Where is Jim I have ever came to, I got help at Mercedes, she was very disrespectful and rude with me, I was very polite and asked her beforehand if I could pay my bill because I was having an issue with a Lost Derecha, she said I couldn’t pay because I don’t take cash, I told her all I have is cash, she said well I guess you won’t be using the gym and will be going to collections, was very disrespectful on top of that. I asked her for her name and she said do you not know how to read it’s on my badge, then I definitely got very mad and just left, I asked her to cancel my membership before I left and she said that unless I paid it which I wasn’t going to be able to because I didn’t have cash that I wasn’t going to be able to cancel basically blackmailing me that I will be going to collections unless I find a way to pay with any other form of payment other than cash, when I explained your cash was legal tender, she said she didn’t care honestly people are having a bad day. Shouldn’t be coming to work at a gym where everybody’s trying to let them steam off.

I’ve been a loyal Black Card member for years, but the management at this location has shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward members. The way situations are handled here feels unfair and unwelcoming. I’ve always treated staff courteously, yet I’ve been met with attitude and poor customer service. I am so disappointed!
I love this 24 hour gym location so much and I've been going here for a while now, and just recently find out they are getting rid of the 30 minute circuit training area and getting rid of the equipment there. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WAS HELPING ME LOSE WEIGHT! I would have loved to have gone to the Burbank location, but they don't have that area either. One of the super helpful staff Andes (really nice guy) told me that members were going back to Noho location because they were getting rid of it from the Burbank location and honestly, I'm going to end my membership because of it now. I'm sorely disappointed with Planet Fitness corporate and how they've done this. I really wish they'd not get rid of this. Please bring it back. I can only do the late night workouts.

Nice clean gym despite the area outside having a homeless encampment issue. And liter from the food stands. I enjoy going to the gym. I just wish there was some control over the 30 min workout area, it has a lot of people not even working out, just sitting on machines on their phones. Considering how inconsiderate and rude some customers be towards employees and are not understanding, they handle situations in a good logical manner. What I also enjoy about this gym is how well kept it is being cleaned and always have people cleaning, in addition the area may be shady but it is a pretty huge gym! I only come here for the arc trainer. This location does have the best one in the area, calibrated perfectly.

The staff is always rude and inconsiderate and the place is always crowded and messy. Staff likes to horde the Rockbot app and they just make the experience terrible. Staff only takes care of and accommodates their own people.

Otherwise, it’s basically like every PF in the LA area although at this one, like Burbank, watch your stuff and keep an eye on your car, a lot of shady characters at this location.

I travel all over the country and have been to a lot of different planet fitnes, and this PF is the worst of them all. I don't understand why they limit the use of massage chairs to 5 minutes when they're just standing there. The chair was broken and didn't work properly. When you're sitting in the chair, a bright light shines directly in your face.

I’ve been coming to this planet fitness since March and having also visited several others for various lengths of time, this is the cleanest! I swear I always see employees doing some sort of cleaning, including vacuuming which I really appreciate as someone who does floor push ups. Furthermore, whenever a machine is broken, it gets fixed relatively quickly! There are a few other planet fitnesses I unfortunately have to frequent and their facilities are not nearly as clean and the machines take forever to be repaired. Now I’m not saying this place is spotless, it’s still a large affordable gym, but they clearly put in the effort to maintain cleanliness!

