The app says you can only change card payments on the website but when I go to login in the account it tells me to pick a plan but I’m already a member im trying to switch cards cause it’s using an old one yet won’t even let me do anything trash place

I personally love this gym. It’s very clean and welcoming, the only downside side is that a few times me and others have seen creepy or sketchy people in there not even working out, but of course that’s not too common and I’m hoping they do something about them, other than that it has literally everything you could need! And for the price! They have more machines than other competitors and for the price you really can’t go wrong. The people that go there and work there are cool and I’d recommend this gym to anyone🫶🏼

We really love planet fitness. Staff is gracious and helpful. Everything is new and kept well maintained. This location is not allowing men in the women’s locker rooms. There are some “offenders” who lear at women who are in the registry.

I liked this gym at first I’ve been coming here almost every day but today the manager made me extremely uncomfortable. He came up to me in the middle of a workout yelled out my name, and asked if I had the black membership or the classic membership I explained I just had the classic membership. He seemed really intimidating and intense on why I don’t have the black membership just made me extremely uncomfortable that I ended my workout early and left.

To the person who left a one star, are you sure you left it for the correct gym? I’ve met both managers and they were extremely kind people and very willing to help. Also I don’t know what billing issues you could have had already since the club has been open two weeks and the first payment doesn’t get taken from your account until the 17th??

Anyway, I enjoy having a PF here in Oroville now. The staff has been very kind. Yes, they are brand new so you can tell they’re still trying to figure some things out. That’s why having grace and empathy is important. However; any questions I’ve asked have been answered and they’ve been answered kindly. I see staff walking around the club and cleaning constantly and checking equipment.

I think the problem is some people don’t know how to follow rules. It clearly states no jeans in the gym and no bags on the floor, which I’ve seen happen every time I’ve gone in there and it had to be addressed, which irritates some people. But if they just read the rules, it wouldn’t be an issue.

Overall I’m super happy with my experience at this gym and I will continue to be a member.

I love planet fitness ! I've been going since 2018 and I'm so happy Oroville finally has one! I love the gym and was super impressed with how clean it was. I also love the black card spa. My only compliant is that the last few times i went in the red light therapy room has been down. I know the staff said someone would come out to fix it. Also Me and my mom went on mothers day and we were trying the hydro massage and the machines both shut off at the same time. They ended at 7 min I let the front desk know I'm thinking it could be overloading the circuit. I know it was in the old tractor supply building so maybe they can have a mechanic come check it out. Other than that I love PF=] ! Also love the vending machines

I’ve never been so disappointed with gym staff in my life. The team at this place is an absolute disaster. First off, they’re incredibly rude—every time I asked a simple question, I got eye-rolls or snarky comments, like I was bothering them just by existing. The front desk person was too busy scrolling on their phone to even acknowledge me when I checked in, and when they finally did, they acted like it was a chore to scan my card.

The manager at this gym is an absolute nightmare. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it—they’re outright hostile. When I approached them with a simple billing issue, they cut me off mid-sentence, dismissed my concerns with a sneer, and refused to explain the random charges on my account. Their tone was condescending, like I was an idiot for daring to question them. I’ve seen them snap at other members for minor things, like asking for help with equipment, making everyone feel unwelcome. They strut around like they own the place, ignoring complaints and brushing off anyone who needs assistance. It’s clear they have zero interest in customer service or creating a decent gym environment. This manager’s toxic attitude ruins the entire experience.

So far so good...had issues with some of the staff @ the yuba city pf... good customer service here so far... the facility seems well put together... keep up the great atmosphere... p.s. i finally get to be on rowing machines again😁
