This used to be my favorite go to gym not because it has the best equipment, because it doesn’t, not because it has a lot of machines, no there’s 1 or 2 of every machine good luck using them during busy hours. But because it was a 24 hour gym it was perfect for me. Now they changed the hours so I have no reason at all to continue to this location. Had to switch clubs. This place is going to turn into a ghost town if yall don’t fix the hours and update the equipment every other day something breaks it’s crazy

I like this gym , go there every day but I’ve recently visited other PF gyms in other areas of the city and they had more equipment than this one that is pretty frustrating…. So, I would like to suggest you to add some more machines for hip thrust,and for upper body as well. Also, it’d perfect to add some barbells for squats and rdls!

This is my neighborhood gym that I’ve been going to for years. Ever since I had to download Rockbot (since I can’t wear headphones or anything in my ears), it’s been frustrating. I’m only there 30–45 minutes tops, but the staff would rather play DJ at the counter than actually do their job and even skipping people’s (other than mine) songs just to play their own slow 70s music . Or do you think that if 20 people come to the gym on Friday instead of 40, then you can go home early. Then it's better not to open at all, but stay at home, since you don't want to work! Excessive cardio equipment. 1 entire row of the cardio machines needs to leave so it can open space for more weights machines. Missing multiple different Hammer Strength back/chest machines that the other locations have. Duplicates of machines that aren’t even good could be replaced with the missing machines other locations have. There’s also only 20- 45 pound plates, which is extremely low when up to 14 of those plates can be used on the leg press at one time. Been going here for 2 years and not a single thing has been changed or added. The owner obviously doesn’t put a single dime back into the facility to improve it and make it any better.

Employees are horrible. Won't cancel your membership. They laugh at you while you're working out. You ask them a question they just look at you. Im just curious if any of your employees are able to read or comprehend? Did they graduate high-school? New management - new bottom.
This joint has never been good - kids are vaping in a locker room, absence of hot water for several days in a row, massage chairs sounding like hell.

But new management came with a rule - not more than 2 coins for a massage chair each day. I would say, the massage chair was the most important feature in the gym, when I chose PF.

Management failed to explain to me if that is the rule of the all chain or only that joint, so I believe this is the local thing and they are trying to hint that they don't need too many people there.

It's a place to work out and that about sums up my reasoning to give it a 5 star. I did get Jumpscared by the lunk alarm though and I feel like they should decrease the sound. Someone could get injured if they get frightened and drop weights on themselves. That wouldn't only be a problem for the injured person but the company would be liable for the incident most likely. Unless there is some notation about that exact instance in an agreement they give you. All in all, besides that, I have no qualms with PF. I go there and work out and go home.

My bank account information was compromised so well I figured that out my payment to planet fitness was late.

Planet fitness wanted to charge me a late fee of approximately 60% of the original bill which is absolutely ridiculous. I called the gym and spoke with an associate who spoke with the manager Andrea. I was informed that they would only waive the late fee if I came in person. I asked if they could reconsider because I had the app open and was ready to pay that minute but wasn't sure when I could come in. The associate spoke with the manager Andrea whome said they would only help if I came in person.

Being charged a late fee of 60% of my bill, awful customer service and finally being forced to link a bank account the main reasons I decided to quit planet fitness.

I chose this gym mainly due to its convenient location. As any athlete knows, during endurance runs, body temperature rises, necessitating the removal of outer layers like coats. I placed my coat on one of the treadmill arm grips while I exercised. Not long after, a staff member approached me and asked if I needed a locker, citing the gym's policy that "bags are not allowed on the floor." When I clarified that it was just a coat and not a gym bag, she left without another word. This interaction has significantly soured my perception of Planet Fitness, leaving me quite unimpressed with their customer service.

I like the gym, but about half the people don't feel any responsibility to wipe down the machine when they get up.

It is summer now, so teenagers get free membership. They come in groups, occupy machines for extended periods while they look at their phones, and almost never wipe down a machine. They seem oblivious to other members wanting to use a machine. PF employees do nothing to address the situation. Can be quite annoying.

The kids are back in school, so the gym bros team up on machines occupying them while they rest between sets. Or members take advantage of the smaller crowds by occupying two machines.

Lately, the gym has been slow to repair broken machines. I can understand a few days, but some machines have been broken for more than a week.

Today at the gym it was sit on a machine for 30 minutes (or longer) and stare at your cell phone. It was horrible, not that many people but all of them apparently there for the wifi.

