Es ridículo que uno no puede usar las maquinas porque la gente se sienta en ellas solo para hablar por teléfono y yo que si necesito usarlas para mis ejercicios no puedo, hable con uno de los encargados y me dijo que no puede hacer nada

Y pues que sentido tiene estar pagando para estar parada esperando a ver a que hora se dignan a ir hablar por teléfono a otra maquina y desocupen la que uno necesita

Одно из худших заведений. Таких отвратительных мест встречал всего 2 и оба в Лос Анджелес. Вечером приехал позаниматься, но тупой охранник через 2 часа подошёл и запретил оставаться мне на стоянке. Нигде по всей территории США гостей не прогонять, это происходит только в Лос Анджелес. Не рекомендую приезжать в это место, вас могут выгнать или эвакуировать машину.

I’m truly at a lack of words. Can’t even start to describe how this Planet Fitness location has deteriorated. 6 machines that are not working, paint peeling of the walls, floor mats lifting. As it is this location lacks equipment and 6 machines not working is completely unacceptable. There is no sense of urgency at all to be proactive to get all these items fixed. Also when you try to use the restroom, they lack toilet paper and no hand soap most of the times. This location is going down hill very quickly.

Don't recommend you sign up, at least at this location. Planet Fitness promotes a "Judgment Free Zone," yet this location chose to ban a member while overlooking clear staff misconduct. An employee retrieving a discarded note from the trash, writing a response, and leaving it in the gym environment is not professional conduct--it is provocation. To dismiss that behavior and instead label the member's reaction as "rude" demonstrates selective enforcement. This is not consistent with the values your brand claims to uphold. What occurred was not the removal of intimidation--it was the protection of an employee's unprofessional actions at the expense of a paying member. That is not judgment free; it is hypocrisy.

Staff put on a facade. Eye rolls, sighs, or outright ignoring tasks that aren't convenient are common. Staff often quietly judge or talk about certain members once they think no one is listening. Complaints, gossip, and petty enforcement are routine, while bigger issues are ignored. Favoritism toward certain members is evident, and the focus is clearly more on cheap memberships and numbers than on member experience.

Ya tengo 6 meses viniendo a este gym. Siempre está llenisimo de personas que solo se la pasan en el celular y no se apuran con las rutinas. Algunas máquinas descompuestas desde hace semanas y no hacen nada por repararlas. El día de hoy subí mi membresía a pf Black card, pedí usar el total body enhancement y ninguno servía. No entiendo como ofrecen servicios que realmente no pueden brindar. Esto es molesto ya que pagamos más para poder usar esos beneficios cuando uno quiera y simplemente no funcionan. Contemplare muy seriamente seguir en este gym.

The music is way too loud. Their music selection is so bad it is depressing. It interferes with my own music. I’m trying to workout not jump off a cliff. The filtered water tastes like chlorine. The gym has a bunch of kids just hanging out and claiming to multiple machines while working on only one. I’m considering going somewhere else.The staff is polite and they keep up with the place.

Summer time its infested with little kids and Edgars all over bsing and not even working out. Then you have people on machines on their phones. You can finish an entire set and catch people still on their phones not even start a rep. With what you pay a month, you're better off investing that for machines at home and add to it gradually. Also, some of the girl staff are rude and are too busy flirting to actually help. Youre best bet is to just scan yourself in and walk in.

I like that it’s close by but what I don’t like is that now with the high school summer pass, nothing but problems with these teenagers. Especially the girls, all they do is show off their rear end and make fun of others and start recording. Yes, we can tell the front desk but they’re not very helpful. I’m considering freezing my membership until autumn.

My Father inlaw went to do his usual workout at this Gym on the shoulder press machine and got told by an employee that he was making too much noise on the machine and that to be careful before he breaks it, he is in his 60ties and does this workout regularly, when he went to make a complaint at the front desk there was no staff available, seems this particular staff member was having a bad day which causes an angry Gym member to write a nasty review...Planet fitness staff needs to be more respectful towards their members, after all don't ever judge an old man and his workout strength!!!!

