The Temperature in the PF360 area one half of the Gym if freezing cold with the AC on Full Blast, it’s almost impossible for some people to train in that area without getting sick, this issue has been on going for over the year.

Management and staff does not care after several attempts to reach out & politely ask them to turn the AC down especially during the winter but to no avail.

Management & staff doesn’t seem to care they tend to ignore other members complaints and play blame games.

Several other members I personally know have also reached out to Management & staff but they laugh it off when a member walks away to which I’ve witnessed not only staff but actually management staff mock a member & over heard them make fun of his accent making facial gestures, this showed me they’re not mature enough to care & not qualified to work there this is directly the owners fault for not giving members a way to report this to owner, now I will reach to corporate.

The AC is pointed downward with full blast of cold air hit you, it’s really powerful & disruptive towards working out, especially if you’re sweating, I have gotten sick a few times myself & so has other members.

A few members I personally know have left the gym & I’m about to leave to another gym also if this issue isn’t fixed.

As of 10/23/2025 this issue isn’t fixed.

its a nice facility but the recovery machines dont work most the time also the air conditioner is out as well just wonder working out in summer in a gym without air conditioner any you pay extra for the black card to use recovery to use the cryo machine and it doesnt work idk y they even habe that as option.

First, in my opinion. The gym is well kept, has everything I need for my workout. This is my first year there and so far so good.
Then only thing I don't like is now that school is out for the summer, PF let's students in for free. Which is a good thing but I think it needs to have restricted hours for students. The reason I say this is because alot of the students are just sitting on the machines looking at their phones, and don't wipe down the equipment(not just students tho). Anyways, just my 2 cents.

Friendly staff and great equipment for what I need. I have a Black Card membership and its 100% worth it for the price, especially since they have the Black Card Spa. Most of the equipment is clean and well kept from both gym members and the staff. It does get very busy on weekday evenings.

First time visiting this location. It is pretty well kept, nice and clean. But like a lot of older locations, the equipment looks like its 10-15 yrs old so I dont feel like im maximizing my workout. For example, at the end of my workouts, on the pull machines I can easily do 15 lbs here even when im exhausted. My home locations newer equipment, I can only do 10 lbs. Anyways, they have all the equipment I need. They have lots of space around here. And the bathrooms are kept clean. If you want to just cone in get your workouts done and leave, this is the place for that.

I Love this place, but I fully agree with Christopher's review. I transferred to Fremont North, just because the showers in the old building were very cold.
Now I transfer back to the new gym on Mowry and they have the same issues as the old place.
The Showers Are Cold ❄️ 🥶

I have followed up with PF Staff as recommended .... They Are All Very Nice, Aware Of Ongoing Issues and Want To Help.
But the Gal I spoke to said that this is still an issue they have tried to fix it....
But Have No Solution.

Walking in the place has a really positive vibe. Incredibly clean, staff friendly and attentive, much of the equipment is new and up to date , personal trainer gave spot on individualized program because I’m older and needed a specialized work out. It brings me back over and over !

The new gym is great, however there is an employee who is extremely annoying and always stares at me as I work out. He is a young light skinned kid who always wears tan shorts and occasionally a hat and is always working around 2pm when I’m there. He likes to dust the area that I’m working out in while I’m working out! The boy was literally dusting above my head as I worked out which I found to be extremely strange. This guy is so annoying and is the reason why I will be going to the PF on Fremont blv. I like how the staff at the PF on Fremont blv mind their business and allow people to work out in peace.

Brand new location. Moved from previous location on Farewell. Showers are ice cold even after waiting 10 minutes for them to warm up. I could get a warmer shower by leaving a spray bottle in the sun for ten minutes. Please step it up. This is a major step backwards from the old location.

I work out early in the morning. It's not crowded at all, there's no wait for the machines, and I'm able to get in and get out without any waste of time. The facilities are incredibly clean, probably the cleanest I've seen in the gym and several years. The staff is great!

The gym amenities overall are good, fairly clean and new equipment.

1-star for two reasons. I've caught the staff and other gym goers being "peeping toms" while changing in the bathroom stall. And second because their staff is "nasty nice." They'll smile and give a fake greeting to you at the front desk to appear friendly (I guess for the cameras), meanwhile will follow you and be rude (smirk, dirty looks, roll their eyes) off camera in the locker rooms and watch you undress.

The absolute worst customer service. I never want to deal with the incompetent conceited staff there. They have really bad attitudes. It's as if they dislike their job and customers. They've charged me extra fees due to my account details not processing my fees. I've tried to work it out and settle what I owe and the guy I spoke to couldn't even answer my question about annual fees. I then asked him to answer my question and he just gave me attitude and refused to answer. So essentially they closed my account, and to reopen it I need to pay late fees and annual fees twice if I open a new account. Save yourself a headache and find a reputable gym with representatives who care about their customers.

My son's bag was stolen from the locker, the lock was broken, he went to report it to the from desk and the person there didn't take much notice. I went to see and told him that I had received a purchase attempt at a Target 🎯 and he told me He said that I should go to the nearest store to ask if they could show me the videos to identify the person. That is not the right thing to do. That is the job of the police. I consider this type of employee to only be there for salary and not to provide good service. Got back to this gym again after a few years at another gym. Got the black card this time. Looks like they put in new cardio machines, specially the stationary bikes. They need to put in a lot more bikes. I hope they do.

Also used the hydro-therapy machine. Super good massage! The perks definitely makes up for the extra membership cost for the black card.

I go to Planet Fitness everyday and honestly, this location does not disappoint at all. I’ve seen the evolution of this planet fitness over the past few years: they keep their machines and amenities clean, and they are very welcoming every time we come in.

Some good things I have about this place:
- Their staff is very friendly, and greeted you at the door, and answers any questions that you might have.
- The lockers are sanitized every 3 to 4 hours, ensuring that nothing is left behind, hence why they have a front desk with lost and found.

Some things I’d like to see improve:

- I wish they had more treadmills, and that they would regulate the time limit for treadmills when there’s an exceeding amount of people in the gym.
- I would also appreciate if they enforced their policies a little bit more, as I’ve seen gym members hog the machines for more than 10 minutes. It isn’t fair to me, or to other gym members who have just came in to do their workout.

I am a full time traveler and every week I explore a new planet fitness and anytime fitness. Unfortunately this one has been very disappointing
1 It is much smaller then the average Planet Fitness
2 No ceiling Fans
3 There is NO ROOM between a machine and another to even have a proper workout
4 MATS : Not sure if they think that everyone should be 6 feet tall or what...at this point removing the mats is better
5 At 6 am too crowded and there was a line to get the weights
I had to workout in a small corner and people were still too close
Also I wanted to use the tanning bed and the guy was on the phone so instead of doing 2 things at once I had to wait...because you know, nobody has a job so we have time to waste
