This breach is my contract in an at-will contract clause is Null and voids any contract its basic contract law, also I believe this breach is the four corner rule in contract law but I'll double-check I'm going to have to continue forward with this since we didn't get a customer friendly response from our general manager. 6 going on 7 years bussiness relationship might have to end

I have never belonged to a gym, had always worked outside in construction or inside in restaurants and never had time but going to this gym feels easy, clean and at your own pace.
The amount of different types of weights this place has is very impressive free weights, cardio machines, lift assist machines, all clean and very accessible.
The payment plan is easy to set up and very affordable, in my option, it’s always very well staffed and friendly, clean and easy to get you individual work in either minimal waiting.
Got the black card membership and love it.
Not sure why I didn’t join earlier.
“No judgement zone” the mantra, believe it.

I started coming here a lil over a year ago and it was super clean , however 80% of the time I've come in the last 3 to 4 months the men's locker room is usually in ruins, no toilet paper, filthy, and unkept. This location has become very subpar with cleaning. Always friendly but clean not so much !!...I'm not thrilled about coming as I use to when it was kept up really well hopefully they get back to that top notch cleaning soon or I'll be forced to go elsewhere

I had a 12:30 appointment and the girl at the counter had me wait ten minutes while she helped another customer. All she had to do was press a button for me. My massage would have been over and she would STILL be helping those people. At 12:40 she told me to step back because i was too close to the desktop. The machine didn't start till 12:43. The attitude was unnecessary. Yes, I was standing there for 11 minutes until another employee walked up. She never helped.

This location has a cool, industrial vibe and a friendly, diverse membership and staff.

While I'm not a fan of the two-story layout, the gym makes great use of the space—it's pretty cool to ride an exercise bike from a perch overlooking the floor below.

The equipment is standard, and the Black Card spa is on the smaller side, but it has all the basics like tanning and massage chairs.

The fact that the sanitizing spray bottle is covered in everybody's sweat when you go use it to spray paper towels that's nasty 🤢, planet fitness needs to upgrade to different sanitizing towels, also the machines are not maintained and Lubed they squeek and are rusty , there's lots of spider webs and dust all over there walls and machines too

I had written a review 4 months ago with a 1 star rating, I recently started coming back to this location and they brought in a new manager and great team! she is super cool and nice. She greets people as they come in, I’ve been coming back to this location now for a month and I recommend this gym with new management! Sometimes it’s not the locations that’s an issue , what a difference one person can make. Shout out to the other PF team members. This gym doesn't care about sanitation or providing environmental services the staff is very lazy I never see them cleaning or rotating in cleaning intervals, there is never soap in the bathroom sinks , the treadmills are always full of dust and have sweat drops all over them, it's my third time getting sick from this gym because of the lack of sanitation, it's a dirty gym and the staff doesn't care, back in 2024 they had better staff members who did care about sanitizing, I noticed they have brand new staff members they don't say hi they don't provide customer service and they're lazy and I never see them cleaning or sanitizing the machines or the bathrooms or the floors, the new staff is lazy there is no initiation in them they simply don't care about the sanitation of a gym, I'm a longtime member too of this location,very disappointed, the gym is supposed to be a professional place that represents a healthy lifestyle, unfortunately at this location it is the complete opposite due to the lazy staff.

I really like Planet Fitness, the atmosphere is great the staff is friendly and the app helps you discern the busier hours. This specific facility is quite a bit different than my center back home. The 30 min workout room has completely different workouts than mine, and there's a second level with all the other machines I was missing. So different but not bad.

I've gone at various times and I've never run into a problem or I've had to wait or use other equipment. there is such a variety of people at this facility. All types and sizes and color and everyone seems to just blend in with each other.

Everything is fine but the restroom does not have paper towels 🧻 so when people wash hair face teeth ect by the sinks there's always a mess. People can't really clean up after themselves. I decided to join Planet Fitness as they have locations all over the county. When I arrived, I clearly asked about my billing issues. They were never addressed. Somebody was gonna call me back that never happened.

