The equipment is laid out well. Everything is clean, but some of the equipment needs repairs.

The music is so loud that I cannot hear my own music or podcasts in my earbuds. I wouldn't normally complain, but I can't enjoy my own music.

The equipment has been repaired and the volume appears to be adjusted. I think the sound is adjustable based on the area or speakers in a specific area. The speakers over the dumbbell area are the loudest, but everything else is at a reasonable level.

Half the machines do not work properly or are inoperable. The bathrooms are always dirty and smelling of urine. I personally have been followed around the gym by one specific male manager(maybe) on at least two separate occasions. Female manager chooses to be lax about certain rules for certain patrons and decides to enforce them upon others with a level of aggression that I do not feel is professional. For a “No Judgment Zone” I feel that this company could use a little more scrutiny when it comes to whom they decide to run their facilities, especially considering multiple guests have had similar complaints.

I've been coming to planet fitness for a long time I went from 135lbs to 190 lbs thanks to the awesome equipment they have thanks to planet fittness I've reached muscle weight some staff of members were nice and curiosity with me enjoying my company unfortunately I had an uncomfortable interaction with the manager she approach very aggressively when I toke off my shirt briefly for a few seconds because I felt I was going overheat from my workout I felt dizzy from the heat it was only for a few seconds I felt attacked verbally I don't know why I was approach in such a aggressive matter she could of told me nicely and not so aggressivly I just didn't know how to respond to such reaction I left my workout station and quickly grabed my bag to head out I felt extremely uncomfortable I sat down on the planet fitness tables by the front door to write this review and Paige a female staff also approached me a few minutes after the incident when I had my stuff ready to leave I sat down writing this review for a few minutes she was very bothered by my presence also upset with a angry facial expression on her face I felt she wanted me yo leave that I couldn't sit on the tables more than 15 minutes I did speak to a male staff member about the incident he was very nice about hearing me out and was concerned about my well being which I'm extremely grateful for I did speak to the same manager and told her I didn't appreciate her approaching me so aggressivly I told her I didn't feel well but she didn't seem to interested in my situation I told her I wasn't upset with her just concerned of how she approaches people I'm thinking about terminating my membership and going to a different gym after years of me being a member here

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and money. The bathrooms at this place are always a mess, there is never any soap in the dispenser and the sink is always clogged up, the staff does very little to keep this place clean. The worse part is that they are always late. It’s supposed to be open by 5am on weekdays, the staff is always late, it’s rare they actually open the gym on time. There’s always a long line of people waiting on staff to open. Today 5/19/25 I waited till 5:30am and the staff never showed up to open the place. Myself and half the people waiting just left. I will definitely be canceling my membership and looking elsewhere.

No judgement zone said I'm not allowed to be on my laptop or charge my battery in the black card spa and that it's part of the franchise policy. When asked to see the policy they showed me a vague policy that said nothing about charging or laptop, just that they're allowed to verbally tell people things. They also told me if I want wifi to go to the Starbucks down the road. Will not be back.

This gym is incredible! I've been training here for several months and I have zero complaints. The equipment is top-notch and always clean and well-maintained. The trainers are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand with any questions or concerns I may have.

The variety of equipment and machines is impressive, and there's always something new to try. The hours are very flexible, which allows me to work out at any time of day that suits me.

But what really sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. It's a welcoming and motivating space where everyone feels welcome and supported. I love coming here and I feel very lucky to have found a gym that fits my needs so well.

Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work out and improve their health and wellbeing. It's hands down the best gym I've ever been to!

Supv Mariah on entering told me I am allowed 10 visits here as a "Black" holder because me membership is in TX. Then I would b charged a surcharge for using the club. Far cleaner PF than the one in Chula Vista, although does not have that locations' attractive, fit staff. Also, there are no homeless/vagrants outside like the Chula Vista PF. Has a weight scale and the biggest lockers I have ever seen. Unfortunately, the amount of lockers seems half the amount of most PF's. But, it does have a roomy Black Card area. Appears owned by the same franchisee as the C.V., location, but actually has HOT water in it's showers (unlike C.V. that never replaces its faulty hot water heater).

I been a member for a few years now, I had to temporarly relocate and travel abroad everything was going well, until I met Teehe. A personal trainer, who claimed to be active manager, not even knowing their companies policy. Showed I had active account until the 17th of this month. Previous day had no issue with the actual manager. Claimed couldn't do it. Asked before cancelling if there be any issues they said no, and now I either have to pay day passes...advice don't cancel unless 2 days prior. Worst service and have now lost a loyal customer. 24hr fitness may be annual, but atleast their system works.

This is the worst planet fitness I've ever been to. I plugged in my laptop and phone after my workout to check some things and was immediately told "we don't let people hangout here." Then what do you have chairs and couches for?? I travel for work and will charge my laptop or phone from time to time at planet fitness and never had a problem at any location. If "hanging out" isn't allowed get rid of your chairs couches and black card lounge room. I was basically treated like a homeless person here I'll never return.

Normally I come in the evening and the usual guy is there with his perfect customer service. Today I came at 1315 and was maltreated by the young lady at the front desk. The club was in disarry, dirty and hand sanitizer was non existent. She seemed to take offense to my pronouns when I explained I wasn't a ma'am. She kept asking me to sign when I asked for hand sanitizer, instead she rolled her eyes and moved on to other people ignoring me. I feel discriminated against as she smiled at others but frowned at me until she chose sarcasm. She was not wearing a name tag so I don't know her name.

I love the environment here, it’s never over crowded with people. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it’s a huge inconvenience for me that the gym closes earlier on the weekends. Like way too early. I’d appreciate if they stayed open an hour later on the weekdays too. If that’s asking for too much then it’s just the weekend thing for me. It’s the only thing that has me considering canceling my membership. Change that huge flaw and you have yourselves a 5 star gym.

This location is very convenient I can walk there as soon as I drop kids off at school. Very clean, only wish they had a sauna but not all gyms are the same. The staff is great, the hrydo-chairs are amazing, and it's not so packed so everyday I get a good work out without having to wait on weights or machines.