I came to the planet fitness on Laurel Canyon Boulevard thinking it was a judgment free zone Cause I am disabled. I was a member with them for only 35 minutes. I went back to my house to change into my gym clothes and to pick up my little nephew from school, who is only 14. Me being the guardian I thought it would be normal to bring him to the gym when we got there We waited 20 minutes for the manager cause, they wouldn’t let us in. They started to judge us at the door.When I asked them what is happening? They tell me to read the contract I signed paragraph E. Which implies PF Black Card Guest Privileges and Other Benefits: PF Black Card members may bring one guest per day for free to any location. All guests must be 18 years old or at least
13 years old if accompanied by a parent/guardian and must sign in and sign a release of liability and assumption of risk document. Adult guests must present photo identification
when signing in. The PF Black Card member must accompany the guest and remain on the premises during the entire visit. PF Black Card guests are not entitled to use tanning
or any other PF Black Card benefit or amenity. PF Black Card members must be 18 years old to use the tanning facilities. Tanning may be further restricted by your state and/or
local laws, ordinances and regulations, which include, among other things, use of protective eyewear, verification of age through government issued photo identification, and

For the MAJOR inconvenience of having 5min timers on the hydrobeds instead of the standard 10min across the country - which I'm fully aware that PF Club Managers have zero say in Hydrobed time limits - CORPORATE (for this region) gets 1⭐

For the professional way in which he explained and handled my frustration and his high-level of customer service, Bryan gets 5⭐

For the generous amount of equipment, "elbow-room" feel, and relative cleanliness on the gym floor and women's locker-room and shower area as well as the phenomenal water pressure and consistent hot water temperature in the showers, this location gets 5⭐

For those members who stole the foam rollers so that this club no longer has them, shame on you for ruining it for the rest of us!

I got a membership at this gym over a month ago and started coming regularly – and I really enjoy it. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They gave me a tour of the gym, explained where everything is, helped me understand the process, and even assisted with filling out the form on the website. The gym is always clean, and there’s always a free treadmill or space to work out. The layout is very well organized. Even though there are quite a few people at different times, it never feels overcrowded or uncomfortable.

The only small downside is that sometimes it feels a bit too warm inside the gym.

I love this Planet Fitness! They are friendly, clean, organized, and spacious!!! There are machines for everyone! There are so many choices. My favorite is the Total Body. It is a red light treatment combined vibra shape toning. Since I started there each visit, I feel like I have a private changing room. If you go on Friday or Saturday there are fewer people so more choices for you. I also love that there are 2 parking lots to choose from. This particular Planet Fitness is open 24 hours, so when you are ready, they are too!
(2nd parking lot does close at a certain time, so check before you go in. Love this one so much that I even drive further than one one near my home. Thanks, Planet Fitness peeps. You always make me feel welcome, and I appreciate you!

The staff here is so awesome! I work on my feet all day and have a lot of back pain that just gets worse by the end of my shift, to where I’m often limping.

Even when I don’t work out (which is 95% of the time!) I still come in to use the hydrajet lounge. It’s only 5-10 minutes, but it makes y body feel SO MUCH BETTER before my hour-plus commute home after my shift.

I keep trying to motivate myself to workout, but I’m still not there yet. 😞

But the hydrojet lounge is worth paying the Black Club fee ($23/month?)!!!

I also greatly appreciate that they have showers and changing stalls that have doors, this offering total privacy.

I don’t want my coworkers or clients from my nearby job seeing me nude! I can also see how that could be important to folks with body or gender identity differences.

It's a month later now and I still am waiting to develop a fittness program but I come in and do physical therapy for a medi al condition and meditation whi h is healthy for everything. I also use the shower. We'll the manager apparently doesn't know about meditation and accused me of sleeping and lounging around. She canceled my membership. So I will take my sil er sneakers .membership fromm insurance company elsewhere. I hope they learn about fittness and meditation.

Dirty. Tanning beds still have garbage and sweat streaks from previous users. Place smells funky. I quit my membership by going in face to face to tell them I want out after 6 days bc it wasnt for me. They were supposes to have endes my membership but clearly screwed it up. Now I am being billed CONSTANTLY for a membership I don't have. Months later and they are still trying to bill me even though I followed procedure and went all the way down to their physical location bc you can't quit in the app. Very poorly run! Don't go here!