I was charged numerous occasions, including today fees, that no one understands why. If a gym membership cannot be simply defined. What is the additional fees for then why do you guys charge them.

Overall, the staff is nice, but I just feel the communication is awful.

It's a good gym. They recently got new equipment. Clean. Respectful people. Gets a bit crowded at times, but the place is big enough that you can find other ways to work out the same muscle. Cannot tell you HOW disappointed I am in this location. I LOVE planet fitness...BUT.. The men who go to this club are sloppy children. The change room floors are ALWAYS wet, and the men act like the change room is their private hotel room. I caught the WORST case of athlete's foot here EVER. The staff cannot police these people. Adult children, who just do whatever they want to. I had to change in the bathroom stalls. I had to use the disinfectant, that a surgeon friend of mine uses for surgery, to kill the fungal infection on my feet. AND.. they are NOT open 24 hours. The san diego owner, doesnt want to (??). AND.. they close early on the weekends(??) AND.. they only have ONE leg press machine, as well as ONE of other pieces of exercise equipment. The staff have no real sense of authority over this gym. Total anarchy. PLUS some of the women are very belligerant as well.They will NOT share the exercise space, will NOT move over even one inch to give you room to do your workout. They act like they OWN the place?? I will NOT be going back to this location, and hopefully I will be MOVING out of san diego.

For over two years, my husband and I have been attending this gym. A week ago, they told me that I have a high-risk pregnancy and that I have to rest. I was waiting for my husband to finish his routine. And one of the staff girls comes up to me and tells me that I can't be at the tables for more than 10 minutes. Where is this in your policy? The three star review is mostly for the location of the gym and the size of the gym. I've been to four Planet Fitness locations in San diego. This is my least favorite one. It is behind a Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out with an already small parking lot. Difficult to get in and out of and to park. A lot of young couples working out together which should be nice except they're also kind of doing a lot of pda. There are worse things I could be doing on a Friday night so I'm not too upset about it, but it is a little annoying when I'm trying to use gym equipment and they're sitting on it kissing each other. Honestly, the gym is mostly fine. I love that they have 50 lb kettlebells. The gym itself is on the smaller side. The massage beds and chairs have dim light and it's really warm which is super relaxing!

Most gyms have a problem with cleanliness in the shower/ locker room area and this one I frequent was no different. In the last 2-3 weeks, the new hires have really stepped up their general cleanliness and everything looks so much better. In fact, whether I go in the morning or evening, there seems to be around the clock cleaning of the floors and shower/ locker rooms! My only complaint now is that the Wi-Fi needs a bandwidth upgrade to handle the rush hours.

I've been to dozens of PFs all the way from the top of Maine, to the bottom of Florida, and as far west as Washington and here. Never have I seen a PF as filthy as this location. The locker room was appalling and was a literal safety hazard. Mold on the shower curtains, a used bandaid, trash everywhere, and the sinks covered in who knows what.

It's a shame because this gym has so much potential, the current staff just doesn't seem to even remotely care. I won't be returning here.

The gym is tucked behind the in n out. There's always a good amount of parking. The staff is nice and the gym is clean. Inside the gym, there are an abundance of cardio machines along with weight machines and dumbells. My only reservation is the stretching area is kinda small. It's at the bottom of stairs so people need to keep a walkway available. Other than that, it's a good gym.

Well. As I read the other reviews I can tell you a lot of them are fake reviews. They do clean the place but not nearly enough. It's a shower stop for a lot of the homeless people for one. And many of the other patrons are serious slobs. Leaving thier dirty underwear in the showers and changing rooms. Old soap, empty body wash/shampoo bottles etc... the staff is usually at the desk just gabbing away with friends or co-workers. Yesterday I went in after working all day to clean up and at 6pm there was a guy in the shower area with 7 trashcan using one of the showers to clean them. 6pm is one of thier busiest times and they are blocking one of the two changing rooms and one of the 4 showers. He used up most of the hot water. I had to take a mostly cold shower. I get it that it's only 10.00 where other gyms are 40.00 and more. But seriously folks...6pm? 9 or 10 am is pretty slow. Clean them then. Or do one or 2 at a time. If it weren't a really convenient location to the highway and my job I would move on to another location. But I head Division st location is even worse.

