The water pressure in the men's sink is now fixed. Restrooms smell clean and the staff does a good job at cleaning the puddles. Great gym. Good machines. Security guard patrols parking lot.

Spacious gym but needs the updated and brand new power racks that local PF locations are receiving. This gym has more than enough space for the power racks that the Carson location now has. This gym was closed for a week for filming but it isn't the best gym in the area in terms of equipment anymore.

Gym layout it nice, it’s spacious with lots of equipment. But the locker rooms are terrible, freezing cold, dirty showers and constant wet floors and trash around.

The gym is clean and well-equipped with modern machines. However, my experience with the female manager was disappointing. I visited to use the massage chair, but my membership card wouldn’t scan. When I informed her, she responded with an unpleasant attitude. As I was leaving, her tone and manner of communication toward both her colleagues to me were unprofessional.

Overall, it’s a nice gym with great equipment and friendly, helpful staff—except for the manager, whose attitude could be improved. Also, there is this male employee at the front desk who is always helpful. I don’t know his name, but everyone is professional and helpful except the person I stated earlier.

Love coming here always clean and Everything is functional not like 24 hours I’m glad I made the switch to planet fitness. Staff is always polite and attentive. I always see staff cleaning which I love makes me feel safe and clean 🧼 paper towels and sanitizer is always filled . Recommend this location it’s nice and huge. Have a good workout 🏋️‍♀️

I've been to many planet fitness, and by far this has been my favorite one. Plenty of machines, always clean, and the workers are always nice and welcoming, like Erick. He's always friendly when checking in, checking out, and helping st the front desk.

Great location, nice modern, good lighting and well maintained gym. The manager at this location is great very welcoming and friendly, however now with the free pass for high school students this location is now incredibly packed making it difficult to get in a good workout. Great if you're a student, but just seems unfair for paying members.

This is a really big planet fitness has every machine you would want dumbbells curl bars, a place to stretch. The restrooms are very clean and everyone here was friendly as far as the staff and other people here working out.

Good place to go to when you need to work out! The staff could be a little better interacting with their clients though. The gym is very spacious with 2 floors of equipment and exercise machines.

Very disapointed with this location, I signed up for a membership and set it up as auto pay so looks like my auto pay was set up on a wrong day and was being charged late fees for every month.I calmly went in person to fix this problem but it just got worse they did not update my payment information correc. So i decided to cancel my membership. When i tried to cancel i had so much trouble and had to go in 3 times because they would tell me the system was not working and now after canceling i see there is a charged. I send and email and talked to 3 employes including the manager all a i get their sorry. I will report them to the state of business

There's no ventilation in the restroom...it's hot down there and there's no male staff they only hir woman...so the men's restroom is ignored...( ITS HOT IN THE RESTROOM ) That's how you get ringworm and staff infection and it promotes diseases and infections.

My home gym is Bellflower, but I'm transferring my membership to Paramount (no fault of Bellflower, Paramount was just great!) Connie at the front desk was so hospitable and helpful in answering my questions about the tanning (which I had never done before at a Planet Fitness) and showed me where everything was and how it all worked. She was kind and helpful, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking so many questions :)

Nice new gym.. would be great if the staff would CLEAN THE RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS... I took a shower and seen the same trash from a couple days earlier in the dressing stall.. protect yourself and bring your own lysol spray and shower shoes...

A member from another location told me about this new PF spot, so my wife and I decided to explore it and we were not disappointed. It's pretty new so everything looked very fresh and the cardio machines were the newer type with more accessible buttons and features. There were plenty of sections including a dope upstairs with the 360 area and then some. Overall, really solid

The gym itself has good machines and is not crowed but there’s a lot of criminal activity in the parking lot. I was told by some employees that there a lot of break-ins, I got my car stolen. I do not recommend parking there.

I really like this gym location because is very spacious and can't go wrong with the two floors of equipment. But as nice and as new as this gym might be I'm considering cancelling and go elsewhere. Ask yourselves why pay for the black card membership and start a year commitment or so when customer service is just very poor! I'm not trying to say all team members are bad but there's this one team employee light skinned with glasses youngster that works at nights and always gives me a bad frown when greeting me and sometimes don't even says bye when I leave. Why the attitude really? Boy, you're not entitled, stop acting like we members are going to your gym! Earn my respects if you want me to be nice to you!

This PF is new and pretty nice! As a lifelong Paramount resident, it's great to have this place. Had been at the Bellflower location for 10 yrs before here and it was smaller and not as good. Hopefully this place stays.

Soy un cliente que tengo la tarjeta Black Card y lleve una invitada a mi Mamá que solo me iba esperar sentada en la mesa de entrada del gym porque tenía entrenamiento con Kevin (excelente entrenador) y la Manager Julissa dijo que mi Mamá tenía que esperarme en el BAÑO porque no estaba con la ropa indicada para el Gym. Como Se Le Ocurre!!! que falta de Respeto a una Señora de 80 años y sobretodo a Mi como Clienta . Que Horrible se Porto esta Manager qué falta de Sentido Común. acaso cuando alguien llega al Gym a inscribirse tiene que llegar con tennis?...parece que le quedó grande el puesto. ESTOY DESECCIONADA 😡

This is by far my favorite Planet Fitness- and I’ve been to the Downey, Lakewood, Carson, South Gate locations. It’s always so clean and organized and they offer machines that other PF don’t have. Overall, this is officially my go to spot.

Been going for about a month now. Went on opening day. The gym has brand new equipment and everything is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Up to now, all the workout machines are in great operating condition. It's actually quite large once inside. It has an elevator in case you're not able to use the stairs. Overall it's been a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice local gym that won't break the bank.

It's further than my normal PFs, but this location may be worth the distance. More spacious, newer seeming machines. THERE'S A SECOND FLOOR. Since it's just opened, the flow of people is probably people not knowing about the new location. I love that it isn't packed like the others. Hoping it stays that way, at least for some time. I wish there was a map, like a floor plan for the machines. My social anxiety won't let me walk around and explore, so i had to look up the location and try to see what machines are where based off of the pictures. I still have no idea what the second floor looks like.

I went to check out this PF location a few days ago and I'll mention some pro's & area's of improvement.
Obviously, this is a newly opened gym, therefore all of the weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights are in perfect condition so thats a very nice touch. Secondly, there is good ample space to move around between most equipment and doesn't feel cluster-phobic (very spacious). The staff is quite friendly and helpful as well. The mens bathrooms are also really clean and have good lighting. My last point is that this PF location is close to where I live making my commute short. However, this may be somewhat subjective since not everyone lives near.
Now, there are things that I believe that could be improved. First, is to bring back the ability to redeem a 1 free day pass for those who just want to check out the gym for the first time instead of charging $20. In addition, they don't accept cash when paying for a day pass either, only debit/credit card. Secondly, whenever you call the front desk by phone and ask a simple question such as "what are the hours for this gym?", they ask to know your name and how did you hear about the gym etc... Like yo, I just want to know the answer to a simple question and not be sold anything yet lol. I understand that the employees are just following orders/ doing their job, but it is strange at first.
Anyways, as of right now the pros far outweigh the cons and overall I did enjoy my time getting a workout sesh at this PF location.

I am very happy with the location. I was excited when I found out this gym was opening close by where I live. I would commute to the Whittier location before. Clean, new equipment, friendly staff, and two floors with plenty of space! So far, it is the best planet fitness I've experienced.

My old gym didn't work out for me, but I have fallen in love with this one! The machines are very good and clean, the front desk workers have great service, and bathrooms and locker rooms are excellent. I had a great first time experience. Newly open and is very close to my home.
