This planet fitness is pretty decent and heard they are getting a remodeling soon which is nice to hear. The staff are friendly and the lockers room are okay, only bother is there could be some homeless or weirdos but that’s on a rare occasion. I do have one complaint and that’s some of the machines they are broken and take a while to be fixed. The ones I can name top of my head are the two leg curl machines and the two stair master. Hopefully they get fixed in the remodeling process.

I really like Planet Fitness Gym because the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I also enjoy the group fitness classes, which are fun and motivating. One downside is that it can get very crowded during peak hours, making it hard to get on some machines. Additionally, the parking lot can be tricky to navigate at times. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the facilities and the helpful staff, and I still enjoy coming here despite the occasional crowding.

I had a horrible experience with a man that’s a manager there. He has tattoos on his face with a ponytail. I do NOT recommend this location. Especially if you’re a woman, he will harass you then challenge you. So ladies beware!!!!!

The gyms are nasty. They have hair all on the walls in the showers hair on the shower floors, in the sinks, people have defecated in the shower several times it literally looks like a dog kennel.In there extremely nasty and the smell is very very Terrible.......and also there's lice in the showers...., the health department needs to come through there and do a check.The females do nothing but Gossip in the locker room...... and the gym Staff is very very unfriendly and disrespectful.... including Management....You get what you pay for....

It’s pretty clean. There is some bike parking and a metro station nearby for easy commute. Any broken equipment gets repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of lockers. Friendly staff. Just wish they’d get a few more dumbbells from 15-30 pounds; those are often missing during peak hours.

Cool for the most part. However it’s not 24 hours like advertised. Came to workout at 5AM doors were locked waited until 6am doors still locked. On website it advises that the gym is open, but it’s not. Had to go to the gym on Compton Ave, it’s actually open 24 hours like it says.

This gym location isn’t bad at all they have great section of kettlebells and a nice section for you to stretch. I’m pretty upset about the hours but I respect it.

I have been a black card member for over 5 years, and have visited locations from Florida to California and everywhere in between. I had to write a glowing review for this particular location, because I was truly impressed and appreciative of one of your newer employees/team members. CELIA, was an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to meet while she was doing bathroom cleaning duty. I have to admit I have become accustomed to the employees at most PF locations appearing disgruntled, irritated, and just seemingly miserable in general while cleaning the bathrooms, it is always a negative vibe when you are at the gym and an employee comes into the restroom and begins slamming doors and objects loudly and clearly unhappy to be cleaning the bathroom, treating the guests as nuisances. Celia was an absolute joy to encounter. She was clearly happy with her job, performed her cleaning duties with a smile, and doing a GREAT JOB! The bathroom was spotless! And to top it off she even engaged me in positive conversation rather than treating me as an invisible/irritating guest. Please 🙏 🙏 recognize this amazing employee of yours, she is a rare gem and a huge score as a great person to have as an employee!

Últimamente deja mucho que desear el mantenimiento de las máquinas. Son 3. Máquinas que necesitan arreglarse por más de 3 semanas. Y solo veo que quitan y ponen el anuncio fuera de servicio. I used to love working out here. Used to,
know there's a lot of homeless in the bathrooms,using the lockers. high schools kids loitering the machines. Most of them sit there and don't workout. But they use their phones to kill time on the machines.
It was a chill cool place. Now is dirty bathroom stalls are always used by homeless people and showers. The main problem is management. They don't care or would say anything to the homeless. I really thinking of closing my membership. If you don't believe me stop by a Tuesday around 3:00 you will see. This guy was sitting here for 2 hours. He obviously is not there to workout. the locker open and the one next to it are his full of stuff. I told the front desk. 2 hours later after my workout. no one told him anything. he was still sitting there. charging his phone and something inside one of the lockers.

I went to work out at 3am which was a very bad idea and I would be highly cautious of working out at night! A white sedan in the parking lot full of men in sheisty masks with guns tried to rob me and slashed my car tire as I was leaving the parking lot.. when I called planet fitness to tell them what happened and to be careful the man at the desk told me it happens a lot .. showing no sense of urgency and acted like he didn’t care at all. It was only my 3rd time working out at this planet fitness I just started my membership and i will not be returning

Do not get a membership at this establishment!! They will keep debiting your account every day! I also had my card locked last night and they still took money out of my account! Then I call for a refund and to cancel the membership and the lady Monica told me she couldn’t do it. I had to wait for the manger free to get there instead. I’m highly pissed off! How is there no manger or supervisor at the business to process refunds? So they just have workers opening and closing with no supervision? I want ppl to know not to trust this planet fitness especially since I have to go through all of this for a refund! I will be reporting this business to every thing I can because I shouldn’t have to wait for my own money when I never stepped foot in this establishment! Do better and have a dam supervisor on site, smh

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for about 6 weeks and so far so good. I’ve had a great experience. The fitness classes are challenging and fun with very accessible times from early morning to late afternoon. The personal trainer Caleb is the absolute best. He’s very knowledgeable and supportive, respectful and makes any and everyone feel welcome. The gym is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly atmosphere. Staff are constantly cleaning the gym and refilling the sanitation areas. Overall, I love this gym and the staff are super nice and helpful. I've seen significant progress towards my fitness goals and would recommend Planet fitness to anyone looking for a motivating and well-equipped gym.
Ok so here’s my 5 month review! Best gym in Watts! I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I love the staff they are super friendly and super cool! I like this gym, it's a bit small, has sufficient parking, and a lot of cardio machines. Would like to see more strength training machines. I've read the company is looking to shift towards a different model to include fewer cardio machines which is great, I wonder when implementation will begin. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the area it is located in, but the crowd is decent-ish at 9 am

My friend came to try gym and workout with me but his phone died before he could sign up for it on the app. The female (black with locs) employee told him to just provide his id and they could do it for him. He provided his id but was told it would be $20. I pointed out the website and the hispanic guy with glasses stated that the ad was not for this location. No assistance at all. So he just left.

I guess like any other planet fitness, they have too many cardio machines instead of investing more in weight machines. Besides that, I like everything else. The staff is friendly and attentive. They keep the place clean and everything in its place. When a machine breaks down they repair it in a week or so. Out of many locations that I have visited, this location is by far my favorite.
