I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, and in the last year the decline in servicing equipment or replacing the equipment all together has been noticeable! Stair masters are always down 2-3 at a time, 1 of them has been out of service for a good six months while the others go out every other day! Not sure if I’m the only one but I have a routine that ends with a 30 min stair master cardio, call it a mental illness if you will, but this is the sole reason I cancelled my PF membership. So to whoever owns this gym, do better! And yes, it is THAT serious.

I love the atmosphere at planet fitness. Consistently working out there helped me lose 85 pounds. I visit multiple locations and it's really the same vibe. People are genuinely friendly for the most part. My only knock is they are strict on gym bags. I don't get that part, but that's the only real issue I have. Oh, almost forgot about the massage beds. After a 3 hour workout, it is the best thing you can do for your body.

It is convenient for when I'm here in Fontana. There is parking in a dirt lot next to the building for semi's with trailers, and if you're bobtail, you can maneuver your way into the parking lot as well.

Why can there never be rowing machines at any Planet Fitness? They have isles of ellipticals, treadmills, etc but can't have three or four rowing machines? Fellow driver’s please dont park in the dirt lot yesterday around 9:30 pm I went to the planet fitness and when i came back my truck was towed by advanced towing company and my wallet was left in the truck and when i call them they were blackmailing me and not even gave their adress and saying we are closed and come in the morning at 7 am and i spent whole night outside in the cold because nobody gives me room without physical id and in the morning i was calling him from 7 am and he didn’t answer till 11 am and finally send me the adress and he is very rude and disrespectful person and his humanity is died he charged me $3200 . DON'T park on the side yard of this Planet Fitness, my truck just got towed by these thiefs from Advanced towing, there were 3 more trucks beside with people sleeping in and I was only one at gym just for 30 min even left paper notice on my window.
They towed my truck 10 miles away and charged my $3200 cash to get it back 😥

Gym floor had gum so old it blended in. The showers and liners looked like they’re rarely cleaned. One shower head was spraying water all directions. And best of all, we received a warning for no overnight parking. It’s a massive lot that sits mostly empty - not shared with any other business (there is an adjacent restaurant that has their own lot). My partner and I both pay for black cards, there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to spend a night in the parking lot - especially for such a grimy gym.

A gripe... in the shower area, there are temporary changing rooms provided... very handy, and until recently, there was a simple chair provided.

They have been removed it seems.

As I get closer to my impending senility, I find I don't have the same balance as when I was merely old vs ancient... I liked having the comfort and SAFETY of the chair.

This particular location has horrible service's for the (Men's Restroom) wash skins hardly work correctly, just one works well the rest are bad. Stalls are mostly dirty, Showers are always breaking Plus dirty with any hardly cleaning to them.

Only two stars because I’ve had decent times here before. The gym itself was pretty clean and I had a good workout. However, when I went to the locker room to shower it was extremely filthy. The men’s showers had tons of clumps of hair in them and trash everywhere. There were piles of liquid soap and just plain filth. I went and told the two employees that I saw sitting at the front counter watching movies on their phones. I was disheartened when the response I got was ‘ok we will notify management tomorrow that they need to be cleaned’. Excuse me, really? That was very disturbing.

Been coming here for years and I’m really annoyed by the guys who hog all the gym equipment. Some will literally grab hand weights and stand by a machine and not let you use a machine cause they say they are using it while they have hand weights in their hand. Staff members need to randomly announce that it’s one equipment at a time so everyone can get their turn to use the equipment. You really need to go either during lunch hour or between 10pm-6am. Overcrowded with very limited equipment. No proper squat rack, one leg press, one pull up bar/dip bar and about 60 treadmills. You’ll basically be paying monthly to run on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike, if it’s not taken already. This is a very consistent issue. Also the PF app “crowd meter” is completely wrong 100% of the time. Do not go by that. Also the restrooms are not very clean.
