It takes 1 employee to change your WHOLE experience. I was lied to today - when I attempted to bring a guest. I was told with my membership - I can only go to 1 gym. LIES. I have been to at least 4 locations buzzed in on green - with no issues. I was told I cannot bring guest unless I upgrade. LIES. I have brought guests without issue. So to the lil girl at the desk this morning at 9am - who does not know what she's talking about, thanks for turning a good experience into a bad one and running customers away!

First Impression of the gym of this gym. This would be my first 5 star of Planet Fitness. I've been traveling everywhere different states east coast, west coast and central and I have experience different type of vibes of planet fitness in each state all i can say with this gym is that, 1. Cleanliness it is very clean! 2. Staff very kind 3. Vibes very chill. 4. Lightings very good. 5. Spacious and I love it. 6. Men's bathroom very clean. 7. I got energized how clean and spacious the gym is! 8. I recommend people to come here for sure and experience it.

I enjoy this gym for its friendly , helpful and hard working staff who strive to keep the facilities clean and safe. It's well managed by Gabe .Two employees stand out in my mind : McKayla and Mark.
My only suggestion is that equipment in general need to be brought up to date .
I really enjoy the hydro bed and chair massages.

I have been going for years and still absolutely love PF. The staff is professional and friendly and keep this gym spotless! Gabe is the absolute best. So incredibly helpful and polite. I never really have any issues with the availability of different machines. Other gym goers are typically respectful and courteous here. You cannot beat the price and value for what you get.

I was happy with my membership at this gym until a few months ago. Now I am extremely frustrated because of two things that have screwed up my experience. Number one, due to my poor health, the machine that I would use 90% of the time was the recumbent stationary bike. They replaced their bikes with ones that are not useable. On account that one should be sitting back on them, the seats should not be fully upright and solid with no play. And also, the handle bars interfere with my knees when I try to pedal on it. It is absolutely unusable. And it’s not that the company was being cheap, it’s just that they didn’t think too much about the customer if not at all when replacing them. Lastly, this sudden change in hours has made it unnecessary difficult for me to work out consistently which is a huge negative. I’ve found myself taking walks inside my home just to stay consistent witch exercising. And despite what the manager has to say about it being his right to do it, it doesn’t take away from it being every member’s expectation for a 24 hour Planet Fitness branch being let down to save a buck.

I wrote a review about a year ago about my experience and gave this location 5 stars because of their great customer service and cleanliness. Now that I've been going here for a year, I still give this location the 5 stars I gave it then. The reason being is now they have better and new equipment. They also added more equipment for the days that they get packed. Customer service is still great. The place is still clean. And the best days to come and is less packed would be Thursday thru Sunday.

Any hoot ... The gym is clean but the equipment is only "clean" because we members wipe them after use..... I know this because they are dusty and this falsie eyelash has been here since Monday... Maybe longer ... This is gross to know they don't clean equipment... I now sanitize before and after

I work out here from time to time, and it’s absolutely become my new favorite Planet Fitness location. This is a good gym that is well kept. Unfortunately, hours have been reduced, but not your monthly membership fee. Weekends are worst hit, open 7 AM- 7 PM. Employee’s corporate spin off, it’s a “pilot program” Also stating that there are less people that workout on the weekends. That’s what PF wants with reduction of hours. The move is corporate greed, reducing cost for profit, not to benefit their employee’s or loyal customers. Do what’s right PF and add some hours to the weekend, a time when people finally get a break to get into the gym.

Its a clean gym, which is nice as I've seen ones much less so. Recently changed their hours though so its 24 hours less than half the week...but not sure why it still lists itself as 24/hr. With the lack of any other amenities the hours of operation were the main appeal and now that's been reduced, plus this gym gets busy and has limited equipment compared to others in the area that actually are 24 hours all week.

Good gym, not great. Recently announced a 20% reduction in access to the gym (opened 32 hours less a week) without reducing membership dues. These hours are when I come since during peak hours or around peak it is a mad house - they over sold membership. Will start looking for another gym, I'm sure I'm not the only person. To management, this is not going to get you what you want - readjust your planning, not everyone is stupid and complacent.

Facility is always clean, staff very friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the 30 min workout area. Says it is for 30 min workouts but many patrons are in there doing their typical reps, sitting for long periods of time on their phones, and taking up the use of the machine while we are trying to actually do the 30 min workout. Employees don't monitor the area like posted. Other than that, I like the gym and the laid back vibe.

