Business hours state they open at 5am on a Friday. Came here today, 10/10/15 at 6:14am and doors are closed. There are others waiting outside to get inside. Employee seemed to be inside but refused to open doors. Terrible location, not coming back again.

Honestly this place smells like number 2. ( Outside the bathroom)
The Bathroom looks sooo dirty . The trashes throughout the facility stay full throughout the day = equals smells bad. Staff not very welcoming (attitude ) .
The staff be looking at you like you don't belong there. There's a small cult in the workout community at PF that are apart of staff .
Do not waste your hard earn money on this low down dirty joint.

I am 55 yr old , well mannered and happy

I have been traveling the country for 5 yrs now, and i use my planet fitness member for health and hygiene

Never had any issues with any facility i went to .... until now

Their app screwed up my account and the young manager with the black hair,
Would not let me use the facility, even though she knows me ,cuz i go there everyday for 6 months

When i got upset that their system was horrible

She banned me from all planet fitnesses

The owner calles me , said he couldn't do anything

Well for 5 yrs traveling, i told hundreds of people i meet how great planet fitness was... best value on the planet

Well now, they will he me say

They treat clients like inmates .. dont go there

Cancel my membership you fools

I will go to somewhere that treats me like a wanted guest not inmates

Workers/manager suck and drive people away for the entirely wrong things. Gym has a lot of interesting individuals and a healthy homeless population not too far. Beware.

There’s no one ever at the counter and I always have to wait 5-10 minutes to use the VIP facilities. They are away from the desk because they are always cleaning and look miserable doing it….this location also seems to constantly change their hours which is very annoying.

this place has been going downhill over the last few months... PF gives away "free" memberships to all high school kids during the summer. which makes it unbearable as a regular member. kids dressed like thugs taking up machines and areas they are not using to make it difficult and undesirable.

they also hire incompetent staff in their early 20's

this morning, the kid opening the gym at 7am locked himself out, so no one could get in to work out. there were at least 25 members waiting there and he had zero answers.

there's another kid they have hired who flirts with any decently attractive girl and doesn't do his actual job. if you need anything when he is on the clock, just look for the most attractive girl in the gym and that's where he will be, hitting on her.

I tried to use the massage bed recently and the young girl behind the front desk couldn't figure out how to operate the computer to make it work.

Try making it more customer friendly and maybe you’ll get more business! It’s ridiculous to add “written in” texts to the printed policies! Gym itself looked nice—large, clean from what I could see from the front only. Too bad! Looked forward to maybe joining! .Best of Class and KUDOS to your entire staff. Not only are they polite and friendly and always smiling, but I've never been to a gym that was so clean in my entire life. Whenever I'm there and that's quite often. They are always cleaning something, whether it's the machines, vacuuming, dustung, and when I say dusting, I actually saw someone using a long pole to take care any cobwebs, that might be happening up by the ceiling and in the corners. I have never seen that in any gym and i've been to quite a few over all of these years throughout different states. Whoever owns this gym should be very proud of their staff!

It’s been three months that I’ve been telling the manager there’s no hot water. And for three months, she’s been telling me she’s aware of it — and clearly doesn’t care at all. But when it comes to embarrassing you in front of everyone or asking you to pay your membership because the payment failed two hours ago, that she knows how to do.

The problem with your gym is that you ask people to pay, but you don’t provide any service in return. And the manager is really bad at her job.

My proud home location, the gals working the desk are so nice and friendly, especially Emily - she's a doll! I travel a lot so I've been to dozens of locations. This one has everything I like - lots of room and space to set up a mat in the stretching and ab rooms, lockers inside and out with the built-in combo locks, a large number of stair masters, machines are well-spaced and it usually isn't too crowded even during later afternoon weekdays. Easy parking too.

I have been notifying the front desk for 6 weeks now about the lukewarm (at best) shower temperatures. I received acknowledgement of the problem and was told they were having difficulty getting the plumber in. I was told they had been informed of it many times and were really trying. I completely understand.

Today, Saturday, February 22, 2025 I tried again. I took a 8 minute shower. 1 minute was good. 7 minutes was lukewarm at best. This time, when I notified the young lady at the front desk, she told me the water is fine and I'm the only one that has complained. Luckily, her manager (I believe) did a great job in just de escalating the situation instantly by saying they'd have the plumbing inspector check it out.

Being treated like an idiot is not good for business. Please fix the showers properly.

The young lady that’s working the front desk on Wednesday February 19th 2025 at 5:30 am really needs to be spoken to about customer service. I was really unhappy about the customer service that I canceled my membership altogether. Yearly Planet fitness membership canceled within few seconds because of her attitude and how she handled the situation. Very disappointed and not what I expected. I don’t understand why planet fitness needs to have bank routing number and a card on file. The company still did not have an issue charging me every month. Every month planet fitness was paid and yet still was not allowed inn because of a technicality. I will be calling the corporate office to inform them about the employee , the situation that occurred and for clarification on the payment method. Loyalty was not awarded this morning.