From the dozen or so PF locations, this has to be the best. Granted I work out 2am, the place is in pristine condition. Staff are very awake, responsive, and helpful. The worst experience to date. It was my first time at this Planet Fitness. The attendant, ALDO, was extremely rude and did everything to prevent my entry, asking for my ID and making up rules, even though I have a Black Card membership and had my phone with the app open. I went back to my car to get my ID, and when I returned 2 minutes later, he was no longer there. He had someone else at the front desk to avoid continuing the service. Terrible attendant and experience.

I like the set up of this location and it seems to be larger than other LA locations. The only issue is the parking lot has lots of homeless people so it doesn’t feel super safe for a woman to walk to her car late at night. For the price, you can't beat this place. If you upgrade to the Black Card membership ($25 per month), you get unlimited access to all the gyms amenities, which include access to tanning beds, messages, classes and more. If your more into a serious fitness routine, you will find this place to be very limited as far as equipment goes. There are no free-weight olympic barbells, and the dumbbells only go up to 60 lbs. This gym is great for beginner to intermediate level workouts. There is tons of cardio equipment. As far as the locker rooms and showers go, this location is superb. The staff are constantly sanitizing and cleaning the restrooms. For anyone on a budget you couldn't ask for a better place to be a member. Also, they are open 24 hours a day.

EDIT: I spoke with Jace the AM and also Spencer from corporate. Spencer is nice, but after talking to me thought i wanted an INVERSION TABLE. I never said that word or alluded to anything like that. Rings for stretching, back decompression, this isn't even working out just rehab and every word i say gets judged as being "anti-judgement free". They are absolutely judgmental and treated me horrible even though i was very polite and explained i am injured and need simple equipment every gym has.

they assume i am looking for a hard workout. I cant believe they discriminate against me because i am extremely muscular. that doesnt mean im strong. dont assume or judge me.

One thing I love about PF are their massage equipment. I went there around midnight was so exhausted after my workout. I did the massage chair and hydro massage bed which btw is just good for 5 minutes, unlike the other PF locations which is good for 10 minutes everytime you sign in. I fell asleep for awhile. And when I got up to sign in for the hydro lounge chairs the worker won’t allow me to sign in for any of their massage equipment for the day without any warning at all! Super inconsiderate. I guess this is what we get when we pay for gym memberships to pay the unprofessionals!

Read your contracts. They can change policies whenever BUT more importantly these policies can be verbal meaning there is no proof they even exist. Then they will tell you lied like there’s no one to put you in touch with except corporate, meanwhile all locations are individually owned and operated.

I enjoy coming to this gym and appreciate the price. One thing they can work on is maintaining the parking lot area for the gym. It’s full of trash and glass. Would like to come to gym without worrying about popping a tire.

This gym is clean and the weights are always organized. I usually don’t have to wait around too long for a machine and the staff are friendly. Considering the price of the membership is affordable, that’s all I really need!

Please do not go to this gym! Today, both another club member and I had our belongings stolen from lockers in the men's changing room while we were working out, and the locker was locked! Someone entered the changing room, and the staff are completely neglectful. I don't understand how this happened because only club members can enter the gym. When I approached the staff, he simply said, "We're sorry this happened, but there's nothing we can do. You need to file a police report." So, anyone can enter, start breaking into lockers with your belongings, and it takes time – the thief clearly wasn't alone, but the staff are utterly irresponsible! They don't care at all about who enters the gym, and any of you could be in my position or the other guy's position, whose belongings were also stolen! I do not recommend going to this gym or any other gym in this network! 0/10

I have to remove one star because the parking lot is getting disgusting. It's full of garbage, it doesn't get clean for probably months and there is homeless people living in cars there.

The staff is 90% amazing. The other 10 percent just don't care. Can't figure out how the app got my bank information without me giving it to them. Yet no one in staff has the answers. The numbers given to me all go straight to automated voice. I've email the dam planet fitness trouble issues and call but no anserws from them.
If you value your privacy and information. Don't join this gym, and cancel your memberships and redo your bank information.