The worst planet fitness I've been to. They have the a/c on full blast it gets very cold in here some of the staff are so rude. U got one girl that is all up on the trainer nuts Everytime he's about to start his class she's always there interrupting him (think they're together and she's a jealous one) I've gotten sick so many times bcuz of the a/c

The team here at Planet Fitness in Lynnwood have been available anytime I had questions or needed assistance with a machine. I've been a happy gym goer up until just recently. This summer program that they started for teenagers ages 18 and below stuff is driving me bananas. The kids just take up space and honestly mess around as if they're still in school. The managers here should constantly be checking the floor for this because they have paying customers like myself who legitimately wants to get a full work out in.
Besides this, the gym is clean and exceptionally large. Not large enough to fit serious people and teens who just want to hang out.
Please be more observant team at Lynnwood PF!

New locattion. All the equipment works as expected. The staff is friendly. The down side is the small locker room, if you go during busy times good luck trying to change in there. Would be great if it had a sauna but for the price it's still worth it.

Rated 1 simply because the staff is ignorant, stopped by to asked what was needed to cancel or freeze if going to the military, told me one thing(military ID) tried to go in again with the one thing they asked for, being so they asked for a letter which really irritated me that the staff is not informed had to go back and forth to show proof with a damn letter. That was the dumbest thing ever.

I give it 5 stars because I have always found a machine open for me. Clean and welcoming. The only downside is parking at peak hours. But that’s how it is most LA gyms. So it doesn’t make a difference in my rating.

The ppl frustrate me more then the location or staff. A lot of ppl come here just to sit at the machines or take longer since they're on their phones. Takes me 5min between each machine. And not enough free weights. Like have more then 1 set of 25lbs dumbells its embarrassing really. Cmon man!

They have a 30 minute work out area ( circuit training ) there is clearly a red and green light, to change stations, and everyone is on their phones ( even the staff ).
circuit training is timed ! then u move , look at the red and green light and you have to move stations, I try to go through the set and people are working out in the 30 minute workout as if it were the regular floor ! There is a regular work out area that is NOT timed.
People are just sitting on their phone in the timed circuit station, on the phone ! Resting ! Talking sitting on the machines !
The staff does not even have the decency to look at you when you are trying to speak to them because they are on their phones as well.
Sadly disappointed.

Have been coming here for the past three weeks. Everyone is really friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Machines are kept really clean. I got a trainer for Mondays morning. Eddie is really friendly and have a lot of patience with me. With the workout he is teaching. Since I have been doing the training with him. I have totally notice a big change. My clothes for loose know. I will totally recommend this place.

The environment is always welcoming and the staff are very helpful. Even the other members who are working out are encouraging of each other if you're seen working really hard. Overall, a positive environment coupled with staff who are ready and able to help you makes for the perfect gym, especially if you don't have very much experience with workout equipment.

I went to cancel my membership on 12/14/18 wich my monthly payment is every 17
The girl that helped me said it was canceled she said i was not! Going to be charged for this month i checked my bank account and i got charged i called to see why i got charged and the person that helped me on the phone was the "maneger" he did not give me no solution he was rude!! And did not explain to me!! And he hung the phone and left me talking!! Its BS why they tell you you wont be charge for this month but yet still do planet fitness steels money and i make sure i tell my friends not to join it and for sure not to go to this gym on Lynwood because the so call manager is rude!!!

Over all my experience has been very good...staff are nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome. In the past I've been gym member to LA Fitness Ballys and 24hrs. It was always full plus staff was rude and top it you had to pay for a trainer that was up thight. Here at planet fitness the training is different. The trainer always has a smile and friendly. He helps you out. He will motivates you. Takes the time to teach you to use different equipment. The only bad thing I could say is parking lol. Overall I love the friendly environment.

I have the membership to go to any location up to 10 times if not home location and this is the worst location as the staff makes it awkward and when you need help there in a group talking to each other and don't acknowledge because there more focus on there gossip. Owner change your Manager.
