Planet Fitness has been an awesome experience from day one. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of machines so I never feel like I’m waiting around. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help if I have a question. The environment is relaxed and judgment-free, which makes it super easy to stay consistent with workouts. For the price, the value is unbeatable — great hours, great machines, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place to get in shape!

I had been a member of this PF facility for 7 years. As a member I really enjoyed seeing the staff, and they kept the facility very clean! They vacuumed machines, mopped bathrooms, wiped down the counters, the liners were on the wall dispensers, always kept filled along with toilet paper dispensers, the mirrors we're clean and floors mopped throughout facility including wiping down the machines, it was very well maintained at that time. I was away for 2 years and have returned recently with my husband only as a guest. I'm only going to post these two photos because I did not have the heart to take pictures of the other two toilet stalls. The container that women place their sanitary napkins/pads tampons was on the floor next to the toilet, covered in red blotches and left wide opened (very disgusting.) There was urine all over the floor and seat on the pic I posted. Our visit yesterday, June 28th, my husband came out very disappointed and disgusted by the men's restroom, it had scattered trash, no toilet paper and there were absolutely no paper towels in the restroom! He also saw a sign posted in the men's locker room, do not Place valuables in locker (WARNING) There was no paper towels placed out in the gym to wipe down the equipment (PF have signs posted to clean equipment! but with what!?) My husband asked the staff member about the paper towels and her reply was; they were waiting for a shipment to come in at 12:00 p.m. (it's after 2pm) during my husband's workout, he sprayed solution and cleaned the equipment with the toilet liners! I saw other members had brought their own hand towels from home to wipe down equipment. I read the previous reviews; how unsanitary this facility has been for months. The owner, management and staff are aware. I've also read, the owner will only refer you to the manager. I truly hope and pray the changes in management and staff will be made soon. Management and Staff, your better than this! PLEASE clean PLEASE be encouraged!

Slowly regretting a bit with this gym been about 3 months and having minor issues here there. I paid for the best one black card membership and sadly didn't much been spoken to about benefits just read on online. if I'm paying that much wish well I can bring my guest into the area with me for a relaxing from our workout. Got spoken bad to twice and this is the 3rd time I waiting about 10 mins nothing. Slowly thinking perhaps if this keeps up I'm just gonna close my membership. Gonna update my review later on but yeah I got video and pics for timestamp proof but usually it's like this and building isn't busy.

It's a fair gym, but don't expect them to hold to any of their own standards. The circuit won't be available. It's often dirty & doesn't have supplies in place for cleaning.

I love the gym but the women at the front are so rude at the Fredrick location I wanted to cancel my membership, it was terrible they give you bad looks and act annoyed at every question you ask especially "Crystal" she is so rude and disgusting toward guest I would think she would have better home training , hopefully it gets fixed "CRYSTAL" makes people not want to go there at all , she is snobby and unprofessional with a mean look and a cold welcome.

Gyms are a dime a dozen, so customer service and cleanliness is paramount. Planet Fitness of Moreno Valley has no better representative of that than Georgeff Becelinof. His respectful demeanor and anticipation of guests needs makes the gym feel more welcoming and in turn makes this gym in particular more like a community. Way to go.

Great staff, especially the crew in the mornings. I've been coming consistently since Sep 2024 and made ALL KINDS OF GAINS !. I will say some better equipment would be great, but overall, it's a great gym and good vibes, too. Shout out to all the 3am-6am regulars, yall are the definition of dedication.
I tried the EOS gym recently, and all equipment there was better, but it was just way too crowded for me, and low key gave me a little anxiety. This location doesn't get that packed, so it's better for my sanity .

I Like Planet Fitness I go there and I like to use the treadmill the exercise bike and I like to go meet people see people they doing the same thing as I’am, it bits staying home being all board so planet fitness is a place you’re rather be when you just want to exercise get in shape or just meet people.

Amazing facility but needs more sanitation stations so the lazy patrons can throw away their used paper towels! I love the immense size and extra exercise machines. Also, the hydro massage bed is a Gamechanger compared to traditional massage chairs and next level up compared to the hydro massage chair!

“Be the change you want to see in the world” was my motto as I picked up used paper towels throughout the gym. Just have more sanitation stations so the lazy patrons can throw away their trash 🗑️!

This is the worst planet fitness i’ve ever been to. The machines are fine and there’s enough of them but the feng shui of the whole place is horrid. First it is SOOOOO dimly lit in the whole gym EXCEPT for the locker rooms where they have the absolute worst overhead lighting. The smith machines face away from the mirrors so you can’t watch yourself and correct anything like your stance or posture. hope you have your form perfected! Secondly the locker rooms are huge BUT EVERY SINGLE MIRROR IS waist height and above. If you worked on lower body, that sucks because you don’t get to see any progress as there is NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR. Because there is no mirror you think maybe i’ll just take a video on my phone, however you will be a complete shadow because of the, once again, HORRID overhead lighting. Yall need better lighting in the whole gym. I cant work out with it being nearly pitch black and I need to be able to see my full body before and after a workout to SEE my progress. How are you gonna provide a gorgeous large locker room and then put a 4 foot mirror hanging halfway up the wall for everyone to share in there??? “Post your pump and tag us” WISH I COULD BUT U CANT SEE MY PUMP IN THE MIRROR.

Someone stole my charger and rip my cord and tried to break in my locker and the locker room is blowing heat I notified a team member a week ago no repair I would like to know when is that going to be fixed and people are taking showers with out pulling the shower curtain back and two men were basically showering together something needs to be done about that sincerely I've been a member for 4years there

I have only been a couple times, but after the first two visits, so far so good. This is a large location, with lots of machines. I have only been in the mid mornings, so it hasn't been too busy and most machines and weights have been readily available. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. Will continue to update as I get more time to really evaluate, and at different times.

I haven’t been to dirty Planet Fitness. All of the PF gyms i’ve been to are always fully stocked with cleaning supplies near every group of machines for convenience and nothing is ever out of order like most gyms out there. Also there isn't a mountain of merch bombarding you at the entrance like most gyms either…not that it matters a great deal but it shows that PF is focused on letting you enjoy your workout in peace. I also have Crunch Fitness which I utilize for the heavy bags but I will not give up my PF membership for anything.

I recently joined this club less than 2 months ago and I’m having a billing issue. I was made aware of an annual club fee of $49 dollars. However, yesterday they charged me 2 annual fees. I called the club and the employee said it should be reverse in 24 hours. This morning I now have 3 annual fee chargers on my account. I called back this morning to speak to a manager and she told me again, It should get reversed by Monday. Horrible!

Guy who works the night shift deserves a raise. He’s always positive, friendly, and hard working despite working graveyard - that sets a good vibe. The gym is cheap and equipment is good, you really can’t complain for only $10/month. Not the gym for you if you like to travel or move.

They will not let you purchase anything if its not your "home gym". They also will not take cash. So I'm at the gym I have a black card membership for, I can't even buy a water bottle when their water fountain was broken for 3 months.

Then once the water fountain was fixed, I wanted to tan but I couldn't because I forgot Eyewear and they wouldn't allow me to purchase the 50 cent Eyewear because once again it's not my "home gym" and once again refused my cash.

I don't want to change my home gym because I move around too much, that is why I purchased the more expensive membership.

If the lack of working equipment and consistently unorganized weights weren't enough, this place sucks. Today was my last day.

Just opened my black card here today. Honestly this place is trash. Sketchy people walking around who didn’t appear to be members. I’m glad this isn’t gonna be my usual spot. Also the staff seems uncaring and oblivious to anyone who isn’t supposed to be in here. Looking at the other reviews, yea this place is no good.
