I attend this Planet Fitness location regularly for many reasons one is the staff, I’ve always felt like family the minute walk I in whether I’m checking in the morning with Jordan, Charisma, and Valeria or in the evening with Juan, Omer, and Rachel anytime I’ve needed help in they have always been there to help me. I highly recommend this location due to the cleanliness, the new and well kept equipment, and the vibe from the staff and other members. It truly feels like a judgment free zone open and welcome to all. Thank you Planet Fitness for rocking with me through my fitness journey.

Hey. Kiersten here. I am a member of planet fitness location northwest palendale. Jordan is the manager of this location and I have to say is one of the best workers I have experienced. He makes sure that all complaints are handled efficiently. That all equipment is kept up with, unlike other locations. Kaitlynn is the assistant manager, she is such a sweet heart. There has never been a bad experience at this location that I have encountered. I walk in smiling and walk out smiling. I greatly recommend this location!!! ☺️

I don’t like it’s not 24 hours. I’m starting to not like any llanwt fornesss that can’t maintain the 24 hour rule. If I’m paying a membership price and you get to dictate the hours because it’s your gym I can dictate the price I want to pay because it’s my money. Time to look for another gym

The PF that Jordan oversees is top notch and highly recommended. The entire facility is always very clean and the equipment is in working condition. The members are courteous and respectful of others. But what sets this gym apart from the others is Jordan and his Team (Amanda & Jocelyn). They are always welcoming, engaging and in positive spirits each time I enter their gym…that is what makes my experience at their gym above all the others!

Love this gym. I used to belong to a gym that was walking distance from my house.
I dropped that membership for this Plant Fitness. I have a black card but this is the only location I come to. They have a great selection of equipment. It’s always clean and kept up. But my favorite part is the morning crew, Val, Caitlyn, and Jordan, - they are the best and the reason I’d never leave this location.

Particularly how the employees go out of their way as a group and individually to make going to the gym a good experience. I thanked Michael and complimented him on his effort(s) in ensuring that the men's locker room was both esthetically pleasing to the eye. Also, very appropriately cleaned from top to bottom (shower stalls, changing areas, floors, countertops, mirrors, trash cans, toilets, urinals, entry ways, walls/smudges/finger prints, vacumming & overall a very, very, very, respectable effort in going about the task of what I know can be a difficult & a lot of times looked upon as a thankless job. The Palendale Planet Fitness gym has a really nice staff and it is always clean. I can definitely see that the manager (Jordan) is taking pride in his place of business. Staff like Kaitlynn truly make customers feel welcomed with her infectious smile. I see her and other staff dusting, cleaning, and ensuring equipment is put back in place. The mens bathrooms is always immaculate. I see why so many people go there on a daily basis. Although I don't recall other staff names, I can say that each one of them make me feel important and appreciated. Keep up the Awesome work. This gym should be an example for all other ones.

All the equipment is here. They even have some extras such as T R X bands, multiple pec decks, and a variety of areas. The layout is nice; there are some more secluded areas for those of us who are a bit more introverted. The staff is incredibly helpful. Also, the programming on channels is all neutral channels such as A&E, Discovery, History, etc. No fox, CNN, NBC, etc. Altogether GREAT place to get a good workout in.

I have been to a number of PF gyms in Modesto, San Diego, Seattle, Santa Fe NM. This is the best so far it is clean, the equipment works, atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly and very helpful. It is led by the foundation of the PF nation Jordan. Good work kept it up.

I was so excited when the new location opened! So many familiar faces from the Manteca gym! Jordan is the BEST. Makes it a priority to know our names. This location was horrible! I went in to rejoin and check the new location out after being a member at the other Modesto location years ago. It was like I was a ghost when I walked in there, I stood there while the team members just talked and disregarded my whole presence. The manager walked right pass me as well and as soon as he step foot out he pulled out a smoking device and blew out a huge cloud of smoke. RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE GYM. So unprofessional. Never coming again. (and no I didn’t end up talking to anyone.. I literally looked around and did not feel welcomed)

Best Planet Fitness I've ever been to! So much so that I drive across town to visit this location instead of the PF one block away from my home. This location is fairly new and still looks like it just opened today. All the equipment works and is well maintained. Staff is constantly cleaning and refilling cleaning supplies. Restrooms are spotless. I'm always greeted by staff when I walk in. Jordon the manager is always on top of everything. You'll even see him cleaning and returning equipment to the proper location instead of hiding in the office.

This Planet fitness location has easily become my favorite commercial gym. The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. I’m impressed with this gym. Super clean and the equipment is great. The staff creates a welcoming environment and I can say that’s thanks to the Manager Jordan. He personally gave me a walkthrough of the place, any questions I had we answered and was very informative about the equipment. I went to the new Planet Fitness across from the Modesto Costco. All new equipment, friendly staff. The manager Jordan gave me a tour of the facility. Love the black card room. Two massage chairs, two hydro massage chairs, and two cryo chairs. I love the cryo chairs for my back. It gives me a few days of relief.

Back to PF West. Jordan and his staff are pretty amazing. If they're not at the front counter, they are cleaning floors and equipment.

I've been working out here since they opened and this forsure is my favorite location. The staff are amazing and helpful, I love my late night people! The only negative remark I could make about this gym is that some of the members are fairly inconsiderate. I love the extra weight lifting I get to do trying to do my part keeping this place clean. The amount of people that just leave weights and trash around are an excellent example of how people ruin good things. The employees are always working to organize and clean up the mess. Just respect the space y'all. Clean up your garbage, rack your weights and wipe down what you sweat on. It's basically free calorie burning to not be lazy!

The best Planet Fitness I have been to, based purely on equipment. It must be a new location because everything is literally brand new. It even smells new. A lot fewer treadmills than the locations I’ve been to, but still enough.

After signing up and being told, the gym would be open, we were put on hold for another month (live minutes away). Forced us to have to work out at another at Another location or basically were Out of luck on What we paid. Finally, the gym is open and we come here and they don't even have the red light therapy bed Like they stated when signing up. This gym is more than disappointing at this point. Nothing but Empty promises but quick to sign you up on false pretenses.

Very poor representation.

Should probably remove the false information off of what is offered. Total body enhancement is not 👎