Side note: this was the first day back to the gym since my wife and I had our first baby. For almost 10 months I was not able to go to the gym but yet was still being charged. I will be asking for my money back for the months I was not able to attend.

I'm a new member here at this Planet Fitness. As Im going through kydney failure, I'm trying to better myself with exercise.
I get there early in the mornings as I have a tight schedule each day and I park in front.
This morning, the morning employee named Kayla tried to admonish me for being there early and for parking in the front parking spot. She said "that parking spot was hers" and that " it made her feel uncomfortable".
I didn't appreciate it.
After I got out of the shower I asked her for clarification on why she said that the parking spot I parked in was Hers.
She said she was just joking.
I didn't and don't appreciate her conversation with me.
She wasn't joking when she said it to me when I arrived. And, even if she WAS joking, she doesn't know me like that to joke around with me!
I will be contacting the corporate office with regards to this event.
We are adults, and, not kids. The employees of Planet Fitness should act like adults.

Ironically the most judgmental gym I have ever been to. The location is very clean, but the vibe is hypocritical. The wall says “planet fitness = no critics” but then right after CRITICIZES a person for what they wear and the type of water bottle they drink out of (like a tanktop and shaker bottle). No one is focused on their own workout like other gyms, the patrons watch each other self consciously out of the corner of their eyes. The bottom line is we are all on different paths in our fitness journey, and other gyms have a live and let live mentality. This gym watches you and I felt like I was walking on cringey eggshells and being judged.

I just joined this location a couple months ago and have been very impressed with the staff and just the gym in general. Everyone I have encountered (especially the weeknight evening crew!) has been wonderful and they keep the place spotless. I have never seen a gym this clean in my life. It gets a little busy sometimes in the evenings (what gym doesn't?), but totally manageable. Overall just a great experience, but the staff are really what stands out.

I travel US been to lots of Planet Fitnesses cross the country.
I like planet fitness most of the time but not this location hours of awful specially on the weekends 7-7, The massage chairs are first generation dinosaurs. If you didn't sign up for planet fitness at this location they force you to sign a sign in sheet with your phone number email address and other information no matter how many times you stop by you need fill out the sheet a big waste of my time, Then they try to get you to switch to their gym as your home gym. Bathrooms no protective seat gasket not empty just don't offer them, this club is close to my house but i drive out of my way to avoid it now sad?

I go here almost daily and you can't really beat it if you learn to live without barbells (which I have). You can effortlessly switch between the basic and premium (black?) memberships, which I like to do when I have friends or family visiting. Probably the cleanest gym I've been to and easily the nicest PF I've been to (Carlsbad, Oceanside, Bend OR). Staff are friendly and the locker rooms immaculate. Love that none of the lockers need your own lock/key, that are all combo locks by default.

As a disabled vet I have been struggling to come to the gym but because of their new trainer Jordan I have been able to look forward to working out here! Jordan is very passionate and actually cares about the job, he is really friendly and pushes you to go pass your limits and he is really interested in your own personal goals! He’s an amazing trainer and because of him I think I can achieve my fitness goals, a lot of people work with him and he’s the same with them, very caring and supportive to their specific needs. I hope he stays forever but if not wherever he goes I’ll follow!

They donot allow you to go to the restroom if you are not a member. Not even if you have a child that has to go in an emergency. You have to actually pay them to go to the restroom. Gym is pretty. But I could still be a member and mess up the bathroom as much as a person without a membership. This was at 11:02am and the security doors are open not secured shut for members to use a key card to get in.The door where open to all public. So if they were worried about anything happening to the employees they should not have the doors open to the public. It's OK 👌 I went next door to the restroom (peace to friendly people) planet fitness is mean.:-(

Noticed the same snotty young Hispanic girl who wears lot of makeup consistently being rude to remote and older members! A.few.weeks ago she was super aggressive and rude to this woman who may or may not have been homeless, followed her around and pretended to clean up around her, sprayed disinfectant within 2 feet of her personal air and space without any apologies. Overheard her several times loudly taking to her very young friends who.were hanging out at the desk complaining about remote members! And I just happen to walk in on a separate occasion to scan in, and I apparently interrupted her and her friends talking ..... she is incredibly rude and should be fired. I'm getting her name next time.

So glad this place finally opened. The parking lot is large and not heavily trafficked. I park in the middle between the gym and Stater Bros, so I hit both places on lots of my trips. I'm just doing the $10/month deal right now, but I like how the massage and all are set back from the gym section. All new equipment with individual TV screens on most of the cardio equipment.

This is a brand new location as of Feb 2023. Dozens of treadmills and other cardio equipment. Each one has its own TV which, unfortunately, blocks your view of the club. Hanging TVs are better. Great variety of equipment. I like the 30-minute workout room and the overhead industrial-sized fans. Locks provided on lockers. Long may it stay this pristine!