I have been going to this gym for over a year now and have never had any problems.My brother from out of state asked if he could join me for a workout today and when we got to Planet Fitness to ask about day passes the two people at the desk said they couldn’t get him in today unless he bought a membership, one for $60 and another for $20. We explained to them he is out of state and a student but they reassured us there was nothing they could do for him. The man at the front told us to try to esporta or eos, the gyms across the street if we were looking to workout today.

The staff was really friendly and open to truckers in their parking lot. I've been denied by five different planet fitnesses today because I drive a semi I'm not allowed in their parking lots even if I park in the back. I’m a Black Card member. I prefer this location as opposed to my home location in Temecula. It’s bigger and not as cramped. The equipment is spread out and not tight together. The parking situation is a lot better than Temecula.

just getting a new job and got charged a annual fee at a bad time. Employees are always a great help but the GM wouldnt refund this charge. I could pay it if it was pushed back by a week… pretty devestating for me right now. reading up on random charges from PF online and feeling doubtful. Im sure PF needs 50$ more than i do 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've been traveling a lot, so I've seen my fair share of planet fitness gyms. This PF, like many others, is very clean and has very friendly staff. But this one here is a stand out for me! Why? It's the MIRRORS! There are two walls perpendicular to each other with continuous mirrors that run the full length of each. They also extend low enough to the ground so you can easily see your feet.

As a beginner when it comes to using weights, mirrors are essential! The mirror helps me see if my body isn't aligned right or is compensating in the wrong way, which can happen a lot if I'm trying out something new. Form is key when you're starting off, right? I've seen personal trainers at other PF gyms, and they have often expressed the need for more mirrors. I hope this becomes more widespread. Until then, I will definitely visit this PF again!

Gym isn’t bad. It’s pretty basic, but you can see that in all the pics. We signed up needing a new gym with quick access just before Covid hit & locked everything down. Do I wish this gym had more weights, of course but it’s simple, local, clean, nice staff, and gets the job done. Plenty of other options if you outgrow this gym. Who says you can’t go to them all???

I would honestly give no stars if I could. I normally love this place, it's not crowded nor did I ever had a bad experience until after today. I finally went back after the shut down and noticed nothing but new faces working there and no one I was quite familiar with but it didn't bother me. Half way into my workout I'm sweating up a storm, it's literally dripping down my face and I realize I'm still wearing my mask so I take it off. Before even walking into the gym I read up on their policy's and watched their videos and they all tell you while "actively working out" it's not required. After reading that it was the main reason why I decided to go back in the first place. It's only logical in my mind because you can suffocate from sweating thru a mask and then the gym would be held liable for enforcing you to wear it while working out. I didn't even fully take it off cuz I didn't want it touching anything and just let it hang from one ear and five mins later I'm approached by a lady to put it on. I tried to tell her about the policy but I couldn't find it quick enough cuz I was just so confused she'd even ask me, after what the app and websites say. I put it on just so she'd leave me enough time to find the policy. Just in that lil time it took me to find the policy my mask was already soaked. But I found the policy and took it off again when I did. Not even like five mins later, I get my workout interrupted again, asking about the mask and I told him about the policy. It's like I shouldn't have to tell them what their workers should already know, it's their policy, he left after. I wanna say when I was about 30 mins info my workout only about 15 mins from being done I got approached again but by the manager. I told him 1. What their policy states saying it's not required while "actively working out" which is what I was doing, 2. How it could lead to someone's detriment if they require to do so but sweating thru it and suffocating, and 3. They technically can't require you to do so because they don't know someone's medical or underlying condition which is why riverside county sheriff says they can't enforce it. Yet still continued to enforce it here. I just want to say I'm 100% not that person that just doesn't want to wear a mask. I wanna respect everyone's health which is why I only planned to take it off while doing my cardio aka "actively working out" then as soon as I finished or even left my machine put it back on. It was only while on the machine, maintaining social distancing, and doing my workout I had it off following all the policies and guidelines they had online. The manager just wanted to argue how his franchise does things differently and doesn't fully comply along with cooperate and tried arguing that the local rules for the city are different. I work in the same city and #3 I listed my store and all stores have to follow due to local ordinance as stated in even their policy so I don't know what that guy was on but there was just no reasoning with him. He then continued to snap at his employees like hounds and sent them off to continue to enforce everyone to wear a mask actively right in front of me saying they all "need to be spread out to tell everyone". I told him I had enough and wanted to cancel my membership which is home for this location. I've been to the location just down the street and they don't treat people nor just start their own location rules and policies and force them on people this way so I don't understand why they do it here. It's just illogical, I would respect it if they passed out clean mask to those that were sweating thru them but they didn't nor offered just continued to ask my to put my wet one back on and continued with terrible reasoning to do so. I love planet fitness but this location was just terrible, go to the Temecula one.