I signed up for this gym, took 5 mins and didn’t even need a ID. However, I asked if they could change the due date as I work in education, as an English teacher, and only get paid once a month. They said no problem. And then the next month it took out of my account on the date they said they changed, and it cost me multiple fees for overdrafting, so they lied to me just to get me to sign up. I called and they were rude and not helpful and refused to change the due date. I canceled that day. Took 2 mins to cancel, but once again they didn’t want to give me any information, so I asked questions on if I would get charged again or etc and once again they were very rude. I don’t see why you can’t change a due date, to a week after the date you’re given, and why is it so hard to be kind? PICK ANY OTHER GYM!!!!

this place is a joke. i called them back in december on 2023 to cancel my subscription the person i spoke with said they would go ahead and cancel it for me. woke up this morning to $175 taken out of not my account but my husbands account ??? like what? called them to figure out what was going on and they said my account was still active .. and that they don’t do cancellations over the phone so because one of their employees back in december didn’t know how to do THEIR JOB. my husband got screwed of $175 and hasn’t even stepped foot into a planet fitness. very disappointed in this place so be careful signing up with these people and don’t try cancelling your subscription on the phone because they don’t know what they are doing.

Shower walls are not cleaned. Same loogie and other brown marks (afraid to know what those are) still there after 12 days! Right at face level. The music they play is way too loud. My phone and ear buds are turned up all the way and I can still hear the horrible music they insist on playing even though 90% of members use ear buds. Young teens just hanging out in the locker room taking pics of each other. There when I got there and still there 60 minutes after my workout. Pay a little more at a classy gym. Well pic wouldn't load but a big dried yellow loogie and brown smudges that appear to be bile.

I can proudly call this Planet Fitness my home gym. The staff is incredible - every single member that works there. The other gym members there are very welcoming as well. It's one of the few gyms I've been to where smiles are normally returned, encouragement given, and members are consistently positive. My teens and I LOVE this location! Its smaller than other locations but still provides everything you need for a great workout! We adore the the morning staff and thats why I gave 5 stars, especially the weekend morning staff! Always courteous, friendly and social plus they absolutely kill it with cleanliness and making sure everything is stocked! In the process of getting used to going in the evenings now that school is back in session. Evenings are way busier which is a good possibility why evening staff has a hard time ensuring everything is stocked and clean. I miss my mornings but wouldnt detour from this location over it!

With amenities such as a changing room, lockers, shower stalls, tanning beds, hydro massage chairs/beds, massage chairs and all the equipment of a top tier gym. The fact that it's also open 24 hours is a win-win. Any time someone uses the equipment, it gets sanitized. The facility is indoors but has the airflow of the outdoors (out doesn't get stuffy as you're working out). The staff are friendly and with their judgement free zone I'm less self-conscious about getting into comfy workout attire.

I came between 5-7 and it was very packed, it is peak hours, but the gym remained clean. Workers were moving about the removing and cleaning equipment after other patrons. Planet fitness is planet fitness - you get what you pay for and that's really what any of us want. It has all the standard equipment, a free weight section, and a stretching section. What more do you need? And for $10/mo it can't be beat. I wish the stretching room was a little bigger but aside from that, everything is clean and there is plenty of equipment for everyone. Great location, please someone come apply here to help with their staffing shortage. The employees especially the grave shift are literally the best. I am here every single day and it is just a great experience. The other members are not pretentious, they smile and speak when spoken to but also mind their business. I stop going to this gym from Janurary 2021 and I called to cancel. The girl said she will cancel my membership. Since then, every month they would take the fee from my bank account. If I could give zero Stars I would day in and day out the men's locker room slush shower area / restroom area is absolutely filthy especially in the wee hours of the night. Shady sketchy creepy and filthy men coming and going all night long...on more than one occasion a certain man can be audibly heard across the locker room moaning...? For what reason...? I'll leave that to your imagination... As soon as you step foot in the Men's locker room the stench hits you like a brick wall. Just the most aweful combination of mildew, jocksweat, old sweat socks, body odor, etc is overwhelming. Trash and wet hair toilet paper along with discarded used socks, used hand towels and used and soaking wet washcloths and let us not forget the wadded up used men's boxers/briefs/even used mens thongs litter the sopping wet floor. Then what with everyone's gym shoes and shower shoes trodding all over the endless puddles that not only fill the immediate shower area but into the changing stalls and into the restroom stalls and the locker room floor itself becomes this foul mud pit that I can only compare to that of a muddy marsh or a damp humid bog. I am forced to visit this gym only ever between the hours of midnight to 6am because of my chosen career path and I really think something should be done to better "corral," the growing mob of strange men with such poor personal hygiene that you would do best to hold your breath as they pass you by! And that eye-watering aroma is very present BEFORE any "working out," is being done. I mean come on other men! I can NOT imagine that the women's locker rooms could even come close to that breeding ground of fungus and bacteria and mold that encompasses the whole of the designated "Men's," part of the gym! Am I the only one who feels this way? Please let me know but I stand firm in my conviction! I'm going to be forced to take my business elsewhere where proper cleaning and sanitization standards are upheld!

Staff is great and always keeping the gym clean. A lot of treadmills and not enough machines but overall it's a great little gym

My only complaint is that there is no scale to stand on to check your weight. How is anybody supposed to track their progress without that?

Clean machines and equipments. 7am-9am is the time when there's not much crowd and is the best time to work out.