In addition to my review , after today I felt so humiliated by two men that are in size should not have been acting the way they were acting. I am struck by this, I just personally feel like DAN (THE MANAGER) truly escalated the situation. Instead of being a manager and saying , "Hey let's be courageous of the equipment" , which I mind you, it's very rare I see an individual using two machines , being that this location is extremely packed all the time with limited equipment ppl love to use. So the character of a person attempting to use multiple machines and think it's ok, shows a lot . And then a person who thinks you're keeping track of them , if you on one machine , I assume you are not on another. I clearly walked away from the equipment to get a leg strap, and I honestly didn't even see this guy into he said something to me about the machine. I even walked away from him because he was honestly very intimidating and rude (& was saying very rude things ) I even proceeded to put my headphones in to ignore him until I went to the desk to get the manager, YET DAN TURNS THIS AND ACTS AS IF I SEEN THIS GENETLEMAN ON THE MACHINE, which I did not, and clearly when I walked back up it wasn't being actively used because I clearly was clipping the hook in the video Dan claimed to have viewed and agreed to let me see ,then denied because I cursed (and again not at him). All these teens that be in PF just chilling walking around. I've heard ppl curse here , which I ignore because I'm there for one reason, TO WORK OUT ! It's just crazy that Dan kept telling me , his co workers , and this other guy that he was actively using the machine , which he wasn't , maybe when I walked to get the leg strap but definitely not when I was approaching back. And Dan claimed to have seen me approaching and this guy using the machine over and over , as if I was lying. Lie for what ? This was really too much for me; and Although this was my first issue with PF. I am done ! Like what in the world , a small situation over freakin equipment and it could not be professionally handled. A professional working in a packed gym , where the membership is $10 a month, super packed, with adults and teens, (most of the time) I don't recall it being so packed today but like dude I'm telling I have never had someone come up to me on one machine and basically tell me to get off because they are using it while using another and not actively using the current (THE AUDACITY). DAN gets upset over a curse word where I'm telling the guy who thinks this is ok "to stop lying on me" yes I used the F word and even offered for them to see my phone to show I did not record. Adrian was a bit rude too, which was a wowser because she typically seems nice. , (the light skinned female , big boned, curly hair ) I'm only saying big boned because there is another light skinned female with curly hair , that's actually very nice , professional and is always walking around working. I give credit where it's due! Also, idk if Adrian is how you spell her name , I just seen a "A". She got dismissive over a curse word that was not directed to her. I really was just trying to ask her policy questions and she was focused on the dramatics of me saying a curse word. Saying because I cursed I'm being aggressive , No , I''m just woman of integrity and maybe if Dan just would have opened his ears he would have HEARD what was going on. Then did I mention Dan came up to me twice or three times about this after I'm thinking it's over , and while im actively working out and proceeded to talk about this in front of other customers (how embarrassing) , until I said "sir can I please work out, it's really not that serious to me " because it wasn't. Do you think I'm trying to spend my only day off talking about a piece of equipment I did not see this guy on, Dan walked away just to escalate it again. SAD ! To be honest, DAN did TOO MUCH of drama and too little of management. If I wanted to argue I would have never walked away to get management. DUH

Always clean, always friendly but please remind members to be considerate of other members in terms of time on a particular piece of equipment. Especially during the summer when there are a lot of teenagers in the gym. They tend to just sit on the equipment for the sake of texting or checking their social media. Other than that, great job by the staff.

Ronin is one of the major reasons why I LOVE working out at Planet Fitness! Why you ask? Because he does a First Class job in making Absolutely certain that I am training and utilizing the equipment properly! Ronin's workout methods are trustworthy, courteous and professional! I WILL BE referring people to this particular Planet Fitness Center based upon the fact that they are literally there for you!

Very bad. I tried to cancel the subscription, but they did not do that and they stole my money without permission. When I called the last time, the manager told me that I cannot help you, as the amount of 89.10 was withdrawn from my account without my permission.
