I like this gym. Clean bathrooms. They have the basic equipment I need. Some of the treadmill have weird belts that i can't use because i have balance issues and several have belts that aren't smooth and consistent. Staff are cool. Not much interaction but they acknowledge me. It's not the best in town but its my go to and I'm satisfied.

I brought the $10.99 Classic Membership because I have been lacking going to the gym and need to lose weight. Anyways, on the app, it wouldn't let me change to the right location. It was set to Reedly and I wanted the Kings Canyon in Fresno location. The lady there said that I should wait 90 days but I still had access to their location. This morning, I went and they basically told me I couldn't use their equipment unless I get either the Black Card or pay an extra $5 fee. What's the point of getting a Classic then if I need the Black Card to work out???

I felt like they were little boying me and just straight up rude. They looked annoyed when talking to me. I'm cancelling my membership and never going to this location again!

I signed up 3 years ago to start my health journey and I'm happy to say this is my home location. When I arrive Im greeted by name with a cheerful attitude from many staff members, namely, Tony, Aiden, Beto and Bianca. Facilities are well kept and whenever i have a request or issue it is acknowledged professionally and handled immediately. The new team leader, Bianca, has made a noticeably positive impact to maintaining a clean environment and encouraging a friendly and safe atmosphere.
I look forward to equipment upgrades to assist my goals for a healthier lifestyle.

Apparently if you pay for black card it doesn't apply at at the Ceasars Chavez Panet Fitness in Fresno. They told me I couldn't come in and use the gym. The redhead girl with fake eyebrows is mean and nasty. And her coworker isn't very smart or nice either. Plus this place smells funny..like feet. I'll stick to the other 2 locations at Blackstone and Barstow. They have been very nice me. And there gyms don't have an.... oder.🤢

Fix the fourth stairmaster. I’ve been coming here for months and it’s still broken. Update !!! Now there is 2 of them broken and the first one never got fix. This gym is too packed , meaning you get a lot of money to fix these machines. Get it done

I come around 1AM too this gym frequently the 2 employees are always very welcoming. The restrooms are always kept nice and clean at this time, the gym seems to be a-lot cleaner around this time compared to when i come in the afternoon its a good feeling. I come to this gym almost every night after work the overnight gym staff is very helpful and always greet me when I come in. While working out I always catch the staff cleaning the gym floor which I always appreciate. The male overnight worker is always keeping up with the restroom i always seem to come in when he's mopping. I apologize for stepping.

i enjoy coming here, it’s never usually busy the times i come in. there’s times i come in late at night and it’s peaceful having access to almost every equipment. however, some of the machines have been down for quite a while now. one of the men from overnight staff at the front desk is very kind, greets you with a smile on his face and says “enjoy your work out.” on the other hand, the overnight staff chick is glued to her phone and doesn’t acknowledge anyone.

lot of gym members could use some etiquette and courtesy, as they leave their used towels and drinks on the ground. you’ll find weights laid out everywhere and not put back in their place. it doesn’t give the gym a great look.

otherwise, this gym is quite chill and has plenty of useful equipment for your needs.

It's such a chill place. Nobody bothers you so no shaming. It's just some people hog up the machines and will leave a towel or water bottle to hold the machine and do something else. But that's the members not the gym.

In the time I went here I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was really mellow and nobody really bothered anybody. People pretty much kept to themselves and did their routines. I did run into a few people I used to work with and worked out with them a little bit but other than that I would recommend this place to people It's a good gym plus the perks of the showers, the massage chairs, the tanning, the red light it's all worth it.

Good gym for beginners, I love this place been going for a while now and enjoy the employees some are fun to talk to and get along with and others are just hard workers always cleaning. Missing some free weights and less cardio but everything else is really good. I enjoy talking with Jonathan t , Diego, Tony, Aiden, Alberto, and Jonathan they are all great people and do a good job at keeping the facility clean. I’m a truck driver so parking is first concern. Tried parking in the back and there’s room during the day no problem, they close a gate and the back isn’t open past 9 o’clock. No problem because you can park on the road without issue. Hot shower, cold water fountain, only complaint is it’s kind of a small location and needs duplicates of some equipment. It was kind of crowded and hard to get on equipment, I worked in with others and made it happen though. I’ll be back if I’m in the area

Aiden works in the mornings. He is a rude little boy. I’ve been a member at planet fitness for awhile, over two years. Aiden called me off of the treadmill for being three days past due. I explained to him that I would pay later on today due to my payday being today, and my work schedule preventing me from being able to come right back and make the payment. He kept trying to overly dominate me. I saw a picture on my profile that clearly wasn’t pleasing so I asked him if I could change it. He kept telling me no that’s the picture I had to keep. It was literally a power struggle. Aiden’s customer service is terrible!!! I’ve never dealt with anyone this rude at the Cesar Chavez location!

The massage chair and massage beds are great. The showers are okay.
Cons:
No hair dryers, maintenance is needed in the showers especially the handicapped one, the water fountain need refiller needs to be replace and has needed for month or so...after they just renovated... Not the best PF I've been to. Smaller than other Planet Fitness' around town. Machines are always broken, especially the pieces needed to adjust the equipment appropriately. Spray bottles are never refilled, leaving members unable to clean the equipment after use. I will start driving across town to a better PF.

I had my friend drop me off at the kings canyon location because I don’t have a vehicle at the moment. I had my backpack with me As u was checking in at the front I fumbled through my backpack to find my phone and realized I had my Amsterdam mini shot inside the pocket of my backpack. After checking in a started walking towards the stairclimber and an employee chases me down and loudly announces that alcohol is not allowed in the gym and I need to leave. Then proceeds to walk me all the way out of the building. I was humiliated! And since I was dropped off, I had to stand around for an hour waiting for my ride picked me up.

Overcharging bank accounts and debit cards $15 every month and $1 every week. Business office unable to correctly process payments and continue to fraudulently processing transactions! On Saturdays they open at 7 AM exactly on the dot. A crowd of people always wait outside for them to open because everyone is always fighting for their lone 3 barbells. What got me heated on this particular day, was a female employee. She stood on the other side of the glass door at 6:57 AM and was recording the outside crowd with her pink teddy bear phone case. She was laughing and giggling. Then literally didn’t open the door until 7:01 AM. That was absolutely uncalled for. Part of the population that go here in the mornings are house less and are trying to use the showers. What’s the humor in that? I hope corporate sees this review. I cancelled my membership the same day. This gym is trash.
