again on all of the machine.

Overall, the gym is very clean, good staffs, and I love going there.

Friendly staff and exquisitely clean in all respects, plenty of cardio type machines but very limited in machines and bench’s. I am not sure what the owner is considering, a proportional set up, but at times there is only one machine, for an entire gym of 100’s. They can do a better job of adding more machines to take this gym to the next level, no one likes to go and wait for one machine, so they have the room, why not add three, because they fit. Gym has more space than machines. My humble opinion.

This gym, meets all the base criteria of almost planet fitness I’ve been too. A lot of machines, price , and it has quite the variety. There’s even A line now for the smith machines, which seems appropriate when there’s a crowd. However the reason for two stars missing is just that. For the most part any planet fitness I’ve been to has no problem reminding patrons of rules that are set for everyone. This is where this planet fitness misses the mark. After 3 weeks of attending this one location, it’s the same thing every morning. A group of people will hoard 7 to 8 sets of dumbbells, and three to two flat benches and stand around. Then there are others that will improperly use cable machines, by taking a set dumbbells, a bench, a long bar with weight then be allowed to take up two cable machines. The staff never bats an eye, and that would be a no go at any other planet fitness. The gymidation here is real.

Estan muy bien los aparatos para hacer ejercicio y algunos empleados son muy atentos lastima que no me acuerdo de sus nombres pero hay una muchacha que siempre esta de buen humor y atiende muy bien pero cuando recién entré puse una cita para que me enseñarán los aparatos de ejercicio y total que ya en la cita yo no se si porque era la única persona en la cita el muchacho me cambio a otra cita donde hubiera más personas la verdad al principio no le di importancia pero como el se molesto porque yo llegue poco tarde a la cita cuando yo le había dicho que iba llegar tarde yo no me enoje porque me cambio de cita sin embargo era su su deber con mucha gente o con poca enseñarme los aparatos de ejercicio lo único que quiero decir es que sean más responsables con las citas y que si uno pone las citas es porque ese es horario que uno puede ir y si yo tuve consideración yo no entiendo porque no tuvo el muchacho que entrena más consideración también pero por lo demás esta muy bien me gustaría que abrieran más tiempo yo se que también a raíz de la pandemia hubo consecuencias en tema de los trabajos y por eso muchos lugares les hace falta más personal

I have to say the Gym has improved significantly the past three months since my return. The Gym staff are pleasant and actively cleaning with a smile. Especially Jessica, Yessenia and the manager. One day Yessenia had the vacuum on her back, mop in one hand and putting back weights! I’ve been to over 50 clubs in approximately 23 states and never seen such hard working staff. I wish that clients would help out and pick up after themselves. Great turn around and keep up the good work.

I think overall a great location and facility. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The one thing I think needs some attention would be the crowd meter on the app. It's almost always wrong or always the same 4 out of 10. I went one night and it was insanely packed almost all the free weights were gone and all the benches were being used no one was moving off their bench or if they did it wasn't to rotate but to come back if they saw someone wanted to use it. All the weight machines were being used or already in rotation. Just very overwhelmed by how many people were there and lack of workouts there were to do.
If I had known it was going to be that crowded I would have come later. I definitely wish it was open till 11pm or midnight to help with the crowdedness. Thanks a ton for reading this far!

Wonderful and clean facility to workout. You are greeted by a friendly staff. There needs to be more staff members to walk around. The Circuit Training Area should have someone to monitor and make sure people are following the rules. When you are crunched for time you need to be able to workout without having someone take a machine for more than 5 minutes. The Staff can let them know that those machines are available outside the Circuit Room. If you are doing a Circuit you should not have to go outside the room because others cannot follow the rules.

Local Planet Fitness Club, I never usually write reviews or experiences, however, I felt the need to positively share my great experiences going to my local Planet Fitness club. My experience is always great. Being a social media influencer, young life coach and so much more, promoting healthy fitness, it means greatly to be greeted by the club workers. The positive energy, natural smiles from the club workers is refreshing. The simple questions of curiosity to ask about my day before it starts, or ends is always uplifting because it's genuine. Besides the candor, the actual physical condition of the environment is great and has not failed to meet my expectations. As an individual who is keen to details and sanitary importance, I have never had an issue. So, for any individual interested in joining the club, I recommend it greatly. It is clean, welcoming and efficient. As cliche as it seems, Planet Fitness is more than a gym or building, it is my therapy and second home.
